Instructions for use
Charging the camera
The camera has a built-in rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. Please fully charge the camera before use.
1. Ensure that the camera is turned o.
2. Open the USB/ Micro SD Card Port (10) and connect the micro USB connector of the USB cable
to the camera USB port and the other end to a PC/mains charger USB port.
3. The Power LED/Charging LED (4) will be solid blue whilst charging.
4. Once fully charged, the Power LED/Charging LED (4) will turn o.
Note: The camera body will be warm when charging and after extended use. This is normal.
Memory storage card
The Immerse 360 Duo doesn’t have any internal memory. To be able to record video or capture photos,
you must have your micro SD card inserted.
1. Ensure the camera is turned OFF.
2. Open the USB/ Micro SD Card Port (10) and insert your memory card into the micro SD card slot.
You will need to format your micro SD card to FAT32 with a default le size allocation.
We recommend using a Class 10 micro SD memory card between a minimum of 8 GB
and a maximum of 32 GB.
Note: Always turn o the camera when removing or inserting a micro SD card.
Turning power ON/OFF
1. To turn ON, press and hold Power/Mode (2) for about 2 seconds, until the camera beeps. The Power LED (4)
will turn red, and the LCD Screen (1) will illuminate to show the ‘Welcome’ screen. This will then change to the
home screen.
2. To turn OFF, press and hold Power/Mode (2) for about 3 seconds and release when the camera beeps.
The LCD Screen (1) will show the ‘Goodbye’ screen and then turn o.
Power saving mode
1. If the camera isn’t used for 1 min (default setting), the camera will enter Power Save mode. The LCD Screen (1)
will turn o automatically. The camera can be re-activated by pressing any button.
2. If the camera isn’t used for 3 mins in Power Save mode, the camera will automatically turn o.

Using video mode
1. Turn on the camera, and it will start in Video Mode. If in another mode, press Power/Mode (2) until you reach
Video Mode.
2. To start recording, press Shutter/OK (7) and the camera will begin lming. The camera will beep and the
Operation LED (6) will ash red.
3. To stop recording, press Shutter/OK (7). The video will automatically be saved on to your memory storage card.
Note: The camera will stop recording and save automatically when the memory capacity is full or it has run out of
battery power.
Using photo mode
1. Turn on the camera and press Power/Mode (2) to change to Photo Mode.
2. To take a photo, press Shutter/OK (7). The camera will beep and the Operation LED (6) will ash to
indicate a photo has been taken.

Using Wi-Fi and the app
To utilise all of the Wi-Fi features, you will need to have downloaded and installed the “SYVR360” app.
This app can be used on iOS and Android, smartphones and tablets. Once connected, you can use
the app to control the camera to take videos and photos, playback your footage and manage your les.

Connecting the camera to your device
1. Turn on the camera and press Wi-Fi/Menu (5). The display will rst show “WI-FI ON” and then the Wi-Fi name
and password screen.
2. Search for the camera’s Wi-Fi using your smartphone/tablet, connect to the ‘P3600_xxxxxx’ network, and
you will be prompted to enter a password: enter 1234567890.
3. The LCD Screen (1) will display the Wi-Fi symbol to indicate that the camera is now connected to your device.
4. Open up the SYVR360 app and press the Camera Connect Button in the top right corner to load your
connected camera.

Camera settings
1. To access the Menu, press and hold Wi-Fi/Menu (5) for 2 seconds and you will see gure 1 screen.
2. To scroll through the options, press Wi-Fi/Menu (5). Once you have highlighted the camera setting
you wish to access, press Shutter/OK (7).
3. Press and hold Wi-Fi/Menu (5) to move back to the previous menu. When on the menu home
screen, hold down Wi-Fi/Menu (5) to exit the camera settings menu.
Menu settings
Power Save Set Power Save mode. You can set the camera to enter Power Save mode after a certain period of time
[1min / 3min / 5min / OFF]
Date & Time Manually set the date and time for the camera. To select the number to change, press Power/Mode (2) to
move the highlighter. To scroll through the numbers, press Wi-Fi/Menu (5) until you reach the number
required. To save the changes you have made, press Shutter/OK (7). If you don’t want to save any
changes you have made, hold down Wi-Fi/Menu (5) to return to the Menu Screen
Language Set the system language for the camera. English is set as default.

Factory Reset Restore factory default settings
[Yes / No]
System Check system (software version number) and storage card (capacity and available space) information
Format Format your storage memory card. This will create an FAT32 storage ling system
[Yes / No]
Note: When formatting your memory storage card, all existing data will be erased. Please ensure you have
backed-up and saved any content on the card before formatting.

Connecting to a PC
There are two ways to do this:
• Inserting the micro SD into a card reader
• Connecting to a computer using the supplied micro USB cable
1. Connect the USB cable to the camera’s USB/ Micro SD Card Port (10) and to the PC and turn the camera on.
2. ‘Connecting’ will appear on the LCD screen.
3. Open [My Computer] or [Windows Explorer®] on your PC. ‘Removable Disk’ will be in the drive list.
Double-click the ‘Removable Disk’ icon to view its contents. Files stored on the camera are located in the
folder named ‘DCIM’.

Care for your Immerse 360 Duo Action camera
Please DON’T:
• Get the camera wet
• Drop the camera as this will invalidate your warranty
• Open up the camera. There are no user serviceable parts inside
• Expose the camera to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa
Please DO:
• Clean the camera with a soft dry cloth and no detergents
Troubleshooting
No power Turn o the camera, remove SD card from the camera and wait for ve minutes. Charge the
camera for 1 hour. Then turn on the camera while still connected to the power source.
No SD card Check that there is a compatible and formatted SD card in the camera.
SD card error Save les you want to keep onto a PC and then format the SD card.
Camera won’t turn on Charge the camera using a mains power adaptor for 1 hour and then try to turn on again.
Blurry photos You need to hold the camera still whilst pressing the Shutter/OK (7) button.
