SAFETY WARNINGS
-These instructions are highly important, please
read this instruction manual before using the
device and save it for future reference.
JOCCA is only responsible for proper use of this
product as describe in this manual.
-Before using the device for the first time, unpack
and verify that it is in perfect condition, if not,
do not use the device and go to JOCCA as the
warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
-This product is only suitable for domestic use. Do
not use the device outdoors. Do not leave
the device upon exposure to outside factors such

as rain, snow, sun, etc.
-This appliance can be used by children of 8 and
above, and people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience or
knowledge if they are supervised or instructed in
an appropriate and safe way about the use of the
appliance and understand the hazards involved.
Any cleaning and maintenance must be carried
out by the user or if they are carried out by a child
of 8 or above they must be supervised. -Keep
the appliance and its cable out of the reach of
children under 8 years old.
-Children should be supervised to ensure they do
not play with the device.
-Do not immerse the appliance or any part of it in
water or any other liquid.
-If your appliance has been dropped or fallen into
water or any other liquid do not use it or try to
repair it. Contact to the JOCCA technical service
department.
-Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance
from the mains, always pull from the plug.
-For your safety and for the appliance to work
correctly, always use JOCCA spare parts and
accessories.
-If the power supply cable or the plug are
damaged, do not use the appliance or try to
replace the cable yourself. Contact the customer
service where they will replace it correctly for you.

-Please unplug the appliance from the mains
electricity supply when not in use, before cleaning,
and if it is not working.
-Use the appliance on a smooth, horizontal,
stable and level surface.
-Do not move the appliance during use.
-Do not leave the appliance on or near a hot
gas or electric burner; next to a hot oven or a
microwave oven.
-Leave sufficient space above and to the sides of
the unit for proper air circulation.
-Do not leave product unattended.
-Before connecting the appliance to the mains,
check that the cable and plug are in perfect
conditions. Also check that the voltage indicated
on the appliance is valid for your electrical
installation.
-Unwind the power cord completely to prevent
overheating.
-This device will only be totally disconnected when
it is unplugged from the mains.
-Do not use the appliance with wet hands or bare
feet.
-Do not cover the air vent with the appliance in
operation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Control Setting
1. Control panel operation instructions:

-Press the On/Off button to turn on the machine.
-Press the MODE button to switch between COOLING / FAN
/ DEHUMIDIFYER.
-If select COOLING MODEL , press the DOWN button to
setting temperature to a minimum of 16ºC or UP button to
setting temperature to a maximum of 31ºC.
- Press SPEED button to select desired speed.
-Press FUNCTION button timing light will be on and flashing,
press UP or DOWN button to set desired timer.
- You also can turn on the SWING function, by pressing
FUNCTION and UP button. To turn off this function press
FUNTION and UP button again.
-To turn on the SLEEP model, press Up button and SPEED
button to turn on this function. To turn off this function press
FUNTION and UP button again.

2. Operation instructions of remote control:
1. Press on/off button to turn on or turn off the machine.
2. Press timer button to set timing.
3. Press DOWN button to reduce temperature and
timing set value.
4. Press MODE button to switch between cooling, fan,
dehumidifying mode.
5. Press UP button to increase temperature and timing
set value.
6. Press SPEED button to select high, low wind speed.
7. Press SLEEP button to turn on the sleep mode.

Protection function
• Frost Protection Function:
In cooling, dehumidifying or economic power saving mode, if
the temperature of the exhaust pipe is too low, the machine
will automatically enter protection status; if the temperature
of the exhaust pipe rises to a certain temperature, it can
automatically revert to normal operation.
• Overflow Protection Function:
When water in the water pan exceeds the warning level, the
machine will automatically sound an alarm, and the “FULL”
indicator light will flash. At this point, you need to move the
drainage pipe connecting the machine or the water outlet to
sewer or other drainage area to empty the water (details see
Drainage Instructions at the end of this chapter). After the
water is emptied, the machine will automatically return to the
original state.
Automatic Defrosting (cooling models have this function): The
machine has automatic defrosting function. Defrosting can be
achieved through four - way valve reversing.
INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
1.Installation
Warning: before using the portable air conditioning, keep it
upright for at least two hours.
The air conditioning can be easily moved in the room. In the
moving process, ensure that the air conditioning is in the
upright position and the air conditioning should be placed on
a flat surface. Do not install and use the air conditioning in the
bathroom or other humid environments.

