•Areyouabletoaccesswebpages?Ifnot,theproblemmay
bewithyourinternetconnection.Checkwithyourservice
providertofindoutifthereareconnectionissuesinyour
areaorsomeotherproblemwithyourconnection.
•Besureyourtelephone,whichispluggedintotheITP
Adapter,isdisconnectedfromthewalltelephonejacks(the
onesyouusefortraditionalphonecompanyservice).ITP’s
servicewonʹtworkifthephoneisstillpluggedintoawall
jack.
•Redothestepsofthisinstallationguide.Makesuretofollow
thestepsexactly.Theorderinwhichyouconnectandturn
oneverythingisveryimportant.
