NOTE:
1. DO NOT OVER-THIGHTEN THE NUTS AND BOLTS AT EVERY STEP.
2. DO NOT SNAP IN THE COVER OF PLASTIC CAPUNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED THE ASSEMBLY
OF EACH STEP ANDGO BACKTIGHTEN ALL OF THE NUTS AND BOLTS.
Step 2. Put all base frames on the clean, flat surface. Layout base frames 1A,
1B & ②as shownin chart#2. Ensure the concave legs are facing inside.

Step 3. Attach back base frame ②to side base frame 1B, secure with screws,
washers & nuts as shown in chart #3.
Repeat same manner to other side of base frame 1B.
Do not over-tighten the screws/nuts at this step.
Step4. Attach side base frame 1B, handle front base frame 1A together,
secure with screws, washers & nuts. As shown in chart# 4.
Note: ensure concave legs facing inside as shown in chart# 4.
Once the frame is assembled completely, make sure it is stable each foot
set on the ground. Go back to tighten all screws & nuts now.

Put one of tube leg into the circle of bungee cord and fixed the cord on the leg,
As shown in chart #5.

Step 6: Position Jump Mat in central of square frame, make sure the two padded corner with velcor
toward the side of frame with handle, as shown in
chart #6.
Step 7: Turn over the pad skirt on the mat, as shown in chart #7.

NOTE: Wear the gloves before assembling this step.
Step 8: Thread the bungee cord through the black webbing over all the frame, as shown in chart #8.
At four corners, cord must be twined from up to down.

Step 9: After the bungee cord is threaded completely, grasp the two end of bungee cords and connect
both ends together with clamp clip and cover with PVC tube, as shown in chart #9 and chart #10.
Step 10: Adjust the bungee cord all the way, and make sure there has similar distance between the mat
and the frame on all sides.

Note: go back to re-check all screws and nuts and tighten all now.
Step 12: Turn over the pad to its position to cover all frame. Secure the two velcor pads to the
back of trampoline handle rail as shown in chart #12.
Step 11: If you have found the frame is a little bit curved, you need to hold up one angle to have one leg
touch the ground as shown in chart #11, to press it until you adjust the frame in the square shape.
