Selecting the Oven Temperature
Information
An oven temperature is preset for all modes. Depen-
ding on the mode, the oven temperature can be set
between 30°C (no temperature setting) and 300°C.
An overview of the settings will appear.

Overview of the settings and other functions
Information
The cooking process can be started without setting
the cooking time. If you wish to schedule a further
cooking process, the initial cooking time must rst
be set.

1. Start the cooking process
The oven begins by preheating. During pre-
heating, the display shows a progress bar and
the current oven temperature. As soon as the
oven reaches the set temperature, the cooking
process begins.

Adjusting Settings During the Cooking
Process
OVEN / COOKING
1. Swipe right to access the settings overview.
A. Conrm the adjusted settings and return to
the cooking process.
B. Return to the cooking process (without
adopting the adjusted settings).
Information
It is only possible to adjust the cooking mode, oven
temperature, or cooking duration when a cooking
mode is active. Cooking processes that have already
been completed cannot be adjusted.

Extending the Cooking Time
OVEN / COOKING
A. The cooking process is completed. Conr-
ming will return you to the Home display.
B. Alternatively, you can extend the cooking
time.
1. Select the additional cooking time
2. Conrm the selection
The "Extend cooking time" icon in the status
bar indicates that additional cooking time has
been applied. The cooking process can be
stopped at any time.

Adding Further Cooking Processes

Information
If you want to use an additional cooking process, you
must rst set the cooking time of the previous one.
Up to three cooking processes can be programmed.

Information
When a programme is selected, the oven automa-
tically calculates the temperature and duration
required for the preparation based on the weight
indicated. Unless further explicit instructions are
given, the cooking time excludes any time needed
for preheating.

Information
For select programmes, the empty oven must rst be
preheated. The oven indicates when the food has to
be cooked and on which tier.

Information
It is very important to select the right weight for food
due to be cooked so that it can be cooked correctly.
However, select programmes do not require the
weight to be set.

For the potatoes:
1. Preheat oven to 180°c using
convection setting with upper heat.
2. Wash potatoes and remove
any damaged spots. Halve potatoes
lengthwise. Then slice each half
into 2 to 3 pieces.
3. Arrange potatoes on a baking
sheet and dribble olive oil evenly over
them. Season with salt and pepper.