1.1. Install the heat pipe assembly (as shown in Fig.1).
-Take out the outer connector assembly and the exhaust pipe
assembly, and remove the plastic bags.
-Insert the heat pipe assembly (the end of the exhaust joint)
into the back panel vent slot (push to the left) and complete
the assembly (as shown in figure 1).
1.2. Installation of window sealing plate components
-Half open the window and mount the window sealing
plate assembly to the window (as shown in Fig.2 and
Fig.3). Components can be placed in horizontal and vertical
direction.
-Pull various components of the window sealing plate
assembly open, adjust their opening distance to bring both
ends of the assembly into contact with the window frame,
and fix various components of the assembly.
-Install the window sealing plate assembly
Notes1: The flat end of the exhaust pipe joints must be
snapped into place.
Notes 2: The pipe cannot be distorted nor has substantial
turning (greater than 45 °). Keep the ventilation of the
exhaust pipe not blocked.

1.3 Install the machine
-Move the machine with installed heat pipe and fittings
before the window, and the distance between the body and
walls or other objects shall be least 50 cm (as shown in Fig.4).

-Elongate the exhaust pipe and snap the flat end of the
exhaust pipe joints into the hole of the window sealing plate
assembly (as shown in Fig.5 and Fig.6)-
Notes 1:The flat end of the exhaust pipe joints must be
snapped into place.
Notes 2: The pipe cannot be distorted nor has substantial
turning (greater than 45 °). Keep the ventilation of the
exhaust pipe not blocked.

Important Notice:
The length of the exhaust hose shall be 280~1,500mm, and
this length is based on the specifications of the air conditioning.
Do not use extension tubes or replace it with other different
hoses, or this may cause a malfunction. Exhaust host must be
not blocked; otherwise it may cause overheating.
Drainage Instructions
This machine has two drainage methods: manual drainage
and continuous drainage.
Manual drainage:
-When the machine stops after the water is full, turn off the

machine power and unplug the power plug.
Note: Please move the machine carefully, so as not to spill the
water in the water pan at the bottom of the body.
-Place the water container below the side water outlet behind
the body.
-Unscrew the drainage cover and unplug the water plug, the
water will automatically flow into the water container.
Note 1: Keep the drainage cover and the water plug properly.
Note 2: During drainage, the body can be tilted slightly
backwards.
Note 3: If the water container cannot hold all the water, before
the water container is full, stuff the water outlet with the water
plug as soon as possible to prevent water from flowing to the
floor or the carpet.
Note 4: When the water is discharged, stuff the water plug,
and tighten the drainage cover
Continuous drainage (Optional) (only applicable to
dehumidifying mode), as shown in figure:
-Unscrew the drainage cover, and unplug the water plug.
-Set the drainage pipe into the water outlet.
-Connect the drainage pipe to the bucket.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
-Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power
supply before cleaning.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that could damage
the appliance. Simply clean the surface with a wet cloth.
-Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
-Store the appliance in a safe and dry place.
-Clean the filter screen
-If the filter screen is clogged with dust, and the effectiveness
of the air conditioning is reduced, be sure to clean the filter
screen once every two weeks.
Clean the upper filter screen frame
-Unscrew one screw fixed by EVA filter net and back shell with
screwdriver, and take out EVA filter net.
-Put the EVA filter screen into warm water with neutral
detergent (about 40ºC / 104ºC) and dry it in the shade after
rinsing clean.

-Desenchufe el aparato de la red eléctrica siempre
que haya finalizado su uso, antes de proceder a
su limpieza y si este no funciona correctamente.
-Utilizar el aparato en una superficie plana, lisa
y horizontal.
-No mover el aparato mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
-No deje el aparato encima o cerca de un
quemador de gas o eléctrico caliente; dentro,
junto a un horno caliente o un horno microondas.
-Deje suficiente espacio encima y a los lados del
aparato para una correcta circulación de aire.
-No deje el aparato desatendido.
-Antes de conectar el aparato a la red eléctrica
compruebe que el cable y el enchufe están en
perfecto estado, además compruebe que la
tensión indicada en el aparato es válida para su
