INSTRUCTIONS
Optimum listeningquality is obtained
when the following recommendations
have
beenobseryed
stepbystep.
I EachJadis
ampliherunit ispackedwith is ou'ntested
tubes.At theunpacking,
be
carefullnot to mix up the valvesandsetthem imnrediate)y
on their correspondant
unit.
2-Place
your
Jadisamplilier
onaflat,
solidsurface.
Because
your Jadis
is an amplifier with tubes,
providean op€nspaceto enablea
correct
evacuationof theheatin a natural
convection
cooling.Do not fan cool your
Jadisamp.anair current
cancreate
microcracksin thetubes.

MATCHYOURAMPLIFIERTO
YOURLOUDSPEAKERS
Theloadimpedance
ispreadjusted in ourfactoryfor loudspeakersfrom 4to 8Ohms.
Thetechnicalcharasteristics
of theJadisamplifiersallowsanimpedanceadaptation
from 1to 16Ohms.
Impedance
modificationsareeasilyaccomplishedontheterminalblocks.
Consultthe chanattheendofnotice.
NOTA: for electrostaticloudspeakersit isoftenbettertoadapt
yourJadisamplifier
impedance
to 16Ohms.
MAINTENANCE
Toclean
your
amplifier,useasoftcloth
with
anonabrasivecleaning
product.
Donotforgetto unplugtheamplifierbeforecleaning.

PROTECTIONSYSTEM
If anamplifierchannelfailsto operate,

whenonetubeis
faulty.

MOUNTINGOF
THETUBES
Firstofall,removethe
gridwhich
protects
thetubesockets.
Mount the ECC82tubes.thenthe ECC83tubes.
Do not force
them,thismaydamagethesockets.
Thenmountpowertubeson their sockets.Becarefull,
asthese
tubeshave stop pins on the centralparts of the mounting
base,Replacethegrid andneverremoveit when theamplifier
is I
coffiected
tothemainsvoltâge, runningornotrunning.
