SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please keep this instruction sheet safely for future reference.
2. Please do not modify the product or the assembly details in any way. Modifi cations will aff ect the structural integ-
rity and replacement parts will be at the buyer’s expense. Inappropriate use or faulty application of the product
are explicitly forbidden and absolve the manufacturer of all liability.
3. The use of the item is allowed only under continuous supervision by an adult. The product is suitable for maximum
15 users (max load 860 kg).
4. This product meets all security aspects of the European standards EN1176-1:2017 & EN1176-11:2014.
This product is fi t for outdoor commercial playgrounds.
5. The application of the item as part of a playframe or any other construction will have to be such that it excludes
all risks of entrapment.
6. The frame or construction in which the item will be integrated, must also meet all relevant security aspects of the
European standards EN1176-1:2017.
7. When mounting or assembling the armed rope construction, attention should be given to the minimum required
distance between the armed rope construction and eventual obstacles (impact area). Dimension of the impact
area depends on the free height of fall (FIG I). The impact area shall be at least 1,5 m around the equipment,
measured horizontally and shall increase for free height of fall above 1,5 m. In this safety area no hard, angular
or pointed objects should be present (FIG II).
8. The safety surface underneath the product must be flat, and be covered in a suitable way (e.g. rubber tiles, bark,
wood chips) and meet the requirements of EN1176-1:2017. The product must not be placed on asphalt, concrete
or any other hard surface.
9. Connections shall be safeguarded so that they cannot be undone without tools (e.g. with glued threaded joints).
10.No spare parts are provided with the device. In case of a damage, spare parts can be purchased from the
manufacture.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary depending on type of equipment, impact attenuating surfac-
ing, materials used and other factors (e.g. heavy use, levels of vandalism, coastal location, air pollution, age of
equipment, whether the stability of the equipment relies on one pole...). The frequency of inspection should be
increased if there are factors that reduce the impact attenuation level over time (e.g. degradation of organic materi-
als, ageing due to UV exposure).
Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly)
- Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
- Check the shock absorbing surface for objects that don’t belong there.
- Check for missing parts.
- Check the surface for dangerous objects that don’t belong there.
Operational inspection (1 to 3 months)
- Check the stability of the construction.
- Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.
Annual inspection (1 to 2 times per year)
- Check for rust and corrosion.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
1. Gelieve deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig te bewaren.
2. Gelieve geen wijzigingen aan het product aan te brengen, deze kunnen de structurele integriteit beïnvloeden en
vervangstukken zullen ten koste van de koper zijn. Onaangepast gebruik of foutieve montage van het product zijn
uitdrukkelijk verboden en ontslaan de fabrikant van elke aansprakelijkheid.
3. Het gebruik van het product is enkel toegelaten onder voortdurend toezicht van een volwassene. Het product is
geschikt voor maximum 15 personen (maximale belasting 860 kg)
4. Dit product voldoet aan alle veiligheidsvoorschriften voorgeschreven in de EN1176-1:2017; N1176-11:2014. Dit
product is geschikt voor openbare buitenspeeltuinen.
5. Het inbouwen van dit product in een speeltoestel of andere constructie dient zodanig te gebeuren dat gevaar voor
beknelling uitgesloten is.
6. Het speeltoestel of constructie waarin dit product geplaatst wordt moet voldoen aan alle veiligheidsvoorschriften
voorgeschreven in de Europese Normen EN1176-1:2017.
7. Bij de installatie van de constructie dient er te worden gelet op de minimum noodzakelijke afstand tussen de con-
structie en eventuele hindernissen (impact gebied). De afmetingen van het impactgebied zijn afhankelijk van de
vrije valhoogte (FIG I). Het impactgebied moet minstens 1,5 m rond het toestel bedragen horizontaal gemeten
en zal toenemen wanneer de vrije valhoogte hoger is dan 1,5 m. In dit veiligheidsgebied mogen er geen hoekige
of puntige voorwerpen aanwezig zijn. (FIG II).
8. De ondergrond moet vlak zijn en over een aangepaste bodem beschikken (rubberen valtegels, boomschors, hout-
snippers) en moet voldoen aan alle eisen van de EN1176-1:2017 normering. Het product mag dus niet geplaatst
worden boven asfalt, beton of een ander hard oppervlak.
