This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna

The equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between
the radiator andyour body.
Battery Charge Level Lights
The battery is fitted with a charge level indicator so you can check the remaining power
during use. To display the remaining charge press the button on the side of the battery
and refer to the following table.

Connecting/Disconnecting the battery
1. Insert the battery into the port on the rear of the speaker by aligning the grooves and
sliding into place.
2. The battery is correctly inserted once you hear a click
3. To remove the battery press the latch on the battery and slide off
Connecting a Bluetooth Device
Your Bluetooth speaker is designed for connecting devices such as telephones
and laptop computers which are fitted with Bluetooth functionality.
1. Switch on your Bluetooth speaker
2. Ensure Bluetooth functions is active on your phone/laptop. Some devices
are set to constantly scan while others require you to enable
discoverability fou a period of time
3. The name of the speaker will appear as Blaupunkt DNA on your device
4. Press the Bluetooth connec button an the speaker
5. While connecting device the light on the top of the speaker will flash BLUE
6. Once connected the light will turn solid BLUE and the speaker will chime
Side Panel
On the left side of the speaker there is a removeable panel which covers an Aux In port,
USB Port and a power in Port
1. To open lift the tab an the right hand side of the cover and gently lift outwards
2. The cover will hinge from the left.
Aux In Port
To enable you to connect an audio device which does not have Bluetooth functionality the
speaker is fitted with a 3.5mmAux In port
1. Switch on your Bluetooth speaker
2. Using an audio cable(not supplied) connect your audio device to the speaker
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth Connect Button for 3-5 seconds until the light on the
speaker turns GREEN
USB Port
The Bluetooth speaker is fitted with a USB port charging devices such as phones and
tablets
1. Ensure that device you are connecting si compatible with the rated power output of
the USB port
2. Turn on the speaker
3. Plug in the device using a suitable USB cable(not supplied) and charging will begin

automatically
Power Supply Port
The Bluetooth speaker is fitted with a port which allows you to connect to a mains power
source using a power adapter(not supplied) as an alternative to using the lithium-ion
battery
