taggio e durante la pulizia dell'unità. Se la lama si rompe o si allenta, non

incustodita mentre è collegata a una fonte di alimentazione.
• Prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulizia, manutenzione, montaggio o
smontaggio, assicurarsi che il tritaghiaccio sia scollegato dall'alimentazione
principale scollegandolo.
• Se l'apparecchio dovesse essere fuori servizio o se dovesse funzionare in
modo ine󰀩cace, spegnerlo e non tentare di manometterlo. Per qualsiasi
riparazione, rivolgersi esclusivamente a un centro di assistenza. Il mancato
rispetto di quanto sopra potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza dell'apparec-
chio.
• L'installazione deve essere eseguita in conformità con le istruzioni del
produttore. L'installazione errata può causare danni a persone, animali o
oggetti.
• Per evitare un pericoloso surriscaldamento, è consigliabile srotolare com-
pletamente il cavo elettrico e utilizzare l'apparecchio come raccomandato
nel paragrafo "Precauzioni d'uso".
• Non lasciare mai l'apparecchio collegato quando non è necessario. Scolle-
gare la spina dell'alimentazione quando l'apparecchio non è in uso.
• Non ostruire mai le aperture o le fessure per la ventilazione e la dissipazio-

PRECAUZIONI D'USO
• Prima di utilizzare questo elettrodomestico per la prima volta o dopo un

lungo periodo d’inutilizzo, lavare la tazza d'assemblaggio del tritaghiaccio in
acqua calda con sapone per i piatti, sciacquare e asciugare accuratamente.
• Prima di ogni utilizzo dell'apparecchio, vericare che sia meccanicamente
integro. L’unità motrice, la tazza d'assemblaggio del tritaghiaccio e la base
di supporto non devono essere danneggiati o rotti in alcun modo. La guaina
e la spina non devono essere incrinati o rotti. Tuttavia, se lo sono, rimuove-
re immediatamente la spina dalla presa e portare l'apparecchio presso un
centro tecnico autorizzato per le necessarie riparazioni.
• Prima di collegare l'apparecchio, vericare che l'interruttore non sia in posi-
zione "On".
• Assicurarsi che il tritaghiaccio e il cavo non siano troppo vicini al bordo del
tavolo o al piano di lavoro, che non tocchino le fonti di calore e che non
siano vicini a un lavandino.
• Non immergere mai il gruppo motore in acqua o altri liquidi.
• Usa preferibilmente cubetti di ghiaccio fatti in casa (in freezer con il forma
ghiaccio oppure da fabbricatore di ghiaccio). Il ghiaccio confezionato com-
mercialmente può essere utilizzato purché i cubetti non siano troppo grandi.
• Le sostanze diverse dal ghiaccio non devono mai essere collocate nella
tazza d'assemblaggio del tritaghiaccio.
• Non utilizzare mai l'apparecchio quando è vuoto.
• Non avviare mai l'apparecchio prima che sia stato montato correttamente
sulla sua base.
• Non mettere mai le dita nella tazza d'assemblaggio perché la lama è molto
a󰀩lata e potrebbe causare lesioni.

ASSEMBLAGGIO E UTILIZZO
1. Assicurarsi sempre che l'apparecchio sia spento e che non sia collegato a
una presa elettrica prima di montare o smontare il rasoio.
2. Fare riferimento alla Fig. A e Fig. B per uno schema di assemblaggio, riferi-
mento parti e schema operativo.
3. Posizionare la base / piedistallo della macchina (Fig. A, K) su un bancone o
un tavolo piatto.
4. Inserire il cambio (Fig. A, H) nella base.
5. Allineare e inserire la ciotola esterna (Fig. A, E2) nel cambio.
6. Allineare e inserire il cerchietto del cambio (Fig. A, D) nella ciotola esterna.
7. Allineare e inserire la ciotola interna (Fig. A, C) nella ciotola esterna. Potreb-
be essere necessario ruotare lentamente la ciotola interna per assicurarsi
che si adatti correttamente.
8. Fissare la ciotola interna alla ciotola esterna usando il dado di ssaggio (Fig.
A, B). Inserire il dado al centro della ciotola interna e girare in senso orario.
9. Mettere una ciotola vuota (non in dotazione) sulla base dell'unità appena
sotto la vaschetta esterna (Fig. B. 1.). Questa ciotola verrà utilizzata per
raccogliere il ghiaccio tritato.
10. Mettere i cubetti di ghiaccio completamente congelati all'interno della ciotola
interna (Fig. B. 1.). Riempi il livello della ciotola con cubetti di ghiaccio. La
maggior parte del ghiaccio prodotto dai fabbricatori di ghiaccio domesti-
ci funzionerà. Tuttavia, se il ghiaccio è troppo duro ed è rimasto troppo a
lungo nel congelatore, potrebbe essere necessario consentire ai cubetti di
ghiaccio di scongelarsi per alcuni minuti prima di utilizzarli. Permettendo al
ghiaccio di scongelarsi, la macchina produrrà un composto più so󰀩ce.
11. Posizionare il coperchio trasparente (Fig. A, A) sulla parte superiore della
ciotola interna mentre si allinea la angia del coperchio.
12. Per tritare il ghiaccio, ruotare il coperchio in senso antiorario (Fig. B. 2.)
Finché la angia attiva l'interruttore di sicurezza (Fig. A, G).
13. Per interrompere la tritatura del ghiaccio, ruotare il coperchio in senso orario
(Fig. B. 3.) Per disattivare l'interruttore di sicurezza.
14. Scollegare il tritaghiaccio dall'alimentazione dopo ogni utilizzo.
15. Aggiungi lo sciroppo che preferisci al ghiaccio tritato e gusta la tua granita!
(Fig. B. 4.)
PULIZIA
• Smontare l'apparecchio nell'ordine inverso rispetto alla procedura descritta
per il montaggio.
• Durante la pulizia, prestare particolare attenzione alla lama del tritatore.
Evitare ogni contatto con la lama per evitare lesioni a se stessi o agli altri.
• Evitare l'uso di detersivi o panni abrasivi.