9. Verbindingen moeten goed beveiligd zijn zodat ze niet kunnen losgemaakt worden zonder gereedschap. (bv. vast-
gelijmde schroefverbindingen).
10.Reserveonderdelen worden niet meegeleverd. In geval van schade kunnen onderdelen bij de fabrikant gekocht
worden.
INSPECTIE EN ONDERHOUD
De frequentie van de controle en het onderhoud hangt af van het type speeltoestel, de valdempende ondergrond en
andere factoren (vb. intensiteit van gebruik, vandalisme, ouderdom van het materiaal, omgeving of de stabiliteit
van de constructie ondersteund door een enkel paa ...). De frequentie van de inspectie moet verhoogd worden
wanneer bijzondere factoren de schokverminderende werking kunnen verminderen (vb. degradatie van organisch
materiaal, veroudering door UV blootstelling).
Routinekeuring (wekelijks tot maandelijks)
- Kijk na of alle bouten en moeren nog voldoende vastzitten.
- Controleer de bodemafwerking op vreemde voorwerpen.
- Controleer op ontbrekende onderdelen.
- Controleer de ondergrond op gevaarlijke objecten die daar niet thuishoren.
Werkingskeuring (1 tot 3 maandelijks)
- Controleer de stabiliteit van de constructie.
- Controleer elk onderdeel op extreme slijtage en vervang indien nodig.
Periodieke controle (1 tot 2 keer per jaar)
- Controleer op roest en corrosie.

4. Este producto corresponde a todas los aspectos de seguridad según las Normas Europeas EN1176-1:2017;
EN1176-11:2014, es conveniente para el uso público, esto en el interior y el exterior.
5. La colocación del elemento como parte de una estructura o cualquier otra construcción se hará de modo que
excluya cualquier riesgo de atrapamiento.
6. La estructura o construcción en la que el elemento sea integrado, debe también cumplir todos los aspectos nece-
sarios de seguridad de las normas Europeas EN 1176-1:2017.
7. Durante el montaje o ensamblado de la construcción de cuerda armada, debe prestarse atención a la distancia
mínima requerida entre la construcción y cualquier obstáculo eventual (área de impacto). La dimensión del área
de impacto depende de la altura libre de caída (FIG I). El área de impacto será al menos de 1,5 m alredededor
de la construcción medido horizontalmente, y aumentará para alturas libres de caída superiores. No deben haber
en éste área de seguridad objetos puntiagudos, angulosos ni duros (FIG II).
8. El suelo tiene que ser plano y amortiguar choques (por ejemplo suelo de goma, suelo continuo, virutas de
madera…), y cumplir con los requisitos de la EN1176-1:2017. El producto no se puede colocar por lo tanto sobre
el asfalto, hormigón u otra superfi cie dura.
9. Las uniones deben ser protegidas, de modo que no puedan ser desmontadas sin herramientas (por ejemplo, con
uniones roscadas pegadas).
10.No se suministran piezas de repuesto con el dispositivo. En caso de daños, pueden adquirirse piezas de repuesto
en el fabricante.
INSPECCIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
La frecuencia de la inspección y mantenimiento variará dependiento del tipo de equipamiento, superfi cie amortigua-
dora de impacto, material utilizado, y otros factores (p.ej. Uso intensivo, niveles de vandalismo, localizacion cercana
a la costa, polución ambiental, edad del equipo, si es de un solo poste...) La frecuencia de inspección debe aumen-
tarse, si hay factores que pueden reducir el nivel de de amortiguación con el tiempo (p.ej. degradación de materia-
les orgánicos, envejecimiento por exposición a rayos UV).
Inspección visual rutinaria (semanalmente o mensualmente)
- Asegúrese siempre de que los pernos y las tuercas están bien fi jados.
- Verifi que no existen obstáculos en el área de seguridad del producto.
- Compruebe que no faltan piezas.
- Compruebe la superfi cie para objetos peligrosos que lo formen parte de ella.
Inspección operacional (1 a 3 meses)
- Verifi que la estabilidad de la construcción.
- Verifi que todos los componentes por si hubiera un desgaste excesivo y sustitúyalos cuando sea necesario.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Bitte bewahren Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig auf.
