SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
A. ALLGEMEIN
- Die maximale zentrische Tragfähigkeit beträgt 30 kg*
- Auf geeigneten, d.h. ebenen und tragfähigen Untergrund achten
- Bei schweren Lasten entsprechender Einsatz von geeignetem Personal erforderlich
-(fachlich u. körperlich)
B. HINWEIS auf „VORHERSEHBARE FEHLANWENDUNG"
- Grund- und Auszugrohrkombination muss stets lotrecht aufgestellt sein
- Stativ nicht einseitig belasten und nicht überlasten
- Das Verschieben des Stativs, vor allem unter Belastung, ist nicht erlaubt
- Verwendung nur im Innenbereich
C. VOR DER BENUTZUNG
- Zunächst Sichtprüfung vornehmen, ob das Stativ vollständig und soweit erkennbar in Ordnung
-ist. Beschädigte Stative dürfen nicht eingesetzt werden - bzw. erst nach einer qualifizierten
-Reparatur.
D. AUFSTELLUNG DES STATIVS
- Für maximale Standfestigkeit, stellen Sie den größtmöglichen Fußkreisdurchmesser ein
- Klemmhebel, außer beim Auf- und Zuklappen, stets geschlossen halten 2.4
- Rastbolzen 6.5 muss sich stets im Eingriff befinden - ausgenommen bei Höhenverstellung
E. WÄHREND DES BENUTZUNG - Die Sicherheit während des Betriebes beruht auf:
1. BEACHTUNG dieser Gebrauchsanleitung, insbesondere die unter A-Fgenannten Punkte
2. KORREKTER BEDIENUNG
2. D.h. vor dem Lösen des Rastbolzens 5.3 und des Klemmhebels 2.1 ist zuvor:
2. a. …die Traglast vom Stativ zu entfernen oder…
2. b. …das Auszugrohr durch eine geeignete zweite Person festzuhalten.
3. BEHERRSCHUNG von SEITENKRÄFTEN (relevant wegen Kippgefährdung)
3. Seitenkräfte sind unbedingt zu vermeiden. Sie treten auf bei:
3. a. schräg stehendem Stativ
3. b. außermittigem Schwerpunkt der Traglast
3. c. externen Schocks (Stöße, Zerren am Stativ, Erschütterungen, Wind etc.)
F. NACH DER BENUTZUNG
- Traglast entfernen, Stativ einer Sichtprüfung unterziehen und ggf. instand setzen, Stativ
-zusammenlegen und sicher verstauen.

a. Die hier genannten Punkte beziehen sich auf unangemessene äußere

WARTUNG
ZIEL:
Erhalt der Gängigkeit, der Tragkraft und der Sicherheit der Installation durch:
- schonenden Umgang, - beständige Pflege, - erforderliche Instandhaltung
MASSNAHMEN:
- Sichtprüfung vor und erneut nach der Benutzung vornehmen. Beschädigte
-Stative müssen vor weiterer Nutzung erst wieder instandgesetzt werden.
- Pflege und Instandsetzung hat stets im unbelasteten Zustand stattzufinden.
- Eine mögliche Gefährdung bei Wartungsarbeiten besteht durch Quet-
-schungenbeim Einklappen der Füße. Zur Vermeidung ist eine entsprechend
-aufmerksame Handhabung erforderlich. Ggf. Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
- Zur Reinigung ein leicht feuchtes Tuch und ein nicht scheuerndes
-Reinigungsmittel benutzen.
- Anderweitige Maßnahmen (z.B. periodische Schmierung) sind nicht
-erforderlich.
3. AUSZUG-/TRAGROHR
3.1 Der Auszug verfügt über Rastbohrungen im Abstand von je 220 mm.
3.1 Bei korrekter Aufstellung (siehe Kapitel 2) ergibt das die Höhenmaße:
3.1 - 990 mm, - 1210 mm und - 1430 mm
3.2 Der Durchmesser beträgt 35 mm und passt somit zu:
3.2 - PA-Boxen mit entsprechender 35/36 mm-Bohrung

