SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
.Safety of this appliance complies with the technical regulations and norms in force.
. Make sure that the network voltage corresponds to that indicated on the appliance.
. Considering the diversity of the norms in force, check whether the appliance is used
in a country other than that in which it was purchased. Have it verified by an autho-
rized service station.
. Use a stable work platform, protected from water projections.
. Do not carry or move the equipment when in use.
. Do not unplug the equipment by pulling the cord.
INSTRUCTIONS ON
THE POWER CORD
.The electrical cord is short: in a manner as to reduce the risks of injury that could
occur if one gets entangled or if one trips on a longer cord.
. This equipment has a polarized plug (one prong is wider than the other). In order to
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug has been designed in such a manner that
it can be connected to the current socket in just one way. If the plug cannot be
inserted into the current socket properly, invert the pins. If the problem persists, call
a qualified electrician. Do not try to modify the socket in any way.
. Certain precautions are imposed if you are using an extension cord:
(a) Electric power of your extension cord should at least be equal to that of your
toaster oven.
(b) The extension cord should be kept beyond the reach of children and should be
kept in such a way that no one trips on it or is injured by it.
(c) The extension should be equipped with a ground cable if the plug of the cable of
your equipment is equipped with a ground electrode.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Acertain number of basic rules, especially those mentioned below, should be respec-
ted while using electrical appliances:
1. Read all the usage instructions and follow them carefully.
2. Do not keep the appliance within the reach of children.
3. Never allow the appliance to be operated without supervision. Remain close to the
oven when it is in use.
4. Do not use the appliance for a purpose other than that for which it has been designed.
5. Do not touch the metallic or hot parts of the oven while it is in use. Use the buttons
and the handle. Use oven mitts, if necessary.
6. Do not immerse the electrical cord, the current socket or the appliance in water or
any other liquid so as to avoid electric shocks.
7. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet.
8. To turn off the oven, place the timer button on “off ” and unplug it.
9. Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning it. Wait for the equipment
to cool before cleaning or putting it away.
10. Do not use the appliance if:
- it has a defective cord,
- the equipment falls and presents visible damages or functioning defects.
In all these cases, the equipment should be sent to the nearest after-sales service
center authorized by Krups, in order to avoid all risks.
Consult the guarantee card.
11. This equipment has a polarized plug (one prong is larger than the other): in order
to reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug has been designed to connect to the
current socket in just one-way. If the plug cannot be inserted into the current soc-
ket properly, invert the pins. If the problem persists, call a qualified electrician. Do
not try to modify the socket in any way.
12. Use of accessories, not recommended by the manufacturer, may be dangerous.
13. Do not allow the cord to hang from the table or working surface or touch the hot
parts of the appliance.
14. Do not place the appliance on or close to a source of heat (cooking plate, oven, etc).
15. Do not cover the appliance when in use.
16. Never place inflammable materials, including paper, cardboard or plastic in, on or
under the appliance and don’t keep anything on it (utensils, grills, objects….).
17. Do not operate the appliance under a wall-mounted furniture, a shelf, or close to
inflammable materials such as: blinds, curtains, hangings, …
18. If some parts of the product catch fire, never try to extinguish them with water.
Unplug the appliance and smother the flames with a damp cloth. Never try to open
the oven’s door in case of fire of the appliance.
19. In the toast function: to eliminate the risk of fire, never grill bread for more than 5
minutes.
20. Do not keep inflammable products close to or under the furniture where the
appliance is placed.
21. Do not put large-sized food or metal utensils in the toaster-oven as they could
catch fire or cause a short circuit.

23. Unplug the appliance if a functioning defect occurs, after every use, before chan-
ging its position and before washing it.
24. Do not use metallic buffers or abrasive, cleaning agents. Metallic particles may
come off and touch the electrical parts of the equipment and lead to a short circuit.
25. Use the appliance only in the house.
26. While it is not working, do not stock accessories other than those recommended
by the KRUPS manufacturer in the appliance.
27. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard or plastic.
28. Do not use it as a heat or drying source.
29. The appliance should always be in an upright position, never horizontal, tilted or
upside down.
30. Do not insert anything in the ventilation inlets and do not block them.
31. Remove the crumbs from the crumbs tray regularly. Do not cover the crumb col-
lector with aluminum sheets. This would lead the equipment to overheat.
32. This appliance has been designed only for domestic usage. The manufacturer is
not responsible or liable for any kind of professional usage, which is inappropriate
or non-compliant with the recommended usage method.
33. Any interventions other than cleaning and maintenance should be entrusted to the
nearest, authorized KRUPS service center (see the enclosed list)
34. The user should not repair any part so as to eliminate the risk of domestic accident,
fire or electrocution. Only qualified personnel of the authorized KRUPS service
center should carry out repairs.

Advantages of the Toaster
Oven
Your Convection Toaster Oven offers the
following advantages:
•Inner capacity of 7 Liters (0.3 cubic ft) for
toasting up to 4 slices of bread at a time.
•As a toaster, you can vary the darkness
of your toast to suit your tastes.
•Oven function: a controllable thermostat
of 100° to 500 °F to accommodate all of
your recipes.
CONVECTION FUNCTION: Circulates
heat for more rapid and even cooking.
•Broil function: to top brown dishes
•An automatic pull-out of the grill when the
door is opened, makes it easier to moni-
tor cooking and retrieve dishes.
•A pull-down crumb tray making it easy to
collect and remove crumbs and other
materials.
•A dish for baking small cakes, sandwiches
and frozen dishes.
• A broiler pan and tray for healthy cooking.
Before using for the first time
•Remove the rack, broiling pan and tray.
Wash them with hot soapy water, rinse
them and dry them carefully.
To eliminate the newness odor, you
must first operate the empty toaster
oven with the door open and without
any food in it:
•Press the "SELECT" key and select the
function “BAKE” . The corresponding
indicator light turns on.
•Press the “TIME/TEMP” key and select
the function “TEMP” (temperature).
The corresponding indicator light turns on.
The display indicates 500° F.
•Press the “START” key and let the “burn-
off” occur for approximately 15 minutes.

You will observe smoke escaping from the
oven. This is normal and will disappear
progressively during this first time use.
• End the cycle by pressing on the “STOP”
button.
NOTES AND HINTS
(!) A sound signal rings when you plug in
your equipment
(!) Asound signal rings, each time a key
is pressed.
(!) If you wait for more than 30 seconds to
press on the “start/ stop” key between
two controls, the appliance will cancel
the control and will return to the clock
mode.
SETTING THE CLOCK
• Press the “Time/Temp” button once.
•The “clock” indicator turns on.
• Control the time setting with the "+" key
to increase or the "-" key to decrease.
•Press “Start/Stop”
•Indicator light turns off.
(!) In case of disconnection of the equip-
ment, time will be reset to 12H00, by
default, on connection.
TIMER CONTROL
Timer control is possible only with the “broil”,
“bake“ and “conv” (convection) functions.
In the “toast” function, time is pre-set and
one does not need to modify it.
To control the timer:
•Select a function “broil” “bake” or “conv”
with the help of the “select” key.
•Press the “Time/temp” key twice to
select the “timer” function.
The “timer” indicator turns on.
Apre-set cooking time appears in the display.
•15 minutes in the “ broil ” mode / 30
minutes in the “bake” and “conv” mode.
• Use the “+” key to increase or “-” key to
decrease the time.
The timer setting increases and decreases
in 1-minute intervals with a regular and
rapid rollover.
• Press “start” and the countdown begins.
• The “start” indicator light turns on.
• While cooking, the “timer” indicator
remains on.
At the end of the cooking time: The oven
“beeps” 5 times and the indicators turn off.
Time appears on the display. The applian-
ce stops.