2. Bitte keine Änderungen an dem Produkt vornehmen, dies könnte die Struktur beeinfl ussen und Austauschstücke
werden dann zu Kosten des Käufers sein. Unangepasstes Benutzen oder falsche Montage sind ausdrücklich ver-
boten und entlasten den Hersteller von seiner Verantwortung.
3. Das Benutzen von diesem Produkt ist nur zugelassen unter der ständigen Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen. Das
Produkt ist geeignet für maximal 15 Benutzer (Höchstlast 860 kg).
4. Dieses Produkt entspricht allen Anförderungen der Europäischen Norm EN1176-1:2017; EN1176-11:2014. Es ist
nur geeignet für öff entlichen Gebrauch, sowohl drinnen als draußen.
5. Die Anwendung dieses Artikel als Teil eines Spielrahmens oder einer anderen Konstruktion muss so beschaff en
sein, dass alle Einklemmrisiken ausgeschlossen sind.
6. Das Spielgerät oder die Spielanlage wo dieses Artikel eingebaut wird, soll alle Sicherheitsrelevanten Aspekte der
Europäischen Normierung EN1176-1:2017 erfüllen.
7. Bei der Montage des Gerätes muss darauf geachtet werden, das es einen genügenden Abstand zwischen der Kon-
struktion des verstärkten Seil und eventuellen Hindernissen (Impact Gebiet): Mauern, Hecken gibt. Die Abstände
des Impacts Gebiet sind abhängig von der freien Fallhöhe (FIG I). Das Impact Gebiet muss mindestens 1,50 M,
horizontal gemessen, rund um das Gerät betragen, und muss größer werden, wenn die freie Fallhöhe höher ist
als 1,50 M ist. In diesem Sicherheitsgebiet dürfen keine eckigen oder spitzen Gegenstände sein (FIG II).
8. Die Sicherheitsfläche unter dem Produkt muss fl ach sein und in geeigneter Weise abgedeckt werden (z.B. Gum-
mimatte, Rinde, Holzspäne) und muss die Anforderungen der EN1176-1:2017 erfüllen. Der Artikel soll nicht über
Asphalt, Beton oder anderen harten Untergrund gehangen werden.
9. Verbindungen müssen gut befestigt sein, sodass diese nicht ohne Werkzeug gelöst werden können (zum Beispiel
mit aufgeklebten Gewindeverbindungen).
10.Das Gerät wird ohne Ersatzteile geliefert. Im Falle einer Beschädigung können Ersatzteile beim Hersteller erwor-
ben werden.
INSPEKTION UND WARTUNG
Die Häufi gkeit der Inspektion und Wartung wird je nach Art des Gerätes, stoßdämpfenden Oberfl äche, verwendeten
Materialien und anderen Faktoren (z. B. starke Beanspruchung, Vandalismus, Küstenlage, Luftverschmutzung, Alter
der Ausrüstung, ob die Stabilität der Ausrüstung sich auf einer Stange verlässt, ...) variieren.
Die Häufi gkeit der Inspektion sollte erhöht werden, wenn Faktoren vorhanden sind, die das Aufpralldämpfungsni-
veau im Laufe der Zeit verringern (z. B. Abbau von organischen Materialien, Altern durch UV-Aussetzung).
Routinekontrolle (wöchentlich bis monatlich)
- Kontrollieren Sie ob alle Bolzen und Muttern noch fest genug sitzen.
- Kontrollieren Sie die Bodenausführung auf fremde Sachen.
- Kontrollieren Sie auf fehlende Unterteile.

INDIRIZZAMENTI PER L’USO
1. Conservare le istruzioni con cura.
2. Non apportare al prodotto delle modifi che che possono intaccare l’integrità strutturale; i costi eventuali di ricam-
bio sono a carico dell’acquirente. L’uso improprio oppure il montaggio sbagliato è vietato e solleva il fabbricante
di ogni responsibilità.
3. Il prodotto deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente sotto la costante supervisione di un adulto. Il prodotto è indica-
to per un massimo di 15 utenti (carico massimo 860 kg).
4. Questo prodotto è conforme a tutti i requisiti descritti nelle Norme Europee EN1176-1:2017; EN1176-11:2014
relative alla sicurezza. Questo prodotto è adatto all’uso nei parchi giochi commerciali, sia all’interno che all’aper-
ta.
