To achieve optimum performance of all ports, power connection is
recommend. If no power connection exist, connectivity maybe restricted.
Installation:
1. Turn on computer
2. Connect the USB 3.0 cable in between computer and the hub
3. Connect power adaptor to a working power outlet
4. Connect the power cable of power adaptor to the power input
of the hub
5. Plug in the USB device and turn on the on/o switch
6. Connected USB device will be ready for use when installation is
completed

Troubleshooting:
Power LED is not on
Check the power adaptor connection between wall outlet and the
hub.
Check on USB 3.0 cable to ensure the proper connection in between
USB 3.0 input port on the hub and the USB port on the computer.
Computer does not recognise the hub
Check the connection of the USB 3.0 cable in-between the hub
and the computers USB port.
Try to plug the USB 3.0 cable into a dierent USB port on the
computer and to restart the computer.
Computer does not recognise the plug in USB device
Make sure that the on/o switch of the port is turned on.
USB device connected to dedicated charging port will not appear
on the system since the port is for charging only.
USB devices with high power demand may not work properly as
too much current may be drawn. The supplied external power
adaptor is used to provide sucient power to the hub.
Try connecting the USB device into a dierent USB port on the hub.
Detach the hub from the computer and remove the high power
demand USB devices. Refer to the rating label information for each
connected device. Each USB port is only rated for 5V 0.5A max
load.
Connection is slow
Make sure that the USB port on the
computer and connected devices to
the hub are in USB 3.0 specication.