Note :
•The maximum programming time of the
timer in the “Broil” (Grill) function is 45
minutes.
•The maximum programming time of the
timer in the “Bake” (Oven) and “Conv”
(Circulated Heat) function is 1 hour 30
minutes.
• You may also use the timer by itself. It
need not be linked to the cooking function
of your oven. In this case:
•Only press the “Time/Temp” key and
select “Timer”.
The indicator light turns on and the
display indicates (0.01), proceed as indi-
cated above to increase or decrease this
time and press the “start” button to start
the count-down.
At the end of the time, the oven “beeps” 5
times and the indicators turn off, and the
time appears.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
Only for the Broil, Bake and Conv func-
tions:
•Select 1 of these 3 cooking modes, with
the “Select” key
• Press the “Time/Temp” key to select the
Temperature function
•The temperature displayed is 500°F for
Bake and Conv: “High” and “low” appear
for Broil (dark grilling/ light grilling).
•Select the Temperature “°F” of 100 to
500°F through intervals of 25°F with the
“+ or “-” key to increase or decrease the
temperature.

STOP FUNCTION
•The oven stops automatically when
cooking is done, the oven will “beep” 5
times and the cooking function indicator
light turns off, time appears on the display.
•The oven can be stopped during cooking
by pressing the “start/stop” key.
"TOASTER" FUNCTION
•Place the bread (up to 4 slices) directly
on the rack.
• Close the door.
•Press the “select” button and select the
“toast” function.
The “toast” indicator and the “temp” indi-
cator lights turn on.
A"-" appears on the display under the
word “med”: (medium grilling)
• Press the “+” or ”-” buttons to move the
index in the display and select the deg-
ree of browning for the bread.
Time is pre-set as follows:
•Press on the “start” button to start cooking.
•At the end of cooking, the oven will
“beep” 5 times, the time appears on the
display, the oven stops and the indicator
lights turn off. You can interrupt the ope-
ration before the end of the cycle by
pressing the “Start/Stop” button.
Remarks:
•During the first time use, test the toas-
ting level on a few slices of bread. You
should increase the degree of browning,
if the bread is thick or frozen.
• Bear in mind that a single slice of bread
toasts faster than several slices.
•While you are toasting several thin slices,
we advise you to decrease the degree of
browning and make sure that your bread
does not burn.
Should the bread burn, stop the browning
cycle immediately by pressing the “stop”
button.
•If you would like to reheat a toasted slice
of bread, position the index (-) on “light”,
and monitor the cycle properly.
Important :
In the TOASTER function: you cannot
modify the preset toasting times.
OVEN and CONVECTION FUNCTIONS:
•Press the “select” button and select the
“BAKE” function for traditional use or
“CONV” with circulating heat for quicker
results.
The “BAKE” or “Conv” indicator light turns
on.
• Press the “Time/Temp ” button to select
the temperature “Temp”: “500°F” appears.
•Press the “+” or “- ” buttons to increase
or decrease the temperature until the
desired temperature is obtained.
•Press the “Time/Temp” button and select
the cooking time (“Timer”).
The “Timer” indicator light turns on.
•Press the “+” or “- ” key to increase or
decrease the cooking time pre-set to 30
minutes.
•Place your food on the rack using the
appropriate dish.
• Close the door.
•Press the “start” key to start the cooking.
At the end of cooking, the oven will “beep”
5 times, the time appears on the display,
the oven stops and the indicator lights
turn off. You can interrupt the operation
before the end of the cycle by pressing
the “Start/Stop” button.

GRILL FUNCTION (BROIL)
•Place your food on the assembled broi-
ling pan and tray.
Depending on the position of the broiler
on the plate, there are 2 possible posi-
tions (4).
•Place the broiling assembly with food on
the rack: the distance between the pre-
paration and upper heating element
should be a minimum of 2cm (0.8 in).
• Close the door.
•Press the “select” key to select the “Broil
” function.