5. Il posizionamento dell’elemento come parte di una struttura o di qualsiasi altra costruzione deve essere fatto in
modo da escludere qualsiasi rischio di intrappolamento.
6. La struttura o costruzione in cui l’elemento è integrato, è inoltre necessario rispettare tutti gli aspetti di sicurezza
delle norme europee EN 1176-1: 2017.
7. Quando viene montata o assemblata la corda armata, prestare molta attenzione a dare le distanze minime richie-
ste tra la corda armata e eventuali ostacoli (area di caduta). Le dimensioni dell’are di caduta dipendono dall’al-
tezza di caduta libera (FIG I). L’area di caduta deve essere almeno di 1,5m attorno alla struttura, misurata oriz-
zontalmente e deve aumentare in caso di caduta libera superiore a 1,5 m. In quest area è assolutamente vietata
la presenza di oggetti duri, angolari o appuntiti (FIG II).
8. Il terreno deve essere livellato e fungere da ammortizzatore (ad esempio pavimenti in gomma, trucioli di legno
...) e soddisfare i requisiti della EN1176-1: 2017. Quindi il prodotto non deve essere montato sopra un terreno
asfal-tato, cementato o indurito in qualsiasi altro modo.
9. Le connessioni devono essere controllate e protette al fi ne di non poter essere tolte nemmeno con degli strumen-
ti (per esempio: giunti fi lettati incollati).
10.Pezzi di ricambio non forniti con il dispositivo. In caso di danni, possono essere acquistati i pezzi di ricambio del
produttore.
ISPEZIONE E MANUTENZIONE
La frequenza dell’ispezione e della manutenzione varierà a seconda del tipo di attrezzatura, della superfi cie di
ammortizzamento dell’impatto, del materiale utilizzato e di altri fattori (ad esempio uso intensivo, livelli di atti
vandalici, ubicazione al mare, inquinamento ambientale, età dell’apparecchiatura, se si tratta di un singolo...) La
frequenza dell’ispezione dovrebbe essere aumentata, se vi sono fattori che possono ridurre il livello di smorzamento
nel tempo (ad es. degrado di materiali organici, invecchiamento mediante esposizione ai raggi UV).
Ispezione visuale di routine (settimanale o mensile)
- Sempre assicurarsi che i bulloni e dadi siano bene serrati.
- Assicurarsi che la superfi cie antitrauma sia sgombra da oggetti che non dovrebbero starci.

INSTRUKCJA BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
1. Prosimy zachować niniejszą instrukcję użytkowania w celu wykorzystania jej w przyszłości.
2. Prosimy nie modyfi kować urządzenia ani innych danych montażowych w jakikolwiek sposób. Zmiany będą miały
wpływ na integralność strukturalną i wymiana części zamiennych nastąpi na koszt nabywcy. Niewłaściwe używa-
nie lub zastosowanie produktu niezgodne z przeznaczeniem jest zabronione i zwalnia producenta z jakiejkolwiek
odpowiedzialności.
3. Do użytku pod bezpośrednim nadzorem osoby dorosłej. Produkt dostosowany jest maksymalnie do 15
użytkowników (max. 860 kg).
4. Produkt spełnia europejskie normy bezpieczeństwa EN1176-1:2017 i EN1176-11:2014. Produkt przeznaczony
jest do wykorzystania na publicznych placach zabaw.
5. Podczas instalacji urządzenia, należy upewnić się, że nie występuje ryzyko zakleszczenia.

wokół urządzeń, mierzony w poziomie oraz zwiększony dla wysokości swobodnego spadania powyżej 1,5 m.
W tym obszarze bezpieczeństwa nie powinny znajdować się twarde, kanciaste lub ostre przedmioty (FIG II).
8. Powierzchnia pod urządzeniem powinna być płaska i mieć właściwości amortyzujące (np. guma, kora, zrębki) oraz
spełniać wymagania EN1176-1:2017. Produktu nie wolno instalować nad asfaltem, betonem lub innym twardym
podłożem.
9. Połączenia powinny być zabezpieczone tak, żeby nie można było ich rozkręcić bez użycia narzędzi (np. klejone
połączenia gwintowe).
