GET STARTED!
Check that the coee maker is complete and there is no visible damage. Run water
only through the machine a couple of times before use. Follow the steps below,
but exclude the ground coee and pour away the water afterwards. Finish by
washing the removable parts with hot water.
USE
1. Open the lid and fill the water tank with cold tap water. The water level must
not exceed the indicated maximum level.
2. Place the filter in the filter holder and make sure it is in the correct position.
3. Add ground coee to the filter. 1x4 coee filters are recommended. The usual
measure is 1 coee scoop per cup, but you can adjust the amount according to
your taste and preference. Close the lid.
4. Place the coee pot on the hotplate.
5. Plug the coee maker into a grounded socket. The LED display will show "12:00".
6. Press the ON/OFF button. The red ON/OFF indicator lights up. The coee maker
starts brewing coee immediately.
NOTE! During brewing, you can remove the pot and thus stop
the flow temporarily so you can serve yourself a cup of coee.
After 30 seconds, the brewing process will resume.
7. Brewing can be interrupted or paused at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button.
The ON/OFF indicator will then turn o. The brewing process continues when the
ON/OFF button is pressed again.
NOTE! During brewing, the buttons for "PROG", "HOUR"
and "MINUTE" are locked.
8. Once the coee is ready, wait a minute before removing the pot and serving the coee.
NOTE! You will get slightly less coee than the amount of
water you added, as a certain amount of water is absorbed
by the ground coee. Do not touch the lid, hotplate or similar
because they get very hot during the brewing process.
9. If you do not want to serve the coee immediately, you can leave the
appliance on. You can keep the coee hot for 40 minutes on the hotplate, after
which time the coee maker automatically switches o. However, the coee tastes
best if you serve it immediately.
10. Always switch the coee maker o and unplug the cord after use.
WARNING! Be careful when pouring coee, as freshly
brewed coee is very hot.
