Important Safety Instructions
Carefully read the instructions and warning in this manual and keep them for further reference for the whole life of the
product. They include important instructions regarding operation, safe installation, use, and maintaining the product.
•After unpacking, make sure that the appliance is intact with no signs of damage caused by transport. If in doubt,
do not use the appliance and contact the supplier.
•If there is crack on the heating plate, immediately cut off the power supply and stop using.
•Before connecting the appliance, make sure your countries power supply voltage is the same as the products
specification.
•Do not operate the appliance outdoors without adequate precautions.
•The appliance is designed only for heating and warming food and must only be used when cooking in pots or
pans.
•Do not immerse the electric cooker (appliance) in liquid.
•The power plug must be removed from the power socket (and appliance fully cooled) before cleaning, servicing,
maintenance or moving the appliance.
•Improper installation may result in the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
•The appliance has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify
the appliance.
•Do not the touch surface or hotplate when the appliance is in operation or in the phase of cooling down.
•Do not allow the cord to touch spiral stove or hotplate during operation or in the phase of cooling down.
•Do not leave the appliance unattended when the appliance is operating.
•Do not leave the appliance without supervision when oil and fat are heated.
•The appliance must be cooled down completely after use before storing. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the
appliance to cool down. Lid must not be put down until fully cooled.
•The appliance should not be positioned in use directly beneath cupboards.
•The appliance should not be used near or under curtains to avoid fire hazards.
•The spiral stove or hotplate should be kept well clear of any inflammable materials (such as curtains).
•The spiral stove or hotplate should not be placed direct on a surface that could be damaged by heat. A
heat-insulating base may be heeded.
•The power cord should not be allowed to hang over the edge of the work surface during operation.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance and supervision is required
when children are near the appliance.
•The appliance can be used by children aged from 16 years and above. Children should not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children unless they are older than 16 and
supervised.
•Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 16 years.
•Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the surface since they can get hot.
•The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control
system.
•Warning: The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