10.Części zamienne nie są dostarczane wraz z urządzeniem. W przypadku awarii części zamienne można nabyć
u producenta.
KONTROLA I KONSERWACJA
Częstotliwość kontroli i konserwacji zależy od rodzaju artykułu, użytych materiałów bądź innych czynników (np.
dużego obciążenia, umyślnego zniszczenia, wilgotności powietrza, zanieczyszczenia powietrza, wieku wyposażenia
itp.). Ruchome metalowe elementy powinny być regularnie oliwione. W przypadku zaistnienia czynników, które
osłabiają właściwości nawierzchni amortyzującej upadek (np. degradacja materiałów organicznych, starzenie

MONTAGESTAPPEN
1.Meet en bepaal de punten waar de palen geplaatst moeten worden. Graaf gaten van ca. 100 cm diep, gemeten vanaf
het grondniveau. Houd rekening met de afstanden en afmetingen die op de afbeelding wordt getoond.
2.Plaats alle draadstangen in de speciale gaten in de palen zoals op de afbeelding wordt getoond. Plaats de zeskant dop-
moeren M12 en draai ze aan.
3.Houd rekening met de positie van de palen wanneer u het beton giet (aanbevolen betonsoort is B25). De uithardingsti-
jd van het beton bedraagt ca. 21 dagen.
4.Plaats de paalkappen op de uiteinden van de palen, zodra het beton is uitgehard. Breng montagelijm aan rondom de
omtrek van de paal op ca. 1 cm afstand van de rand (a) en plaats vervolgens de paalkap (b). Zorg dat de montagelijm
er niet uitloopt en de paalkap goed past. Verwijder de montagelijm onmiddellijk wanneer het onder de paalkap uitkomt.
5.Bevestig de vrije uiteinden van het net met de helften van de klemconnectors. Doe dit als volgt:
a) plaats de oogbouten in de juiste gaten binnen de omtrek van de klemconnector;
b) plaats op de uiteinden van de oogbouten een zeskant borgmoer M10 en draai ze aan met een ratelsleutel met ver-
lengstuk.
6.Bevestig het net aan de palen, begin bij de hoogste klemconnectoren en de hou de volgende volgorde aan:
4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (afb. 6). De afstand tussen de klem en het grondniveau staat in de tabel op pagina 23.
De helften van de klemmen vastschroeven:
a) steek aan beide kanten M12 bouten met M12 sluitringen door de bevestigingsgaten;
b) draai de zeskant borgmoeren licht aan en zorg voor wat speling;
c) pas de klemconnector op de paal aan ten opzichte van de as van de paal en zorg dat de klemconnector op de juiste
hoogte hangt ten opzichte van het grondniveau;
d) draai de zeskant borgmoeren aan met een ringsteeksleutel.
7.Verwijder, na het voltooien van de montage, alle markeringsstickers.
LET OP
Bevestig de juiste helften van de klemmen en zorg dat u de afwerking niet beschadigd. Bevestig het net in twee
stappen. Verbind eerst alle klemconnectoren met de licht aangedraaide zeskant dopmoeren. Als alle klemmen aan
de palen zijn bevestigd en op de juiste hoogte hangen, draai dan alle zeskant dopmoeren aan zodat het net onder
maximale spanning staat.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. Measure and determine the points where the posts must be placed. Dig holes of about 100 cm deep, measured from the
ground level. Pay attention to the distances and dimensions as shown in the picture.
2. Insert all of the threaded bars into the dedicated holes in the posts as shown in the picture. Put on and tighten hexagon
domed nut caps M12.
3. Note the position of the posts when pouring the concrete (the recommended type is B25). Approximate drying time for
the concrete is about 21 days.
4. After the concrete has dried up, place the pole caps on the ends of poles. Therefore, apply the montage glue around the
circumference of the pole from the inside, about 1 cm from the edge (a), then place the pole cap
(b). Please pay attention the montage glue does not come out and the pole cap fi ts equally. If the montage glue comes
out from under the pole cap, remove it immediately.
5. Install free ends of the net with halves of the clamp connectors. For this purpose:
a) set eye bolts into the right holes at circumference of the clamp connector;
b) at the end of the eye bolts set hexagon safety nut M10 and tighten by using ratchet socket wrench with extension bar.