4.5.6. HANDHABUNG von AUSZUG und TRAGLAST
WARNUNG!
Unterschätzen Sie nicht das Gewicht des Lautsprechers:
- Das Aufsetzen und Aus- bzw. Einfahren des Lautsprechers muss durch
-fachlich und körperlich geeignetes Personal erfolgen.
- Bei leichten Traglasten reicht eine Person, um Last und Stativ zu bedienen.
- Bei schweren Traglasten empfehlen wir mit zwei Personen zu arbeiten:
-ERSTE PERSON (EP): bewegt und hält fest das Auszugrohr mit der
-Traglast
-ZWEITE PERSON (ZP): bedient die Spannschelle (Klemmschraube und
-Rastbolzen)
4. TRAGLAST AUFBRINGEN / ABHEBEN
- Auf passende Bohrungen (35/36 mm) der Traglasten achten.
- Prinzipiell kann die Traglast auf das ein- oder ausgefahrene Rohr
-aufgebracht bzw. abgehoben werden. Bei eingefahrenem Rohr gilt:
-VORSICHT!
-Sollte das belastete Auszugrohr beim Ausfahren (siehe 5.4) von der
-ERSTEN PERSON nicht mehr sicher gehalten werden können, so
-muss die ZWEITE PERSON:
-a. sofort die Klemmschraube 13 anziehen,
-b. ebenfalls sofort den Rastbolzen 10 loslassen, und sicherstellen,
-b. dass dieser selbständig in die nächstliegende Bohrung einrastet.
5. AUSZUGROHR AUSFAHREN
- Bei schweren Lasten mit zwei Personen arbeiten (EP, ZP).
5.1 (EP) Auszugrohr festhalten
5.2 (ZP) Klemmschraube lösen
5.3 (ZP) Rastbolzen mittels Druckknopfs entriegeln
5.4 (EP) Auszugrohr ausfahren, bis es im entsprechenden Loch einrastet
5.5 (ZP) Klemmschraube wieder festziehen
6. AUSZUGROHR EINFAHREN
- Beim (schwer) belasteten Stativ mit zwei Personen arbeiten (EP, ZP).
6.1 (EP) Auszugrohr festhalten; dabei nicht über Rastbohrung greifen
6.2 (ZP) Klemmschraube ganz wenig lockern, gerade so weit, dass der
6.2 (ZP) Rastbolzen entriegelt werden kann (siehe 5.3)
6.3 (EP) Auszugrohr festhalten und dabei kontrolliert absenken
6.4 (ZP) Klemmschraube dosiert anziehen, um den Auszug sanft und
6.4 (ZP) abgebremst einfahren zu lassen bis der…
6.5 (ZP) …Rastbolzen wieder einrastet (von außen erkennbar am…
6.5.1WP…Druckknopf (dieser darf nicht überstehen)).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
A. GENERAL
- The maximum centric load-bearing capacity adds up to 30 kg*
- Make sure to place the stand on a suitable surface, meaning an even surface that
-can hold the weight
- For heavy loads, appropriate use of competent staff is required (technical and physical)
B. NOTE on “FORESEEABLE MISUSE”
- The base and extension tube combination must always be positioned vertically
- Do not load the stand to one side or overload the stand
- Pushing the stand into a different position, particularly while loaded, is not permitted
- For indoor use only
C. BEFORE USE
- First, perform a visual inspection to determine whether the stand is complete and, as far as
-can be seen, in good order. Damaged stands should not be used or should not be used until
-after a qualified repair.
D. SETTING UP THE STAND
- For maximum stability, adjust the stand to the maximum root circle diameter
- Always keep clamping levers closed except when opening and closing 2.4
- The locking bolt 6.5 must always be snapped in place - except during height adjustments
E. DURING USE - Safety during operation is based on the following:

2. CORRECT OPERATION
2. This means that before releasing the locking bolt 5.3 and clamping lever 2.1:
2. a. …the load must be removed from the stand or…
2. b. …the extension tube must be held by a suitable second person.
3. CONTROLLING LATERAL FORCES (relevant due to risk of tipping)
3. Lateral force of any kind must be avoided. This kind of force arises if:
3. a. the stand is inclined
3. b. the center of gravity of the load is off-center
3. c. there are external shocks (bumps, pulling on the stand, vibrations, wind, etc.)
F. AFTER USE
- Remove the load, perform a visual inspection of the stand and perform any necessary repairs,
-then fold up the stand and stow it securely.

2.1 Open the clamping lever (light gray) of the tension clamp
2.2 Now pull the feet away from each other at the same time until…

FAULT-FINDING (F) and REPAIR (R)
a. The points mentioned here relate to inappropriate external circumstances,

MAINTENANCE
PURPOSE :
Maintain operability, load-bearing capacity, and security of installation through:
- gentle handling, - ongoing care, - necessary maintenance
MEASURES:
- Perform visual inspection before and again after use. Damaged stands must
-be repaired before further use.
- Care and repairs must always take place in unloaded condition.
- There is a possible pinch hazard in the case of maintenance work when
-folding in the feet. Appropriate attention must be paid during handling to
-avert this risk. Wear protective gloves if necessary.
- Use a slightly damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaning agent to clean.
- Other measures (such as periodic lubrication) are not necessary.
3. EXTENSION/SUPPORT TUBE
3.1 The extension has locking holes spaced 220 mm apart.
3.1 When set up correctly (see section 2), this yields the following heights:

4.5.6. HANDLING the EXTENSION and LOAD
WARNING!
Do not underestimate the weight of the speaker:
- The speaker must be set up, extended, and retracted by personnel with
-appropriate skill and physical strength.
- One person is sufficient to operate the load and stand if the load is light.
- For heavy loads, we recommend working with two people:
-FIRST PERSON (P1): moves the extension tube and holds it in place
-with the load
-SECOND PERSON (P2): operates the tension clamp (clamping screw
-and locking bolt)
4. ATTACHING / REMOVING THE LOAD
- Be sure to use the suitable holes (35/36 mm) for the load.
- In principle, the load can be attached to or removed from the tube either
-when it is inserted or when it is extended. Please note if the tube is in the
-inserted position:
-CAUTION!
-If the FIRST PERSON is no longer able to securely hold the extension
-tube with the load attached during the extension procedure (see 5.4),
-then the SECOND PERSON must:
-a. immediately tighten the clamping screw 13,
-b. also immediately release the locking bolt 10 and ensure that it
-b. snaps into the next hole on its own.
5. EXTEND THE EXTENSION TUBE
- For heavy loads, work with two people (P1, P2).
5.1 (P1) Hold the extension tube in place
5.2 (P2) Loosen the clamping screw
5.3 (P2) Unlock the locking bolt using the push button
5.4 (P1) Extend the extension tube until it snaps into the appropriate hole
5.5 (P2) Re-tighten the clamping screw
6. INSERT THE EXTENSION TUBE
- For heavy loads on the stand, work with two people (P1, P2).
6.1 (P1) Hold the extension tube in place, being careful not to grip
6.1 (ZP) over the locking mechanism hole
6.2 (P2) Loosen the clamping screw very little, just enough that
6.2 (ZP) the locking bolt can be unlocked (see 5.3)
6.3 (P1) Hold the extension tube in place and lower it with control
6.4 (P2) Tighten the clamping screw gradually so that the extension
6.4 (ZP) can be inserted gently and slowly until…
6.5 (ZP) …the locking bolt snaps back into place (outwardly apparent from the…
