IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following.
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in
water or other liquids.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children

disconnect, turn any control to "OFF", then remove plug from wall outlet.
13. CAUTION: This appliance generates heat and escaping steam during use. Proper
precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fires or other damages to
persons or property.
14. This appliance generates steam. Do not operate uncovered.
15. Do not leave unit unattended while in use.
16. This appliance is for Household Use Only. Do not use appliance for other than
intended use.
17. Do not place the kettle on other heat sources (e.g. cooking stove). It may become
deformed.
18. Do not block steam vent holes.
19. During or immediately after cooking, the area near the Steam Vent Hole is kept at high
temperature. To avoid burns, do not touch this area.
20. To reduce the risk of electric shock, cook only in the removable container.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using for the first time, it is recommended to clean the interior of the kettle
thoroughly. Please follow the procedures below before using the kettle:
1. Read all instructions and important safeguards.
2. Remove all packing materials and make sure that the product has been received in
good condition.
3. Take care to keep the electrical components on the exterior of the kettle dry, wipe out
the interior of the kettle with a damp cloth. If your hand will not fit inside the kettle,
swish warm, soapy water around in the interior of the kettle with the lid closed.
4. Rinse out the inside of the kettle thoroughly with water.
5. With a damp cloth, gently wipe off the exterior of the kettle. Do not wipe off electrical
components as this may cause damage to the unit.
6. Dry all parts completely.
7. It is recommended to run your kettle through one boiling cycle before using it to
consume beverages. Following the instructions in Boiling Water on page 8, boil one
kettle of water. When water has boiled, pour it out and rinse the inside of the kettle
once more. The kettle is now ready for use.
HOW TO CLEAN
1. Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a damp cloth, taking care to avoid the electrical
components.
2. Clean the interior of the kettle with a soft sponge and warm, soapy water. If your hand
does not fit in the lid opening, swish warm, soapy water around inside the kettle with
the lid closed.
3. Rinse any remaining soapy water from the kettle.
4. Drain.

porridge, steamed eggs, noodles, hot pot, cooking

(4) Water boiled dry state.

(5) Adjust the power.
The default power is 600W, display: 600, press the "power" key to adjust the power level, and
press the "power" key for the first time to display

Warm reminder:
1. The function of soaking milk is to keep warm at 50 °C after the water boils;
2. Steamed eggs, boiled noodles and disinfection functions do not enter the insulation state,
and directly return to the initial standby state;
3. If the insulation time exceeds the time required by the product manual, the food will have
an odor.
Appointment
Take an appointment for soup as an example:
Make an appointment for 11:00 a.m. at 8:00 a.m. to cook soup. When the food is placed,
press the "Reservation" button.
Then press the "Reservation" button to adjust the time to 3 hours, then press
"Function/Cancel" to choose to cook soup, and then press the "Time" button.
The adjustment time is 1 hour. After the setting is completed, wait 5 seconds and then
automatically enter the working state until 12:00 work ends.

Maintenance
01 • Clean Water Scale
Clean scale Scale is a natural deposit formed when water is heated. It often adheres to the
inner wall of the pot and the heating plate, which will affect the service life of the pot body
and the quality of the water, so it should be removed regularly;
In normal use, generally descaling twice a year (depending on the different water quality in
different places); mix vinegar and water according to the ratio of 1:2 into the pot body to the
"maximum" position, then heat and boil; let the mixture store in the pot body for 24 hours
Pour out the mixed liquid, and then fill it with clean water to the "maximum" position, so that
the pot body is reheated and boiled again; after the boiling water is poured out, the scale
removal work is completed, and finally the inside of the pot body is cleaned with clean water.
02 • Remove food residues.
Clean up the residue after each use, and add a small amount of water and detergent to the
pot body. Scrub the inner surface of the pot with a soft cloth or sponge, scrub it clean, pour
out the water inside the pot body, and then clean it with water.
Wash the inside of the pot until the water is clean, pour out the water inside the pot body,
wipe it clean with a clean cloth, and do not use water directly. Clean the outer surface of the
product.
03 • Appearance cleaning
1. The exterior of the kettle is dirty and can be wiped with a wet towel and an appropriate
amount of detergent.
2. When wiping, never plug it in or place it on the base.
Notes:
1. After use, you must unplug the power plug, and then wait for the body to cool down before
starting cleaning;
2. Do not invade the pot body or base into the water, do not use corrosive cleaners, use
neutral cleaners;
3. Don't use banana water, gasoline, decontamination powder, hard brush or stainless steel
wire ball, etc. to wipe to avoid damaging the surface; Household cleaner
4. When the product is not in use for a long time, please clean and wipe it, put it in the box,
and put it in a ventilated and dry place to avoid It is damp and affects the use.

Q & A
1. There is no display on the digital tube, and the product cannot be used normally:
a. Is there a power outage?
b. Is the power plug properly inserted?
c. Is the power outlet turned off?
2. The food is not cooked:
a. Is the set time correct?
b. Is the selected function correct?
c. Too little water is added in the body, the product enters the dry-burning protection ahead
of time, and the stewing time is too short?

company's service center or dealer. It is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to
disassemble and assemble the machine by themselves.
WARRANTY
This unit is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date
of purchase (warranty is only valid with a dated proof of purchase). The warranty is valid for
any manufacturing defects only. This warranty covers operational defects incurred in normal
use and does not apply in the case of damage, abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to
follow operation instructions. During the one year warranty period, a product with a defect
will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at our decision).
Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed accordingly by
contacting customer service first to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization Number
and freight prepaid with proof of purchase. (Please pack your product well; we will not be
responsible for damages incurred as a result of improper packing.) We will not accept any
returns of merchandise without an applicable RMA#. You may pay the shipping charges to
ship the repaired or replacement product back to you.