6.Montage of the net to the posts needs to begin from pole clamp connectors located at the highest level in order:
4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (pic. 6). Distance from the clamp to the ground level is shown in the table at page 23.
To screw halves of clamps:
a) insert M12 bolts with M12 washers through the mounting holes at both sides;
b) slightly tighten hexagon domed safety nut caps and leave the assembly clearance;
c) adjust clamp connector at post in correct way relative to the axis of post and make sure that clamp connector is
hanged at proper height relative to the ground level;
d) tighten hexagon cap domed safety nuts by using two spanner wrench keys.
7.After completing the device assembly, remove all marking stickers.
ATTENTION
Connect the appropriate halves of the clamps and be careful not to damage the paint fi nish layer. Assembly of the
net should be done in two main steps. Firstly, all clamp connectors should be initially connected by slightly tighte-
ned hexagon domed nut caps. When all clamps are assembled at posts and are hanged at proper height - tighten
all the hexagon domed nut caps creating maximal tension of the net.

ÉTAPES D’ASSEMBLAGE
1.Mesurez et déterminez les points où les poteaux doivent être placés. Creusez des trous d’environ 100 cm de profondeur,

4.Une fois que le béton a séché, placez les capuchons sur les extrémités des poteaux. Pour ce faire, appliquez la colle de
montage sur la circonférence du poteau à l’intérieur, à environ 1 cm du bord (a), puis placez le capuchon sur le poteau
(b). Faites attention à ce que la colle de montage ne déborde pas et à ce que le capuchon de poteau soit place de
manière uniforme. Si la colle de montage déborde de sous le capuchon, retirez-la immédiatement.
5.Installez les extrémités libres du fi let avec les moitiés des connecteurs de serrage. Pour cela:
a) placez des boulons à œil dans les trous de droite au niveau de la circonférence du connecteur a pince;
b) au bout des boulons à œil, placez les rondelles et l’écrou de sécurité à six pans creux M10 et serrez-les à l’aide d’une
clé à douille à cliquet avec rallonge.
6.Le montage du fi let sur les poteaux doit commencer par des connecteurs à pince dans l’ordre suivant et de haut en bas:
4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (photo. 6). La distance entre la pince et le niveau du sol est indiquée dans le tableau à la page 23.
Pour visser les moitiés de pinces:
a) insérer les boulons M12 avec les rondelles M12 dans les trous de montage des deux côtés;
b) serrez légèrement les capuchons des écrous borgnes de sécurité à six pans et laisser un peu de jeu;
c) ajustez le connecteur de serrage au niveau du poteau de manière correcte par rapport à l’axe du poteau et as-
surez-vous que le connecteur a pince est suspendu à la hauteur appropriée par rapport au niveau du sol;
d) serrez les écrous borgnes de sécurité à six pans à l’aide de deux clés à fourche
7.Après avoir terminé l’assemblage de l’appareil, retirez tous les autocollants de marquage.
ATTENTION
Connectez les moitiés appropriées des pinces et veillez à ne pas endommager la couche de peinture. L’assemblage du
fi let devrait se faire en deux étapes principales. Tout d’abord, tous les connecteurs à pince doivent être initialement con-
nectés à l’aide de caches à écrous borgnes à six pans légèrement serrés. Lorsque toutes les pinces sont assemblées sur
les poteaux et sont installés à la bonne hauteur - serrez tous les capuchons d’écrou à six pans creux pour obtenir une
tension maximale du fi let.
MONTAGESCHRITTE
1. Vermessen und bestimmen Sie die Punkte, an denen die Pfosten platziert werden müssen. Graben Sie Löcher mit einer
Tiefe von ca. 100 cm, vom Boden aus gemessen. Achten Sie auf die im Bild dargestellten Abstände und Abmessungen.
2. Stecken Sie alle Gewindestangen wie im Bild dargestellt in die dafür vorgesehenen Löcher in den Pfosten. Sechskant-
muttern M12 aufsetzen und festziehen.
3. Beachten Sie beim Betonieren die Position der Pfosten (empfohlener Typ ist B25). Die ungefähre Trockenzeit für den
Beton beträgt ca. 21 Tage.