The “Broil” indicator light turns on.
•Press the “Time/Temp” key to select the
temperature “Temp”.
The “Temp” indicator light turns on.
The symbol “HI” appears in the display
(Max temperature) = dark grilling.
• Press the “-” button to decrease the
temperature. The symbol “LO” appears in
the display (Min temperature) = light grilling.
•Press the “Time/Temp” button to select
time on the “Timer”.
The “Timer” indicator light turns on.
•Press the “+” or “- ” buttons to increase
or decrease the cooking time pre-set to
15 minutes.
• Press the “start” button to start the cooking.
•Monitor the food and put it back on simmer
(if necessary).
At the end of cooking, the oven will “beep”
5 times, the time appears on the display,
the oven stops and the indicator lights
turn off. You can interrupt the operation
before the end of the cycle by pressing
the “Start/Stop” button.
TOP BROWN :
•Use the “broil” function with the tempera-
ture adjusted to “LO” to melt and crisp
the surface of foods and to top brown.
Place the food in the dish or on the grill
according to its thickness.
Adjust time from 2 to 3 minutes. If the
food has browned or melted as per your
desire before the set time has elapsed,
press the “stop” button.
Note:
•While cooking, the upper heating ele-
ment can lead splashed fat (oil) to catch
fire. Do not worry, they will be extinguished
by themselves and will have no effect on
the performance of the appliance.
Practical advice
The cooking of food always leads to relea-
se of water vapor and sometimes that of
smoke.
You can reduce emanation of smoke and
odors by always keeping the walls of your
oven clean.
You can also reduce them:
• by adding a little water at the bottom of
the dish used at the start of cooking,
• by respecting or decreasing the cooking
temperatures.
Cleaning
Before washing, unplug and allow your
appliance to cool.
External walls:
•Pass a moist and soapy sponge on the
exterior of the appliance. Rinse and wipe
carefully.
•Never immerse the appliance in water.
• The rack and the crumb collector are to
be washed with warm water and a dish-
washing liquid.
•The dish and broiler can go into the dish
washer.
Internal walls:
•The internal walls are non-stick; remove
greasy projections with a sponge dipped
in hot soapy
water. Rinse and dry carefully and tho-
roughly.
•Do not use buffers, steel wool, scrubbing
powders or harsh maintenance products
(especially detergents with a soldered
base).

What to do if your equipment does not
function?
Problem:
The toast is too dark.
Solution:
•Modify the selected color on the browning
index.
Problem:
Food does not cook uniformly at the bot-
tom of the oven.
Solution:
• Turn the food while cooking for it to cook
uniformly.
Problem:
Food cooks very quickly or very slowly.
Solution:
• Modify the oven temperature.

If, within one year of the date of purchase, this KRUPS equipment stops functio-
ning because of material or manufacturing defects, KRUPS North America shall
repair or replace the equipment without invoice, at its discretion, provided that the
owner has the proof of the date of purchase.
This guarantee is void if mal-functioning results from damages caused to the equip-
ment due to improper usage, voltage other than those indicated on the equipment
or described in the instructions, abuse, including alteration, damages during
transport or commercial use.
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You can also benefit from other
rights that may vary in the provinces and states.

PRECAUTIONS IMPORTANTES
Lors d 'utilisation d 'appareils électriques,un certain nombre de règles élémentaires
doivent être respectées, en particulier les suivantes :
1.Lisez entièrement le mode d'emploi et suivez attentivement les instructions
d'utilisation.
2.Ne pas laisser l'appareil à la portée des enfants.
3.Ne jamais laisser l'appareil fonctionner sans surveillance, restez à proximité de
l'appareil pendant son utilisation.
4.Ne pas utiliser l'appareil pour tout autre usage que celui pour lequelil a été conçu.
5.Ne pas toucher les parties métalliques ou chaudes de l'appareil en cours d'utilisation,
utilisez les boutons et la poignée. Utilisez des gants culinaires si nécessaire.