• L'unità motrice può essere pulita con un panno leggermente umido, ma non
immergerla in acqua o altri liquidi.
• Tutte le parti della macchina diverse dal gruppo motore (gura A) possono
essere lavate in acqua tiepida con sapone neutro e risciacquate con acqua.
Non lavare nessuna delle parti o del motore in lavastoviglie.
• Asciugare tutte le parti prestando particolare attenzione alla lama prima di
riporre l'apparecchio.

important information with regards to the installation, use and maintenance.
Keep this manual for future reference.
• This ice shaver is intended for household use only.
• This ice shaver has an extremely sharp blade. You should use extreme cau-
tion during assembly, operation, disassembly and while cleaning the unit. If
the blade becomes broken or loose, do not use the appliance.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of reach of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or men-
tal capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision orinstruction
concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• After unpacking the unit and before each use, make sure the mechanical
parts of the unit and all its attachments are intact. Look for any foreign
objects before operating the ice shaver. When in doubt, do not use the ap-

that the ice shaver is disconnected from the main power supply by unplug-
ging it.
• Should the appliance be out of order and/or operating ine󰀩ciently switch it
o󰀨 and do not attempt to tamper with it. For any repairs, approach an autho-
rized service center only and request the use of
original spare parts. Failure to comply with the above might result in com-
promised safety of the appliance.
• Should you decide to stop using the appliance, it is advisable to render it
unusable by cutting the electrical cable after unplugging it from the main
power supply.
• Furthermore, it is advisable to render all hazardous parts of the applian-
ce harmless, particularly for children, who might play with the discarded
appliance.
• Installation must be carried out in compliance with the manufacturer’s

USAGE PRECAUTIONS
• Before using this appliance for the rst time or after a long period of disuse,
wash the shaver bowl assembly cup in warm water with dish soap, rinse
and dry thoroughly.
• Before each use of the appliance, check that it is mechanically intact.
The motor unit, the shaver bowl assembly and the support base must not
be cracked or broken in any way. The sheath and the plug should not be
cracked or broken. However if they are, remove the plug immediately from
the socket and take the appliance to an authorized technical center for ne-
cessary repairs.
• Before plugging in the appliance, check that the switch is not in the “On”
position.
• Ensure that the ice shaver and the cable are not too close to the edge of the
table or work surface, that it is not touching heat sources, and that it is not
near a sink.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.
• Use ice cubes that are made from most residential ice makers. Commercial-
ly produced bagged ice may be used as long as the cubes are not too big.
• Substances other than ice should never be placed in the container shaver
bowl assembly.
• Never run the appliance while empty.
• Never run the appliance before it has been correctly mounted on its base.
• Never put your ngers into the bowl assembly because the blade is
very sharp and may cause injury.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
1. Always ensure that the appliance is switched o󰀨 and that it is not plugged
into an electrical outlet before you assemble or dismantle the ice shaver.
2. Refer to Fig. A and Fig. B for an assembly diagram, parts reference and
operational diagram.
3. Place the machine base/stand (Fig. A, K) on a at sturdy counter or table.
4. Insert the drive gear (Fig. A, H) into the base.
5. Align and insert the exterior bowl (Fig. A, E2) in drive gear.
6. Align and insert the gear hoop (Fig. A, D) in the exterior bowl.
7. Align and insert the interior bowl (Fig. A, C) in the exterior bowl. You may
have to slowly spin the interior bowl to ensure that it ts correctly.
8. Secure the interior bowl to the exterior bowl using the securing nut (Fig. A,
B). Insert the nut in the center of the interior bowl and turn clockwise.
9. Place an empty bowl (not supplied) on the base of the unit just below the
exterior bowl (Fig. B. 1.). This bowl will be used to collect the shaved ice.
10. Place fully frozen household ice cubes inside the interior bowl (Fig. B. 1.).
Fill the bowl level with ice cubes. Most ice made from residential ice ma-
kers will work. Some commercially bagged ice may work as well. However,
if your ice it too hard and has been in the freezer too long, you may need
to allow the ice cubes to temper or thaw for a few minutes before shaving.
Allowing the ice to temper, the machine will produce a u󰀩er snow, which is
a common practice with commercial ice shavers as well.
11. Place clear lid (Fig. A, A) on top of the interior bowl while lining up the lid’s
ange.
12. To shave ice, turn the lid counter clockwise (Fig. B. 2.) until the ange acti-
vates the safety switch (Fig. A, G).
13. To stop shaving ice, turn the lid clockwise (Fig. B. 3.) to deactivate the safety
switch.
14. Unplug the ice shaver from the power supply after each use.
15. Add premium syrup from SUNCONShavedIce.com (Fig. B. 4.) to the shaved
ice and enjoy!
CLEANING
• Dismantle the appliance in reverse order of the procedure described for
assembly.
• While cleaning, use caution and pay special attention to the ice shaver bla-
de. Avoid all contact with the blade to prevent injury to yourself or others.
• Avoid using abrasive detergents or cloths.
• The motor unit may be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth but do not soak or
immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid.
• All the machine parts other than the motor assembly (Fig. A) may be wa-