4. Setzen Sie nach dem Austrocknen des Betons die Kappen auf die Enden der Stangen. Tragen Sie dazu den Montagekle-
ber von innen, ca. 1 cm von der Kante (a) entfernt, um den Umfang der Stange auf und setzen Sie dann die Kappe (b)
auf. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Montagekleber nicht austritt und die Polkappe gleichmäßig passt. Entfernen Sie die
Kappe sofort, wenn der Montagekleber unter der ihr austritt.
5. Montieren Sie die freien Enden des Netzes mit den Klemmverbinderhälften:
a. Setzen Sie die Ringschrauben in die Löcher am Umfang des Klemmverbinders;
b. Unterlegscheiben und Sechskantsicherheitsmutter M10 auf Enden der Ringschrauben setzen und mit Ratsche mit Ver-
längerungsstange anziehen.
6. Die Montage des Netzes an den Pfosten muss in folgender Reihenfolge mit den obersten Stangenklemmen beginnen:
4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (Abb. 6). Abstand von der Klemme zum Boden ist in der Tabelle auf Seite 23 dargestellt.
Verschrauben der Klemmenhälften:
a. M12-Schrauben mit M12-Unterlegscheiben beidseitig durch die Montagebohrungen stecken;
b. Sechskantsicherheitsmutter leicht anziehen und Montagespielraum belassen;
c. Klemmverbinder am Pfosten korrekt zur Pfostenachse richten und sicherstellen, dass der Klemmverbinder in der rich-
tigen Höhe zum Boden eingehangen wird;
d. Sechskantsicherheitsmutter mit zwei Schraubenschlüsseln anziehen.
7.Entfernen Sie nach dem Zusammenbau des Geräts alle Markierungsaufkleber.
ACHTUNG
Verbinden Sie die passenden Klemmenhälften und achten Sie darauf, dass die Lackschicht nicht beschädigt wird.
Die Montage des Netzes sollte in zwei Hauptschritten erfolgen. Zunächst sollten alle Klemmverbinder durch leicht
angezogene Sechskantmuttern verbunden werden. Ziehen Sie, wenn alle Klemmen an den Pfosten montiert und
in der richtigen Höhe eingehangen sind, alle Muttern an, um eine maximale Spannung des Netzes zu erreichen.

FASES DE MONTAJE
1.Mida y determine los puntos donde se colocarán los postes. Cave hoyos de unos 100 cm de profundidad, medidos desde
el nivel del suelo. Preste atención a las distancias y dimensiones como se muestra en la imagen.
2.Inserte todas las barras roscadas en los orifi cios dedicados de los montantes como se muestra en la imagen. Use y
apriete las tapas de las tuercas hexagonales M12.
3.Tenga en cuenta la posición de los montantes al verter el cemento (el tipo recomendado es B25). El tiempo aproximado
de secado del cemento es de aproximadamente 21 días.
4.Después de que el concreto se haya secado, coloque las tapas correspondientes en los extremos de los postes. Luego,
aplique el pegamento de fi jación alrededor de la circunferencia del postedel poste desde el interior, aproximadamente 1
cm desde el borde (a), luego coloque la tapa del postedel poste (b). Asegúrese de que el pegamento de fi jación no salga
y que la tapa del poste se ajuste de la misma manera. Si el pegamento de fi jación sale de la tapa del poste, retírelo in-

6.El montaje de la red en las varas debe comenzar desde los conectores de la abrazadera de vara ubicados en el nivel más
alto en orden:
4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (fi g. 6). La distancia desde la abrazadera hasta el nivel del suelo se muestra en la tabla en la página
23.
Para atornillar las mitades de las abrazaderas:
a) inserte los pernos M12 con las arandelas M12 a través de los orifi cios de montaje en ambos lados;
b) apriete ligeramente las tapas de las tuercas hexagonales con la tapa de seguridad y deje el espacio de montaje;
c) ajuste el conector de la abrazadera en la posición correcta con respecto al eje del poste y asegúrese de que la abraza-
dera esté colgada a la altura correcta con respecto al nivel del suelo;;
d) apriete las tapas de las tuercas hexagonales con la tapa de seguridad con dos llaves inglesas.