6.Afin d'éviter les chocs électriques, ne plongez pas dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide le
fil électrique, la prise de courant ou l'appareil.
7.Reliez toujours le cordon d’alimentation en priorité sur l’appareil, puis branchez la prise.
8.Pour mettre l’appareil hors tension, positionnez le bouton minuterie sur “ off ” et
débranchez la prise du mur.
9.Débrancher l'appareil quand il ne sert pas et avant de le nettoyer. Attendre qu'il
refroidisse pour le nettoyer ou avant de le ranger.
10.Ne pas utiliser l'appareil si :
- celui-ci a un cordon défectueux,
-l’appareil est tombé et présente des détériorations visibles ou des anomalies de
fonctionnement.
Dans chacun de ces cas, l'appareil doit être envoyé au centre de service
après-vente Krups agréé le plus proche, afin d'éviter tout danger.

18.S'il arrivait que certaines parties du produit s'enflamment, ne tentez jamais de les
éteindre avec de l'eau.
Etouffez les flammes externes au produit avec un linge humide. Ne tentez jamais
d’ouvrir la porte du four en cas d’incendie de celui-ci.
19.En fonction toast : ne jamais griller le pain plus de 5 minutes, afin d’éviter tout
risque d’inflammation.
20.Ne rangez pas de produits inflammables à proximité ou sous le meuble où est
placé l'appareil.
21.Ne pas mettre d’aliments de trop grande taille ni d’ustensiles en métal dans le
toaster-oven car ils pourraient s’enflammer ou créer un court circuit.
22.Prenez d’extrêmes précautions si vous utilisez des plats dans d’autres matériaux
que du métal ou du verre compatible au four.
23.Débranchez l'appareil si une anomalie de fonctionnement se produisait, après
chaque utilisation, avant de le changer de place et avant de le nettoyer.
24.Ne pas utiliser de tampons métalliques, de nettoyants abrasifs. Des particules
métalliques pourraient se détacher et toucher des parties éléctrique de l’appareil et
provoquer un court circuit.
25.N'utilisez l'appareil que dans la maison.
26.Lorsqu’il n’est pas en fonctionnement, ne pas stocker dans l’appareil des accessoi-
res autres que ceux recommandés par le constucteur KRUPS.
27.Ne placez aucun des matériaux suivants dans le four : papier, carton ou plastique.
28.Ne pas l'utiliser comme source de chaleur ou de séchage.
29.L'appareil doit être exclusivement en position debout, jamais couché ni incliné
ou à l'envers.
30.N'introduisez rien dans les ouïes de ventilation, ne les obstruez pas.
31.Enlevez régulièrement les miettes du plateau ramasse-miettes. Ne couvrez pas le
ramasse miettes avec une feuille d'aluminium, cela causerait une surchauffe de
l'appareil.
32.Cet appareil a été conçu pour un usage domestique uniquement, toute utilisation
professionnelle, non appropriée ou non conforme au mode d'emploi n'engage ni la
responsabilité, ni la garantie du fabricant.
33.Toutes les interventions autres que le nettoyage et l'entretien doivent être confiées au
centre service agréé KRUPS le plus proches (voir liste jointe)
34.Afin d'éviter tout risque d'accident domestique, d'incendie ou d'électrocution,
aucune pièce ne peut être réparée par l'utilisateur. La réparation doit être effectuée

Avantages du Toaster Oven
Votre Toaster Oven Convection offre les
avantages suivants :
•Une capacité intérieure de 7 litres pour
griller jusqu’à 4 tranches de pain à la fois.
•En fonction grille-pain, la possibilité de
régler le doré de vos toasts selon vos
goûts grâce au réglage de dorage.
•En four à chaleur tournante, un thermostat
réglable de 100° à 500 ° F pour réussir
toutes vos recettes.
•Une fonction Grill pour saisir et dorer
vos aliments.
