Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Dieses Gerät dient allein der Eingabe von
Steuerungsbefehlen an einem handelsüblichen
Computer. Das Gerät darf nur mit den dafür
vorgesehenen Originalteilen verwendet werden.
Das Produkt darf nur in geschlossenen und
trockenen Räumen verwendet werden. Die
bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung beinhaltet das
Vorgehen gemäß der Installationsanleitung.
Batteriehinweise
Bewahren Sie Batterien außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern auf.
Verwenden Sie nur die vorgeschriebenen
Batterietypen.
Verwenden Sie niemals gleichzeitig alte und neue
Batterien oder verschiedene Batteriesorten.

Anschluss des Geräts
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach (1) auf der Rückseite
der Tastatur und setzen Sie die Batterien (2)
ein. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Batterien
entsprechend der Markierungen im Batteriefach
einlegen.
2. Setzen Sie die Abdeckung für das Batteriefach
(1) wieder ein.
3. Schließen Sie den USB-Empfänger (3) an eine
freie USB-Schnittstelle an Ihrem Computer
an. Windows erkennt, dass neue Hardware
angeschlossen wurde und installiert automatisch
die erforderlichen Treiber.
4. Tastatur und Empfänger sind normalerweise
schon synchronisiert und Sie sollten die Tastatur
nun verwenden können. Sollte die Tastatur
nicht reagieren, führen Sie bitte folgende
Schritte durch: Drücken Sie mit einem spitzen
Gegenstand die ID-Taste am USB-Empfänger
(3) und innerhalb von drei Sekunden die ID-Taste
auf der Unterseite der Tastatur.
5. Das Mini Media Center Keyboard ist nun
einsatzbereit.

Treiber-Installation
• Legen Sie dazu die mitgelieferte Treiber-CD in
Ihr CD-ROM-Laufwerk ein.
• Klicken Sie im Installations-Menü auf die Schalt-
fläche LED Status Program.
• Sollte das Installations-Menü nicht automatisch
starten, klicken Sie auf
Start > Ausführen > Durchsuchen und wählen
Sie Ihr CD-ROM-Laufwerk aus. Doppelklicken
Sie auf die Datei Setup.exe.
• Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bild-
schirm.
Treiberfunktionen
Sobald Sie die Treibersoftware installiert und
gestartet haben (siehe Kapitel „Treiber-Installati-
on“), erscheinen unten rechts in der Taskbar die
folgenden vier Symbole:
: Zeigt den Capslock Status an: grau: deakti-
viert; grün: aktiviert
: Zeigt den Scroll-Lock Status an: grau: deakti-
viert; grün: aktiviert
: Zeigt den Numlock Status an: grau: deaktiviert;
grün: aktiviert
: Zeigt an, ob die Statusicons in der Taskbar
ein- oder ausgeblendet sind
Um die Taskbar so schmal wie möglich zu halten,
können Sie die drei Statusicons ausblenden.
Klicken Sie dazu mit der rechten Maustaste auf
das Symbol und klicken Sie auf „Off“. Die
Statusicons werden nun in der Taskbar nicht mehr
angezeigt und das Symbol erscheint.
Um die Statusicons wieder anzuzeigen, klicken Sie
mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Symbol und
klicken Sie auf „On“.

Maussteuerung
Legen Sie Ihren rechten Daumen auf die Mitte
des Steuerungskreises. Um den Mauszeiger
zu bewegen, verlagern Sie das Gewicht des
Daumens in die gewünschte Richtung, ohne den
Daumen selbst auf dem Kreis zu bewegen.
Verwenden Sie zum Klicken die linke und rechte
Maustaste oben links auf der Tastatur.
Austauschen schwacher Batterien
Sobald die Batt. Low Anzeige leuchtet, führen Sie
bitte folgende Schritte aus:
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite
der Tastatur
2. Entfernen Sie die alten Batterien und setzen zwei
neue AAA-Batterien ein. Achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie nur neue Batterien verwenden.
3. Setzen Sie die Abdeckung für das Batteriefach
wieder ein.
4. Sie müssen nun die Tastatur neu mit dem
Computer verbinden. Drücken Sie dazu die
ID-Taste am USB-Empfänger. Diese blinkt nun.
Drücken Sie anschließend die ID-Taste auf der
Rückseite der Tastatur. Die Verbindung wird nun
neu hergestellt.
Fehlerbehebung
Die Tastatur reagiert nicht
Bitte prüfen Sie zuerst, ob die Batterien korrekt
eingelegt sind. Möglicherweise sind die Batterien
schwach. Prüfen Sie die Batteriewarnleuchte
auf der Tastatur und testen Sie die Funktion
eventuell mit neuen Batterien. Synchronisieren Sie
gegebenenfalls Tastatur und USB-Empfänger neu.
Folgen Sie dazu Punkt (4) unter „Anschluss des
Geräts“.
Wenn ich auf „My TV“ drücke, passiert nichts
Bitte richten Sie in Ihrem Media Center erst die TV-
Sender ein. Um Fernsehen empfangen zu können,
benötigen Sie einen TV-Tuner.