7.Después de completar el ensamblaje del dispositivo, retire todos los adhesivos de marcado.
PRECAUCIÓN
Conecte las mitades adecuadas de las abrazaderas y tenga cuidado de no dañar la capa de acabado de pintura. El
montaje de la red debe realizarse en dos etapas principales. En primer lugar, todos los conectores de abrazadera deben

a) fi ssare le viti ad anello nei rispettivi fori sulla circonferenza del connettore a morsetto;
b) all’estremità delle viti ad anello, applicare le rondelle e il dado esagonale M10 e serrare utilizzando una chiave a cric-
chetto con barra di prolunga.
6.Il montaggio della rete suli posti deve iniziare dai connettori a morsetto dell’asta situati al livello più alto in ordine:

ATTENZIONE
Collegare le metà appropriate dei morsetti e fare attenzione a non danneggiare lo strato di fi nitura della vernice. L’as-
semblaggio della rete dovrebbe essere fatto in due fasi principali. In primo luogo, tutti i connettori a morsetto devono

MONTAŻ KROK PO KROKU
1. Należy zmierzyć i ustalić miejsca, w których muszą zostać umieszczone rury. Wykopać dołki na głębokość około 100cm,
mierząc od poziomu gruntu. Zwrócić uwagę na zachowanie odległości i wymiarów zgodnie z rysunkiem.
2. Włożyć wszystkie pręty gwintowane w przeznaczone do tego otwory w rurach jak pokazano na rysunku. Na pręty gwin-
towane nałożyć i dokręcić dołączone do zestawu nakrętki sześciokątne M12.
3. Zwrócić uwagę na ustawienie rur w wylewanym betonie (zalecany typ betonu pod fundament B25). Szacunkowy czas
schnięcia betonu około 21 dni.
4. Po związaniu betonu, na końcach rur umieścić nasadki. W tym celu nanieść dołączony do zestawu klej montażowy na
całym obwodzie rury od jej wewnętrznej strony w odległości około 1 cm od końcowej krawędzi (a), a następnie umieścić
nasadkę (b). Należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę, aby po włożeniu nasadki klej montażowy nie wydostał się na zewnątrz,
a nasadka leżała równo na całym obwodzie rury. W przypadku wydostania się kleju spod nasadki, należy go bezzwłocznie
usunąć.
5. Zmontować swobodne końce siatki z połówkami łączników zaciskowych. W tym celu należy:
a) umieścić śruby oczkowe w odpowiednich otworach na obwodzie łączników zaciskowych;
b) na końcach śrub oczkowych umieścić nakrętki samohamowne M10 i przy użyciu klucza nasadowego z przedłużką
dokręcić nakrętki.
6. Montaż siatki do słupów należy rozpocząć od łączników zaciskowych położonych na najwyższych poziomach w kolejnoś-
ci: 4A, 2A, 3A, 5A, 1A (rys. 6). Wysokości poszczególnych obejm przedstawiono w tabeli na stronie 23.
W celu skręcenia połówek łącznika należy:
a) po obu stronach łącznika przełożyć śruby, podkładki i nakrętki kołpakowe M12 przez otwory montażowe;
b) wstępnie dokręcić nakrętki kołpakowe pozostawiając luz montażowy;
c) zorientować łącznik w odpowiedni sposób względem osi słupa oraz upewnić się, że znajduje się on na
odpowiedniej wysokości względem ziemi;
d) przy użyciu dwóch kluczy płaskich dokręcić nakrętki kołpakowe.
7.Po zakończeniu montażu urządzenia należy oderwać wszystkie naklejki znakujące.
UWAGA
Należy połączyć ze sobą odpowiednie połówki łączników zaciskowych i zwrócić szczególną uwagę, aby nie uszkodzić ich
powłoki lakierniczej. Zaleca się montować siatkę w dwóch głównych krokach. Należy najpierw wstępnie połączyć ze sobą
wszystkie połówki łączników zaciskowych, lekko dokręcając nakrętki kołpakowe, a następnie gdy wszystkie łączniki są już
zamontowane na słupach i znajdują się na odpowiedniej wysokości – dokręcić wszystkie nakrętki kołpakowe, uzyskując
tym samym maksymalny naciąg całej siatki.