•Une sortie automatique de la grille pour
faciliter la surveillance de la cuisson et la
préhension des plats
•Une trappe à miettes rabattable pour
enlever facilement les miettes de pain
et autres projections.
•Un plat pour réaliser des petits gâteaux,
des sandwichs, des plats surgelés.
• Un grilloir pour une cuisson plus saine.
Avant la première utilisation
•Retirez la grille, le plat et le grilloir,
lavez-les à l’eau chaude savonneuse,
rincez-les et essuyez-les soigneusement.
Pour éliminer l’odeur du neuf, faites fonc-
tionner l’appareil à vide porte ouverte :
• Appuyez sur la touche "SELECT" et
choisissez la fonction “BAKE” (four).
Le voyant correspondant s’allume.
•Appuyez sur la touche “TIME/TEMP” et
choisissez la fonction “TEMP” (température).
Le voyant correspondant s’allume.
L’afficheur indique 500° F.
•Appuyez sur la touche “START” et attendez
environ 15 minutes.
Vous pourrez constater que de la fumée
s’échappe du four. Ceci est normal et
disparaîtra progressivement au cours de
cette première utilisation.
•Arrêtez l’appareil en appuyant sur la touche
“STOP”.

Utilisation
(!) Un signal sonore retentit lorsque vous
branchez votre appareil
(!) A chaque appui sur une touche un
signal sonore retentit .
(!) Si entre deux réglages vous attendez
plus de 30 secondes pour appuyer sur
la touche “start/ stop”, l’appareil annulera
le réglage pour revenir au mode horloge.
REGLAGE DE L’HORLOGE
• Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp” une
fois.
• Le voyant “clock” s’allume.
• Régler l’heure avec la touche "+" pour
augmenter ou sur la touche "-" pour
diminuer.
•Appuyez sur “Start/Stop”
•Le voyant s’éteint.
(!) En cas de déconnexion de l’appareil,
l’heure sera de 12H00 par défaut à la
connexion.
REGLAGE DE LA MINUTERIE
Le réglage de la minuterie (“timer“), ne
peut se faire qu’avec les fonctions “broil”,
“bake” et “conv”.
En fonction “toast” les temps sont pré-pro-
grammés, sans que l’on puisse les modifier.
Pour régler la minuterie :
•Sélectionner une fonction “broil” “bake” ou
“conv” à l’aide de la touche “select”.
•Appuyez 2 fois sur la touche “Time/temp”
pour choisir la fonction “timer” (Minuterie).
Le voyant “timer” s’allume.
Un temps de cuisson pré-programmé
apparaît dans l’afficheur.
•15’ en mode “ broil ” / 30’en mode “bake”
et “conv”.
•Utilisez les touches “+” pour augmenter
ou “-” pour diminuer ce temps.
Le défilement se fait par pas de 1 minute
avec un défilement régulier et rapide.
• Appuyez sur “start”, le décompte com-
mence.
• Le voyant “start” s’allume .
• Pendant la cuisson, le voyant “timer”
reste allumé.
Ala fin du temps de cuisson : 5 sonneries
retentissent – Les voyants s’éteignent.
L’heure apparaît sur l’afficheur. L’appareil
s’arrête.
Note :
•Le temps de programmation maximum
de la minuterie dans la fonction “Broil”
(Grill) est de 45 minutes.
• Le temps de programmation Maximum
de la minuterie dans la fonction “Bake”
(Four) et “Conv” (Four chaleur pulsée)
est de 1 heure 30 minutes.
• Vous pouvez également vous servir de
la minuterie toute seule, sans qu’elle soit
associée à une fonction de cuisson de
votre four. En ce cas:
•Appuyez seulement sur la touche
“Time/Temp” et choisisez “Timer”.
Le voyant lumineux s’allume et l’afficheur
indique (0.01), procédez comme indiqué
ci-dessus pour augmenter ou diminuer ce
temps et appuyez sur “start” pour comm-
encer le décompte.
