Safety
•All boiler modifications are forbidden unless prior approval has been given by the manufacturer.
•At the first commissioning, the boiler should be handled by a person who is familiar with this manual and has
been trained by our technician. In case additional training is necessary, please contact our customer service.
•Make sure that there are no blockages or reductions in the dimension of air vents in the room where the boiler
is installed (recommended air vents are essential for proper combustion).
•Flue pipes that exhaust gasses must be cleaned regularly for proper boiler operation.
•Before commissioning, make sure that the door and ash pan are properly closed. Also, make sure that there are
enough pellets in the pellet tank.
•Combustion chamber door must not be opened during operation.
•Ash pan must be properly closed with two tightening nuts after emptying.
•Avoid direct contact with boiler parts that overheat during operation.
•After longer periods of boiler inactivity, it is necessary to check for any cloggings that may have occurred.
•If the boiler is disconnected from the central heating system, it is necessary to fill it up with water. If there is no
water in the boiler, a corrosion process may occur that can reduce its service life significantly.
•The temperature in the boiler room must not drop below 5°C as this may cause damage to the boiler and
activate safety devices that shut it down. If this happens, please contact our customer service. Please, do not
try to start the boiler or disable the safety devices on your own.
•In case the boiler stops operating with no proper notice on the display, please contact our customer service.
•Do not touch the boiler with wet parts of your body.
•The boiler and all its parts must be kept away from children and persons with disabilities without proper
supervision.
•Do not pull, split or bend electric cables that may by chance protrude from the boiler, even when the boiler is
unplugged.
•Place the power cord in such a way that it does not touch hot parts of the boiler, flue pipes or installations.
•The boiler must not be used to burn waste.
•Flammable liquids must not be used to fire the boiler.
•Do not insert anything other than pellets into the pellet tank. Using other fuels may damage the equipment
inside the boiler. The boiler is not designed to burn anything else but pellets!
