3 Installation
Check the goods if they agree with the invoice. Please immediately contact the
shipping company or supplier if there is any doubt.
Unpacking
Immediately after unpacking, check for possible shipping damage. If the dishwasher
is found to be damaged, save the packaging material and contact the supplier within 15
days of delivery.
Before installing, check the electrical service to be sure it agrees with the electrical
specifications on the rating plate located on the right side of machines. After unpacking,
please take out the manual and parts not installed. Place the dishwasher in its operating
location. Turn the leveling feet as required to level the machine and adjust to the desired
height
Location

The dishwasher must be level before any connections are made. Turn the leveling feet
as required to level the machine and adjust to the desired height.
A hood or vent may be required in order to meet local codes. The lowest ventilation
capacity should be 2.8m3/min(supplied by others).
Check before installation
Check if there are cracks on the appearance, looseness or damages in all
connections, electrical circuit, and other parts.
Electrical Connections
Please reach the control box for power connection, correctly connect power cords of
different color to power supply according to their descriptions and the electrical diagram at
inside of machine panel.
Cable and Switch Selection (correct selection of the power cords and break switch
is required for power supply )
The selection of power cord and switch, please refer to the table of "Major Technical
Data".
Plumbing connections
Connect the water pipe to the incoming water supply (3/4”NPT internal threads) , Please
thoroughly clean the hands before any installation staff connects water pipe to any manual
Warning
1, Electrical and grounding connections must comply with applicable portions of the
national electrical code and other local codes.
2, Prior to connecting the appliance, ensure that the voltage and the supply fuse
complies with the rating plate and configuration of the mains terminal block within the
appliance.
3, Disconnect the electrical power supply and place a tag at power switch indicating
that you are working on the circuit.
Warning
1, Water connections must comply with the hygiene and safety standards and water
installation regulations.
2, When flow pressure of incoming water is lower than 2Kg/cm2, it is better not to use
the machine.Because low water pressure would affect washing efficiency. The
temperature of incoming water should not exceed 65 ° C, and the pressure should not
exceed 5kg/cm2.

4 Operation
Testing
Water inlet hose
Please clean the inlet hose before connection, clean all the filters after initial operation
Plumbing connections and flow pressure
Check if the inlet hose is connected firmly, as looseness and leakage may happen in
transporting and carrying. Related non-standard flow pressure can lead to faults of the
machine.
Electrical Connection
Fasten all terminals in the control box, check if all of them are tightened, visual test for
all the electrical equipment if they are in good condition, (for example: switches, cables,
motor shell, etc.), and test all the functions of power switch.
Check the interior
Make sure that there are no irrelevant parts inside the machine (for example: hanging
cloth, screws, nuts, tools, packaging materials, etc.).
Operating of Control Panel
Basic requirements:
a.Working Temp.:0~50℃;
b.Humidity:40~93%;

5 Maintenance
Wash and Rinse Arms
Upper and lower wash and rinse arms should turn freely and continue turning for a
few seconds after being whirled by hand. When check arms, please disconnect the power
supply, then rotate the arms and remove any obstructions.
If the strainer basket, filter pan and pump intake screen are not properly placed, some
obstructions (such as food particles or bones) may clog the wash arm nozzles. The wash
arms are easily removed for cleaning.
To remove the wash and rinse arms, unscrew the knurled nut between the rinse and
wash rinse arms can be taken out(Fig.4).
Note:
When loose the knurled nut of upper wash
and rinse arms, hold firm the arms and be
careful not to drop them. Upper and lower
wash and rinse arms are interchangeable.
Booster Heater Maintenance
Because of strong power, it is easy to form water scale on the heater surface,
affecting heat conduction, so regular monthly maintenance and cleaning is required. To
disassemble the heater, please turn off all power supply, and place a tag at the power
switch indicating that you are working on the circuit., switching on is strictly
prohibited .Thoroughly clean the elements and clear scale debris at the booster bottom.
After finished, the wiring should be connected as required to avoid accidents, please
contact our service center or local dealer under any doubts.
Maintenance of water pipes
Impurities in the filter valve of inlet hose must be regularly cleared every month to
ensure smooth water flow.
Service
If any repairs and adjustments are needed , please contact your local authorized
service office.
Warning
Before any maintenance begins, please disconnect the electrical power supply and
place a tag at the power switch indicating that you are working on the circuit.

6 Trouble Shooting
Trouble Shooting Techniques
This section may help you avoid a service call. If a symptom persists after the
possible causes have been checked, please contact our service center or local authorized
service office.
Symptom Possible Causes & Suggested Solution
No machine
operation
1. Open the door and close it.
2. Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker at power supply.
3. Check if fuse at control circuit is blown.
Long wash
cycle
1. Water temperature in booster is too low
2. Water in booster is below high level sensor; please examine line strainer and
solenoid valve.
Dishes not
clean
1. Wash pump rotating in wrong direction.
2. Insufficient water pressure due to obstruction at pump intake screen.
Disconnect power supply, drain wash tank and check.
3. Low water temperature. Insufficient warm-up time. Check thermostat and
heater.
4. Incorrect detergent dispensing. Contact your detergent representative.
5. Excessive mineral deposits through wash and rinse system. Deliming may
be necessary.
Spotting
silverware,
glasses, and
dishes
1. Racks are improperly loaded.
2. Incorrect rinse water temperature.
3. Low water pressure due to pump obstruction
4. Excessively hardness of water.
5. Incorrect detergent for water type.
6. Incorrect rinse aid for water type.
7. Incorrect concentration of detergent and rinse aid
Inadequate
rinse
1, Dirty line strainer causing reduced water flow. Turn off water supply,
disconnect water inlet hose and solenoid valve. Reassemble the strainer after
remove and clean it
2, Low water pressure at water supply
Leaking valve
Foreign material prevents proper valve operation. Note: It's critical for a check
after installation, for compound or metal shavings of water pipe may lodge at the
valve. Shut off water supply. Unscrew and take out bonnet from valve body.
Clean the valve and reassemble.
No or slow fill
1. Dirty line strainer causing reduced water flow. Turn off water supply,
disconnect water inlet hose and solenoid valve. Reassemble the strainer after
remove and clean it
2. Low water pressure at water supply