Ala fin du temps écoulé, 5 sonneries retenti-
ssent, les voyants s’éteignent, l’heureapparaît.
REGLAGE DE LA TEMPERATURE :
Seulement pour les fonctions Broil,
Bake et Conv
•Sélectionnez 1 des ces 3 modes de
cuisson avec la touche “Select”
•Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp ”
pour sélectioner la fonction Temp
•La température affichée est de 500°F
pour Bake et Conv : “High” et “low”
apparaissent pour Broil (grillage fort / grillage
doux).
• Choisissez la Température “°F” de 100
à 500°F par pas de 25°F avec la touche
“+ ou “-” pour augmenter ou diminuer la
température.

FONCTION STOP
•Le four s’arrête automatiquement à la fin
de cuisson, la sonnerie retentit 5 fois, le
voyant de la fonction cuisson s’éteint,
l’heure apparaît sur l’afficheur.
•On peut arrêter l’appareil en cours de
cuisson en appuyant sur la touche
“start/stop”.
FONCTION « TOASTER »
• Ouvrez la porte.
•Placez les toasts directement sur la grille.
• Fermez la porte.
•Appuyez sur la touche “select” et choisis-
sez la fonction “toast” ( Griller ).
Le voyant lumineux “toast” s’allume.
Le voyant lumineux “temp” s’allume.
Un “-” apparaît sur l’afficheur sous le mot
“med” : (grillage intermédiaire)
•Appuyez sur la touche “+” ou ”-” pour
déplacer l’index dans l’afficheur et choisir
le degré de dorage du pain.
Le temps est pré-programmé comme suit :
•Appuyez sur la touche “start” pour démar-
rer la cuisson.
• Le temps correspondant au grillage défile
en fin de cuisson 5 sonneries retentis-
sent, l’heure apparaît sur l’afficheur, l’ap-
pareil s’arrête et les voyants s’éteignent,
vous pouvez interrompre l’opération
avant la fin du cycle en appuyant sur la
touche “Start/Stop”.
Remarques :
•Lors de la première utilisation, faites des
essais sur quelques tranches.
Augmentez le degré de dorage, dans le
cas de pain épais ou congelé.
•Tenez compte du fait qu’une seule tranche
de pain grille plus vite que plusieurs
tranches.
•Lorsque vous faites plusieurs fournées
de toasts fins, nous vous recommandons
de diminuer le degré de dorage et de
surveiller que votre pain ne brûle pas.
Si cela arrivait, stoppez immédiatement
le cycle en appuyant sur la touche “stop”.
•Si vous souhaitez réchauffer une tranche
de pain déjà dorée, positionnez l’index
(-) sur “light”, et surveillez bien le cycle.
Important :
En fonction TOASTER : vous ne pouvez
modifier le temps de grillage.
FONCTION FOUR (OVEN) et FOUR
CHALEUR TOURNANTE (CONV) :
•Appuyez sur la touche “select” et choi-
sissez la fonction “BAKE” pour une utili-
sation traditionnelle ou “CONV” pour
utiliser la chaleur tournante.
Le voyant “Conv” s’allume.
•Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp ”
pour sélectionner la température “Temp” :
“500°F” apparaît.
•Appuyer sur la touche “+ ou “-” pour
augmenter ou diminuer la température
jusqu’à obtenir la température désirée.
•Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp” et
choisissez le temps de cuisson (“Timer”).
Le voyant “timer” s’allume.
•Appuyer sur la touche “+” ou “- ” pour
augmenter ou diminuer le temps de cuis-
son pré-programmé à 30 minutes.
• Placez vos aliments sur la grille en utili-
sant un plat approprié.
• Fermez la porte.
•Appuyez sur la touche “start” pour démarrer
la cuisson.
En fin de cuisson 5 sonneries retentissent,
l’heure apparaît sur l’afficheur, l’appareil
s’arrête et les voyants s’éteignent.

