Veiligheidsregels – Safety regulations
WAARSCHUWING WARNING
Ten einde het risico op letsel te verkleinen en nauwkeurig
functioneren van het (turn)toestel te waarborgen, moeten
onderstaande voorschriften strikt in acht genomen worden:
1 Gebruik dit toestel alleen onder begeleiding van een
getrainde en gekwalificeerde instructeur
2 Controleer het toestel voor elke training op
voldoende stabiliteit en gebruik het alleen als het
technisch in orde is
3 Controleer altijd of het toestel correct geïnstalleerd
is, met name de bevestigingspunten Mocht u het
niet vertrouwen, gebruik het toestel dan niet en laat
het controleren door een expert
4 Ken uw eigen limiet en die van het toestel Volg een
progressieve instructie training en raadpleeg altijd
een instructeur
5 Controleer voor gebruik of het toestel obstakelvrij
staat opgesteld
6 Zorg voor gepaste veiligheidszones rondom het
toestel
7 Gebruik het toestel nooit wanneer u onder invloed
bent van alcohol, medicijnen of drugs
8 Zwangere vrouwen of personen met
gezondheidsklachten dienen het toestel niet te
gebruiken
Beschadigingen aan dit toestel mogen niet zelf gerepareerd
worden, neem contact op met uw leverancier voor advies of
technische ondersteuning
Elke ongeautoriseerde reparatie, of het wijzigen van
specificaties van/aan dit toestel zijn, uit veiligheids oogpunt,
ten strengste verboden Wanneer dit toch gebeurd zal
automatisch elke vorm van garantie of het recht op
compensatie in welke vorm ook vervallen
Algemeen advies:
De levensduur van (turn)toestellen en matten is gelimiteerd
Vanzelfsprekend slijten materialen na verloop van tijd
Controleer alle onderdelen, welke onderhevig zijn aan
slijtage, op zijn minst eens per 3 maanden Dit is relevant
voor de veiligheid van verstelbare onderdelen en
mechanismes, o a liggers, ringen, rails Vervang versleten,
defecte of missende onderdelen In het geval van twijfel,
vraag onze specialisten om advies
Om veiligheid te waarborgen stellen we voor om minimaal
een keer per jaar alle (turn) toestellen en matten te laten
controleren door een deskundige Deze controle kan deel
uitmaken van de jaarlijkse of halfjaarlijkse controle Wij
wijzen u daarbij op de mogelijkheid van een
onderhoudscontract bij onze firma
Gebruik dit toestel uitsluitend in droge toestand Vocht heeft
negatieve invloed op alle bekledingsstoffen van
(turn)toestellen en verkort de levensduur aanzienlijk
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to assure secure
functioning of the (gymnastic)apparatus, rules mentioned
below are to be strictly followed:
1 Use this apparatus only under the supervision of a
trained and qualified instructor
2 Check this apparatus for proper stability before
each training, use it only in perfect technical
conditions
3 Always check the apparatus for its correct
installation, particularly for the fixation
mechanism, before each use
If there are any doubts, do not use the apparatus
and get a professional check
4 Please consider your own limits and the restrictions
of this gymnastic apparatus
5 Obstructive items or persons in close proximity of
the apparatus are not allowed
6 Provide appropriate safety zones in the
surroundings of the apparatus
7 Never use the apparatus under the influence of
alcohol, medication or drugs
8 Pregnant women or persons with health issues
should not use the apparatus
Do not attempt to repair any damage to the apparatus
yourself but contact your supplier for advice or technical
assistance
Any unauthorised repair, alternation, removal of parts or
change of specifications of the apparatus are strictly
prohibited for reasons of safety and will automatically and
immediately and without any prior notice end any warranty
or right of compensation in any form whatsoever
General advice:
The life period of (gymnastic) apparatuses and mats is
limited Also materials wear off after a certain period of
time Please check all parts , which are subject to severe
wear and tear, at least once every 3 months This is mainly
relevant for the security of adjustable parts and
mechanisms, e g rails, bars, rings Replace any worn off,
defective and missing parts If there are any doubts, ask for
advice from one of our specialists
For security reasons, we suggest to perform a maintenance
check of all apparatuses and mats by a specialist, once a
year This check can be part of a yearly or six month safety
check
We would like to point out to you the possibility of a
maintenance contract with our firm
This apparatus must be used in dry conditions only
Humidity will have a negative effect on all types of
upholstery used on (gymnastic) apparatuses and results in a
shortened lifespan