shed in warm water with mild soap and rinsed with water. Do not wash any
of the parts or motor in a dishwasher.
• Dry all of the parts paying particular attention to the blade before putting the
appliance away.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN BEI DER VERWENDUNG
• Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal oder nach längerer Nichtbenutzung
benutzen, waschen Sie die Schale der Rasierschale in warmem Wasser mit
Spülmittel, spülen Sie sie ab und trocknen Sie sie gründlich ab.

MONTAGE UND VERWENDUNG
1. Vergewissern Sie sich immer, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist und dass es
nicht in eine Steckdose eingesteckt ist, bevor Sie den Ice Shaver montieren
oder demontieren.
2. Siehe Abb. A und Abb. B für ein Montagediagramm, Teile-Referenz und
Betriebsdiagramm.
3. Stellen Sie den Standfuß (Abb. A, K) auf einen achen stabilen Tisch oder
einen festen Tisch.
4. Setzen Sie das Antriebszahnrad (Abb. A, H) in die Basis ein.
5. Richten Sie die Außenschale (Abb. A, E2) aus und setzen Sie sie in das
Antriebszahnrad ein.
6. Richten Sie den Zahnring (Abb. A, D) aus und setzen Sie ihn in die äußere
Schale ein.
7. Richten Sie die Innenschale (Abb. A, C) aus und setzen Sie sie in die
Außenschale ein. Möglicherweise müssen Sie die Innenschale langsam
drehen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie richtig sitzt.
8. Befestigen Sie die Innenschale mit der Sicherungsmutter an der Außens-
chale (Abb. A, B). Stecken Sie die Mutter in die Mitte der Innenschale und

10. Platzieren Sie vollständig gefrorene Haushaltseiswürfel in der Innenschale
(Abb. B. 1.). Füllen Sie die Schüssel mit Eiswürfeln. Das meiste Eis, das
von Wohneisherstellern gemacht wird, wird arbeiten. Einige kommerziell
verpackte Eis können auch funktionieren. Wenn Ihr Eis jedoch zu hart ist
und zu lange im Gefrierschrank war, müssen Sie die Eiswürfel möglic-
herweise einige Minuten vor der Rasur temperieren oder auftauen lassen.
Wenn das Eis temperiert wird, produziert die Maschine einen aumigeren
Schnee, was bei kommerziellen Eisrasierern ebenfalls üblich ist.
11. Platzieren Sie den Deckel (Abb. A, A) oben auf der Innenschale, während
Sie den Deckelansch ausrichten.
12. Um Eis zu rasieren, drehen Sie den Deckel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (Abb.
B. 2.), bis der Flansch den Sicherheitsschalter aktiviert (Abb. A, G).
13. Um das Rasieren zu stoppen, drehen Sie den Deckel im Uhrzeigersinn
(Abb. B. 3.), um den Sicherheitsschalter zu deaktivieren.
14. Trennen Sie den Eiswürfelbereiter nach jedem Gebrauch vom Stromnetz.
15. Fügen Sie Premium-Sirup von SUNCONShavedIce.com (Abb. B. 4.) zum
rasierten Eis hinzu und genießen Sie!
REINIGUNG
• Demontieren Sie das Gerät in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie bei der Monta-