FONCTION GRILL (BROIL)
•Placez le grilloir dans le plat.
Suivant la position du grilloir sur le plat
vous pouvez obtenir 2 positions (4).
• Disposez vos aliments sur le grilloir et le
plat assemblés.
•Placez l’ensemble sur la grille à 2 cm
minimum des résistances supérieures.
• Fermez la porte.
•Appuyez sur la touche “select” pour choisir
la fonction “Broil ”
Le voyant “Broil” s’allume.
•Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp” pour
sélectionner la température “Temp”.
Le voyant “Temp” s’allume.
Le symbole “HI” apparaît dans l’afficheur
(réglage de la température Max) = grillage
fort.
•Appuyez sur la touche “ - ” pour diminuer
la température. Le symbole “LO” apparaî-
tra dans l’afficheur (Min) = grillage léger.
•Appuyez sur la touche “Time/Temp” pour
sélectionner le temps “Timer”.
Le voyant “timer” s’allume.
• Appuyez sur la touche “ +” ou “-” pour
augmenter ou diminuer le temps de cuis-
son pré-programmé à 15 minutes .
• Appuyez sur la touche “start” pour
démarrer la cuisson.
•Surveillez les aliments et retournez-les à
mi-cuisson (si nécessaire) .
En fin de cuisson 5 sonneries retentissent,
l’heure apparaît sur l’afficheur, l’appareil
s’arrête et les voyants s’éteignent.
DORAGE LEGER (Top Brown) :
•Utilisez la fonction “broil” avec la tempé-
rature réglée sur “LO” pour fondre, faire
croustiller et dorer. Selon son épaisseur,
placez l’aliment dans le plat ou sur le
grilloir. Réglez le temps de 2 à 3 minutes.
Si l’aliment est doré ou fondu selon votre
goût avant que le temps soit achevé,
appuyez sur “stop”.
Note:
•En cours de cuisson, des éclaboussures
de graisse peuvent s’enflammer au
contact des résistances supérieures.
Ne vous inquiétez pas, elles s’éteindront
d’elles-mêmes et n’auront aucune consé-
quence sur l’appareil.
Conseils pratiques
La cuisson des aliments produit toujours
un dégagement de vapeur et parfois de
fumée.
Vous réduirez les émanations de fumée et
les odeurs en conservant les parois de
votre four toujours propres.
• Vous pouvez également les diminuer :
- en ajoutant en début de cuisson un
peu d’eau au fond du plat utilisé.
- en respectant ou en diminuant les tem-
pératures de cuisson.
Nettoyage
Avant tout nettoyage, débranchez et
laissez refroidir votre appareil.
Parois Extérieures :
•Passez une éponge humide et savon-
neuse sur l’extérieur de l’appareil.
Rincez et essuyez soigneusement.
• N’immergez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau.
• La grille et la trappe ramasse-miettes se
nettoient avec de l’eau chaude et un net-
toyant pour vaisselle .
•Le plat et le grilloir peuvent aller au lave-
vaisselle.
Parois intérieures :
•Les parois intérieures sont anti-adhésives,
enlevez les projections graisseuses avec
une éponge imbibée d’eau chaude savo-
nneuse. Rincez et essuyez soigneusement.
•N’utilisez ni tampons, ni éponges métal-
liques, ni poudres à récurer, ni produits
d’entretien agressifs (notamment les
décapants à base de soude).

Que faire si votre appareil ne fonctionne
pas ?
Problème :
Les toasts sont trop foncés ou trop clairs.
Solution :
• Modifiez la couleur choisie sur l’index
de dorage.
Problème :
Les aliments ne cuisent pas uniformément
au fond du four.
Solution :
• Tournez les aliments pendant la cuisson,
afin d’uniformiser la cuisson.
Problème :
Les aliments cuisent trop vite ou trop len-
tement.
Solution :
• Modifiez la température du four.
