IVSEC Camera Reset Procedure
This document applies to the following model numbers:
•NC110XB, NC110XC & NC312XC (5MP Turret - housing like a lens ball & socket)
•NC323XC, NC323XD & NC512XD (8MP Turret)
•IVK-28B & IVK-28C (IVSEC 5MP kit)
•IVK-50C & IVK-50D (IVSEC 8MP kit)
•NC317XB & NC528XB (5MP Bullet)
Symptom: You have connected an IVSEC camera to the NVR. If after 1 minute the camera
has not automatically appeared, please follow the following steps
Solution: The IVSEC turret housing cameras (models listed above) have a reset button
underneath the SD card cover on the camera ball dome (2 x Phillips head screws to
remove).
1. Connect the camera to the NVR and let it power on for 1 minute.
2. Hold the reset button down for 20 seconds and then release the button.
3. If the reset is successful, then the camera will automatically appear on the NVR
after 1-2 minutes
4. Ensure that you re-screw the SD card cover back onto the camera ball dome.

NOTE: For IVSEC NVR models NR308XA, NR316XA and NR532XA a firmware update may be
required before the the cameras to automatically appear when connected.
