Installing the Video Screen
Press and hold the camera control button on the remote
controller for 3 seconds to begin recording. The set
resolution indicator will begin to blink to show recording
has started. Press and hold the camera control button for
3 seconds to end recording.
A quick press of the camera control button will take a still
picture.
Notice: you can press the camera button to intercept the
video pictures during recording (only effective under 1080P
/ 720P)
Using the Video Screen
Mobile Device Holder
Turn the drone and the remote controller on. To see how
to do this, look at <Hornet S Basic Instruction Manual>
Turn the Hornet S power ON
Notice: If the display shows "snow" the video signal is not
present - press the buttons on the back of the display one
by one until the video image appears on the screen

Taking Pictures or Video
Press and hold the camera control button on the remote
controller for 3 seconds. The set resolution indicator will
begin to blink to show recording has started. Press and
release the camera control button to change the resolution
setting until the corresponding status light flashes (The
default resolution is 1080P@60FPS).
Setting the Camera Resolution
The Hornet S video signal has been paired with the
Remote Controller at the factory so you should see
video immediately
Pull the mobile device holder out of the Remote Controller
Place the video screen in the holder and securely press it
in place as shown in diagram 1
Connect the screen to the Remote Controller using the 2.5
mm video cable as shown in diagram 2
