for unpacking & assembling the eA70.

2.Remove the straps and cardboard cover.

6.Remove the hood cover and connect plug for
headlight assembly. Route headlight harness
through lower hole, then install the hood cover
back. Secure hood with “J” hardware.
7.Install headlight assembly to the front fender.
(ST4.0*8 in the center, ST4.2*12 on the left and
right sides).
8. Install handlebars using risers with hex bolts
provided in hardware kit. Tighten by hand to get
threads started and prevent cross threading.
Tighten bolts evenly with a torque wrench
Note: Torque requirement 25-30N.m
9. Remove rear axle crate fixture with 12mm
wrench. Repeat process for other side.
10. Lift front end of ATV in center using a jack.
With front raised and secured, install lower
shock mount with supplied M10 x 40mm bolt &
M10 locking nut (I). Bolt head facing forward.
Note: Torque requirement 30-40N.m
11. Install tie rod end positioned top of spindle.
Locate Castle nut (G) and thread into tie rod end.
Always start threads by hand at least 2 full turns.
Tighten with torque wrench & 17mm socket
Note: Torque requirement 49-59N.m
12. Install the front bumper as shown above.
Tools: Torque Wrench, 12mm Socket & wrench
Hardware: (H) (M) (N)
Note: Torque requirement 25-30N.m
13. Install rear bumper with 12mm socket and
hardware (K)
Note: Torque requirement 25-30N.m
14. Install front wheels with valve stem
facing outwards using M8 locking nuts (H). Start
threading nuts by hand minimum 2 full
rotations. After use torque wrench.
Note: Torque requirement 25-
30N.m
15. Align the rear wheel with the splines and
push onto rear axle. Install washer (C) first then
castle nut (F). Tighten with 27mm Socket.
Note: Torque requirement 77-92N.m
16. Install dust cover as shown in picture.
Press-in until cover seat in hub grove evenly.
17. To access main power shut off, remove
seat. turn the main power protection switch to the
direction pointed by the arrow.
18.Connect the power plug to the battery.
19. Use PDI check list and thoroughly inspect all
hardware.
