Foreword
An important letter to customers
Personal safety is very important when the equipment is operated and maintained. The
manual includes necessary warning and considerations for safe operation.
Before operating and maintaining the equipment, ensure to read these completely and
understand all safety warning and relevant items. Don't repair or adjust the equipment by
yourself. If the failure that cannot be solved by following flow described in the
instructions, switch off the power supply and remove the power plug. Contact us or
qualified repairmen for help.
About the manual
The manual serves as instruction for use of the series products of touch screen monitor.
There is no further notice for update of manual content and version, etc.
Declaration of security
The contained guide and description is only applicable to the product when the manual is
issued. No further notice will be given for change of product content and manual content,
specification and instructions. No responsibility will be undertaken for damage caused by
direct or indirect mistake, omission or difference. The product implements GB4943.1 and
GB 9254-2008 standard.
Warranty declaration
When repair for failure is made for the product, please return it to the original factory for
repair. Don't remove, change, install inner components or repair the product. If damage
and failure are caused due to dismantling or installing the product, inner components and
improper use, the warranty becomes invalid immediately.
Warning
Instruction for low reliability or fire/electric shock/damage
1. Do not disassemble or remodeling the products except professional engineer.
2. Do not pour water or liquid into the system.
-Call to your close service center; if liquid getting inside of the product.
3. Ground the product before install the system.
4. Do not touch AC power during extreme thunder storm.
5. Do not touch AC power with wet hand.
6. Do not pull AC power or other peripheral device cables.
7. If abnormal smell, sound, or smoke is occurred, remove AC power immediately and
call to your close service center.
8. Do not use damaged AC power or plug (outlet).
9. Keep away the product and vinyl package from children.
-Children can be choked, if they pull the vinyl over their head.

Caution
1. We recommend using proper power voltage (110V/220v) as a precaution against fire
and electrical shock.
2. Before install the product, check suitable and safe place to use.
-Find well ventilated place. Avoid the place close to possibility of fire.
-Avoid high moisture and humidity.
3. Do not install or keep the product on steep place.
-It can cause damage or malfunction by falling (crash).
4. Be aware of electro-static on PCB of system with anti-static appliance;
-This may cause low reliability and short life term.
5. Place a product away from highly static areas.
6. Do not put metal or obstacle in product.
7. Use product in simple power cord plug-in circumstance.
8. Only use adapter supplied.
-If an incorrect adapter is used, the product's performance may decrease and there is an
increased risk of damage.
9. Use standard outer port.
-Port can be damaged by connecting not standardized device.

3. Power on & OSD Directions
The power switch is located at left side of the back body. After connected to the power
source, press power button the red power LED will be lighted-on.
On-Screen Display (OSD)
Five OSD buttons are located on the rear of the monitor. These can be used to adjust
various parameters. The buttons and their functionalities are:
Button Function when OSD is displayed
Power on/off
Select parameter for adjustment/select submenu to enter
Increase value of selected parameter/select previous menu item
Decrease value of selected parameter/select next menu item
Return/exit to previous OSD menu

4. Installation
Unpacking the Touch Monitor
Open the carton and verify that the following items are present:
• TM150 touch screen monitor
• Monitor stand & screw
• User manual (option)
• VGA cable
• HDMI cable (option)
• Touch USB cable (USB Type-A to Type-A)
• Power adapter
• Power cord
Stand Mounting
• Place the TM150 monitor on desk with screen facing down.
• Take out stand, and align the three positioning metal posts with the positioning holes.
• Tighten the stand screw clockwise and then put the screw’s torsion ring in a horizontal
position.
• Put the touch monitor on desk and make sure its stand is installed properly and secured.
VESA Mounting (Option)
• A four-hole 75 x 75 mm mounting interface for screws is provided on the rear of the
monitor.
• Use screw driver to fix the VESA bracket to the rear housing of monitor

Cable Connections
1. Connect one end of the HDMI or VGA-DB15 to the monitor’s HDMI/VGA input connector
and the other end to your HDMI/VGA video source (tighten the video cable’s screws on the
VGA connector for best performance).
2. Connect the USB touch cable (USB Type-A to Type-A) between the monitor’s USB-A
connector and your PC’s USB port. This cable only supports USB2.0.
3. Connect the power adapter’s input connector to the power source. Connect the power
adapter’s DC output connector to the monitor’s input power jack.
4. Press the power button to turn it on.
5. Projected Capacitive Touch Technology
• No calibration is required for projected capacitive touch technology.
• Touch monitor can support up to 10 touches at once.
When connected to Windows 7 pro, Windows 10 and most versions of Mac OS X, Android
and Linux the touch monitor can detect 10 simultaneous touches.
When connected to Windows XP computers, the touch monitor detects only a single touch.
6. Safety and Routine Maintenance
The following tips will help keep your touch monitor functioning at an optimal level:
• Disconnect the AC power cable before cleaning.
• To clean the display unit cabinet, use a clean cloth lightly dampened with a mild detergent.
• It is important that your unit remains dry. Do not get liquids on or inside the unit. If liquid
does get inside, turn the unit off and have a qualified service technician check it before you
power it on again.
• Do not wipe the screen with a cloth or sponge that could scratch the surface.
• To clean the touchscreen, use window or glass cleaner applied to a clean cloth or sponge.
Never apply the cleaner directly to the touchscreen. Do not use alcohol, thinner, benzene,
or other abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure the environmental temperature and humidity are maintained within specification,
and do no block the ventilation slots.
• Monitors are not designed for outdoors.

Thank you for purchasing the company's products! The warranty regulation is formulated
hereby in order to protect your legal rights and interest and remove your future worries and
improve after-sale service for customers. You are asked to read carefully and propose
valuable opinion and suggestion.
1. The company's products enjoy free warranty of 18 months since the Shipment date. If
it exceeds the warranty period, reasonable service expense and material cost will be
charged.
2. The product for repair should be packed and transported properly. If there is any
damage or loss during the process of transportation, our company will not take
responsibility.
3. Our company has the right to refuse to provide service or charge material and service
cost where appropriate with occurrence of the following items within the free warranty
period.
• Product failure or damage caused by improper use of users;
• The accident of burning caused of electric shock or improper installation;
• Damage caused by dismantling of non repairman.
• The label indicating fragile product is damaged.
4. Please read the user manual carefully before the company’s product is installed and
used.
5. The warranty card must be stamped with seal and indicate the date by the selling unit
to ensure your rights and interest.