not recommended by the manufacturer.
Troubleshooting/Repairs
Do not attempt to service or repair the product
yourself; leave any maintenance to qualified ex-
perts. Do not attempt to modify the product in any
way as doing so will invalidate the warranty.
Moisture/Heat
Do not use the device near water (e.g. sinks, bath
tubs etc.), and keep it away from damp conditions;
areas where liquids are likely to drip, splash or
be sprayed; as well as rain. Do not expose the
device to high temperatures, high humidity or direct
sunlight.
Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product. Do not
allow the device to come into contact with benze-
ne, paint thinners or other such chemicals.
Intended Use
This product is intended solely for the entry of
control commands on a standard computer. The
product must only be used in conjunction with
the original parts intended for it. The product must
only be used in dry, interior rooms. Intended use
includes adherence to the specified installation
instructions.
Handling Batteries
Keep batteries out of children‘s reach.
Only use the specified battery types.
Never mix old, new or different types of battery.
Always replace old and weak batteries promptly.
Dispose of your old batteries in accordance with
local regulations.

The markings on the product and on the associ-
ated literature show that this product must not be
disposed of together with normal household waste
at the end of its useful life. Please dispose of this
device separately from other waste in order not to
cause harm to the environment or human health
through uncontrolled refuse disposal.
Recycle the device to facilitate the su-
stainable recycling of material resources.
Private users should contact the
dealer from whom the product was bought, or the
authorities responsible for recycling, to find out
how to recycle the device in an environmentally

rights to the supplied software. Direct or indirect
reworking, decompiling or reverse engineering of
the software is not permitted. Any form of copying
or distribution of the software to third parties is also

Connecting the Device
1. Open the battery compartment (1) on the
base of the keyboard by removing the cover
and insert the batteries (2). Insert the supplied
batteries according to the markings in the
battery compartment.
2. Replace the battery compartment cover (1).
3. Plug the USB receiver (3) into any free USB
port on your computer. Windows will detect that
new hardware has been connected and will
automatically install the required driver.
4. The keyboard and receiver are usually already
synchronised and you should now be able to
use the keyboard. If the keyboard does not
respond, perform the following steps: Using a
blunt instrument, press the ID button on the USB
receiver (3) and then press the ID button on the
base of the keyboard within 3 seconds.
5. The Mini Media Center Keyboard is now ready
for use.

To use the Media Center functions of the buttons
(appear in light blue on the buttons), press and
hold the Ctrl key and then press the button with the
particular function you would like to carry out.

Driver Installation
• Insert the supplied driver CD into your CD-ROM
drive.
• On the installation menu, click on the button LED
Status Program.
• Should the installation program not start
automatically, click Start > Run > Browse and
select your CD-ROM drive. Double click on the
file setup.exe.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
Driver functions
The following four icons will appear on the bottom
right in the taskbar as soon as you have installed
and started the driver software (see Chapter “Driver
installation”):
Displays the caps lock status: grey: deactiva-
ted; green: activated
Displays the scroll lock status: grey: deactiva-
ted; green: activated
Displays the num lock status: grey: deactiva-
ted; green: activated
Displays whether the status icons are displayed
or hidden in the taskbar
You can hide the three status icons in order to
keep the taskbar as small as possible.
To do that, right click on the icon and then click
on “Off”. The status icons will no longer be display-
ed in the taskbar and the icon will appear.
To redisplay the status icons again, right click on
the icon and then click “On”.

Mouse Control
Place your right thumb on the centre of the control
circle. To move the mouse pointer, shift the weight
of your thumb on the control circle in the desired
direction without moving your thumb itself.
Use the left and right mouse buttons on the top
left-hand side of the keyboard to perform mouse
click actions.
Replacing Weak Batteries
As soon as the Batt. Low status indicator lights up,
perform the follow steps:
1. Open the battery compartment on the base of
the keyboard by removing the cover
2. Remove the old batteries and insert two new
AAA batteries. Make sure that you only use new
batteries.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.
4. You must now re-establish the connection
between the keyboard and the computer. To do
that, press the ID button on the USB receiver.
This will now start to flash. Following that, press
the ID button on the base of the keyboard. The
connection will now be re-established.
Troubleshooting
The keyboard doesn’t respond
Check first to see whether the batteries have been
inserted correctly. The batteries might be weak.
Check the battery warning light on the keyboard
and possibly try checking the function again
using new batteries. If necessary, re-establish
the connection between the keyboard and the
USB receiver. To do that, follow point (4) under
“Connecting the Device”.
Nothing happens when I press “My TV”
Firstly, set up the TV channels in your Media
Center. You require a TV tuner in order to be able
to receive television programmes.

Nettoyage
Nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon doux et sec. Ne
mettez jamais l’appareil en contact avec du benzol,
du dissolvant ou d’autres produits chimiques.
Utilisation de l’appareil conforme à sa des-
tination
Cet appareil sert uniquement à saisir des com-
mandes sur un ordinateur classique. L’appareil
ne doit être utilisé qu’avec les pièces originales
prévues à cet effet. Le produit ne doit être utilisé
que dans des locaux fermés et secs. L’utilisation
conforme implique de respecter les instructions
d’installation.
Remarques relatives aux piles
Conservez les piles hors de portée des enfants.
Utilisez uniquement les types de piles prescrits.
N’utilisez jamais en même temps des piles usées
