Description & EquiPment
General Construction and Equipment of the Mobile Home
3 A RENAULT flat-bed chassis is used as the base r-ehicle for tlie In';LS n.robile 1.rome. \bu u'ill find furlher information on
the base vehicle in the separate mar.tual supplied b1'the manufacturer.
O The separatel_v lockable gas locker is integlated in the rear of the mobile home. The gas locker is insulated and hermetically
sealed from the rnterior of the mobile home'
3 The lower rear area of the mobile home forms a strikilg plastic lighting panel.
3 The mobile home is fitted u'ith a 3rd brake light.
C The front part ofthe body is closed by the Hutze area.
C A so-called flat floor is used for the mobile home's floor constructior-r. This has a total thickness of 40 rnm and is insulated
rvith polystyrene.
C The mobile l1on-re bodf is a,rsandu'ich construction<, u'ith a total thickless of up to -10 mn-r. The sandrvich consists of a
glued and compressed alun-rinium oritel skin. poly,st,vrene insulatin-e n.raterial. rvooden panelling and the interior rvall. The
gtui"g is a special feature of this t1.pe of construction. \!'e use an adhesive u,hich penetrates about 5 mrr into both sides of
the polystyrene. therebl. cross-linking the material. The result is not just a sttrface join but also a homogenous bond
bet.ul'een the components. Combined with precision workmanship. this process guaralltees optimal thermal insulation of
the mobile home.
3 The double-skin GFRP roof (GFRP: glass fibre reinforce plastic) on the mobile home is a single piece ar.rd is mauufacnrred
using a vaculrlll process. An additional surface coating (gel coat) is applied to the top layer of the GFRP during manltfacture.
3 Another leature of the K\lLlS mobile home is the wooden and PU panelling of the side rvalls. both in the contouring of the
mobile home and ir.r all essential recesses. 'ul,inclovn,s and doors. This panelling lends the sidelvalls a considerably increased
stability.
C The furnishings are manufactured entirel-v from higl-r quality materials. The t,vpe of finish ensures that fr"rrniture surfaces
are simple and easy to keep clean.
3 Particular anentiorl is also paid to the securing of the furniture in all Ii,\lLS r.uobile homes. To enable the absorption of
correspondinglv large torces. multi-laminated plvu, ood strips are fastened to the sideu'alls at certain places. Because tl.rese
artachment points are incorporated during actual manufacture of tire sideu, alls thev ensttre a high level of strength.
3 Al1 cupboard arld locker doors are fitted rvith high-qualiti, locks to prevent un$'anted opening. All door fittings used in the
n-robile home have been chosen rvith great care. Here again, onll'the r.erv best quality is used.
3 The interior of tlie mobile home t-eatiu'es - depending on the model - a penltatlently installed rear bed aud one ol'more seat
modules which can be easily convefted into sleepin_u berths.
C Spacior,rs storage lockers are integrated abo',,e the rear bed the seat r-nodules and the kitchen range.