Onze onderneming houd tijdens het ontwerpen van toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen niet alleen rekening
met de gebruikers maar ook met het milieu
Dit doen we onder meer door gebruik te maken van milieuvriendelijke materialen zoals hout met een duurzaam
keurmerk en Ftalaat-vrij PVC doek Tevens proberen we ons energiegebruik te minderen en hebben we
bedrijfswagens met een groen label
Verder werken we in Nederland nauw samen met de stichting Sports for Children Deze stichting geeft
gebruikte (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen een 2
e
leven
Wanneer een gymzaal of sporthal door ons opnieuw word ingericht, kan de oude inrichting opgehaald worden
door Sports for Children in plaats van deze naar de milieustraat te brengen
Sports for Children knapt deze dan waar nodig op om ze daarna te doneren aan minder bedeelde sportclubs
en/of scholen in Oost-Europa
Door deze inspanning en activiteiten willen ze plezier bieden aan kinderen in Oost-Europese landen die weinig
tot geen sport- en spelfaciliteiten tot hun beschikking hebben
Op deze manier hergebruiken we onze (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen en werken we minder
milieu belastend
We willen u vragen te overwegen gebruik te maken van een soortgelijk initiatief in uw land of regio wanneer
dit mogelijk is
Our corporation not only takes in consideration the users but also the environment during the development of
an apparatus and sports – gaming equipment
Amongst other things we use environmental friendly materials such as wood with an ecologically sustainable
label and Phthalate-free PVC sheets At the same time we are trying to reduce our energy consumption and
drive environmental friendly company cars
In Holland we further work closely together with the Sports for Children foundation This foundation provides
used (gymnastics) apparatuses and sporting equipment with a second life
When we refurbish a gymnastics hall or sporting venue, the foundation can collect the old equipment and
apparatuses instead of taking them to the waste dump
Sports for Children fixes them where and if necessary to then donate them to less fortunate gymnastic clubs
and/or schools in Eastern-Europe
With this effort we want to offer fun and the possibility to participate in sports to children in Eastern-
European countries which otherwise have no access to sports – gaming facilities
In this way we re-use our (gymnastics) apparatuses and sporting equipment and work environmentally friendly
We would like to ask you to consider supporting a similar initiative in your country or region when possible

Stap 1:
Leg het hoofdframe op een verhoogd,
vlak oppervlak om het onderstel van
het sterraam te monteren
Lay the main frame on a flat, raised
surface in order to attach the base
of the climbing Island
Stap 2:
Plaats het onderstel (2202700) op de
4 montage punten op de bodem van
het hoofdframe
Place the base (2202700) over the
4 mounting points positioned at
the bottom of the main frame

Stap 3:
Gebruik voor de montage van de twee
middelste staanders aan het
onderstel, 3 zeskantbouten M8x20 met
sluitringen (2x)
Use 3 hexagon head bolts M8x20 with
washer 8 4 to mount the two
middle posts to the base.
Stap 4:
Schuif de montagebeugels (4171100) over de twee
buitenste staanders en bevestig ze met
2 zeskantbouten M8x20 met sluitringen (2x)
(middelste gat en gat aan binnenzijde)
Place mounting brackets (4171100) over the two
outside posts and use 2 hexagon head bolts M8x20
and plain washer 8 4 to fasten them
(central and innerside holes)

Stap 5:
Monteer de oprijdplaat (4171110) met
de open zijde naar buiten Bevestig met
2 inbusbouten M10x45
De oprijdplaat dient gemonteerd te
worden onder de buitenste staander
zonder montage gaten voor het scharnier
Mount the wheel storage strip (4171110)
with the opening pointing outwards,
using 2 hex socket head screws M10x45
The wheel storage strip needs to be
placed underneath the post which has
no mounting holes for the hinges
Stap 6:
Plaats het eerste scharnier (4171090)
naar boven wijzend en bevestig met
4 button head kraag bouten M6x25
Place the first hinge (4171090) pointing
upwards and fasten with 4 flanged button
head hex socket screws M6x25

Stap 7:
Hang de vleugels in de scharnieren
zoals op de foto
Hang the wings in the hinges as
shown in the picture
Stap 8:
Neem het overgebleven scharnier en
monteer het, naar beneden wijzend,
met button head kraag bouten M6x25,
aan het hoofdframe
Take the remaining hinge and place
it upside down in the wings
Fasten the hinge, using 4 flanged
button head hex socket screws M6x25,
to the main frame

Stap 9:
Monteer de scharnier m b v een nylon
sluitring, carrosseriering en een button
head schroef M10x20
Plaats eerst de nylon sluitring, leg daar
de carrosseriering bovenop en sluit af
met de button head schroef
Fasten the hinges using a nylon washer,
large washer and button head screw
M10x20
First place the nylon washer, lay the large
washer on top of it and tighten with the
button head screw
Gebruik dezelfde methode en werk
volgorde voor het bovenste scharnier
Use the same method and sequence
for the top hinges
Stap 10:
Neem de zelfklevende klittenband en knip deze in 3 stukken van 50cm elk
Open het verrolbaar klimraam en plak de stukken klittenband bovenop het onderstel
tussen de staanders van het hoofdframe
Deze klittenband stroken worden gebruikt om de landingsmatten aan het klimraam te
bevestigen
Take the self-adhesive Velcro and cut it into 3 parts of 50cm each
Open the climbing island and place the self-adhesive Velcro parts on top of the base
in between the posts of the main frame
These Velcro strips are used to attach the landing mats to the climbing island
