Please refer to this User Manual to ensure proper use. The contents herein
may be modied for better service as the product properties and functions
are subject to change without prior notice.

Adapter should be installed near the equipment and shall be easily acces-
sible. The RF frequencies can be used in Europe without restriction. This
product is intended for sale and application in a business environment.
For 5150-5250 and 5725-5850 frequency band, operations in the
5150-5250 and 5725-5850 band are restricted to indoor usage only.
FCC Warning: This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If
this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on,
the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits, set for an
uncontrolled environment. This transmitter must not be co-located or
operating in conjunc tion with any other antenna or transmitter.
This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance
20 cm between the radiator & your body.
For 5150-5250 and 5725-5850 frequency band, Operations in the
5150-5250 and 5725-5850 band are restricted to indoor usage only.
Any emission is maintained within the band of operation under all
conditions of normal operation. The maximum frequency stability is less
than 20 ppm.

1. Press the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on the speaker.
Press again to power off.
2. The speaker will enter standby mode after 30 minutes without action.
The Google Assist and can be activated at any time with the command
“Ok, Google”.
3. If there is no activity for 90 minutes, the speaker will turn off.

Google Chromecast
Install the Google Home App on your phone or tablet and follow the
instructions for Wi-Fi setup and usage.
The device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your
KYGO B9/800 speaker to stream music content through Google Cast.
You can change the name of your KYGO B9/800 speaker through the
Google Home App. The new name will be the one that appear on
Bluetooth pairings.
The Google Assistant
To use the Google Assistant, congure your speaker through the Google
Home App and accept the terms and conditions.
Just start with “Ok, Google”, then ask it questions or tell it to do things.
It’s your own personal Google, always ready to help. Try:
“What can you do?”
“Play some jazz”
“Turn up the volume”
“Set a 13- minute timer for pizza”
“Do I need an umbrella today?”
“Set the thermostat to 72 degrees”
“What’s ‘nice to meet you’ in Korean?

Bluetooth functions
The Kygo B9/800 speaker is equipped with Bluetooth technology to allow
wireless playback from any Bluetooth-enabled phone or tablet.
Pairing the speaker to a device:
1. Turn the power on by pressing the on/off button
on the speaker for 2 seconds.
2. Press the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. A blue LED will indicate
that the speaker is in pairing mode.
3. Select “KYGO B9 800” on the Bluetooth congurations of your
device. Please note that the BT pairing name will stay the
same unless you change it in the Google Home App”

Other Actions:
• To disconnect all Bluetooth devices and re-enter pairing mode,
press the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds.
• Use the Bluetooth-button to Play and Pause music by pressing
once.
• If no device is paired after 10 minutes, the speaker will stop pairing
mode and enter standby.
• If the speaker is in standby mode, you can restart music through
your device.
• If there is no action after 30 minutes in standby mode, the speaker
will disconnect Bluetooth.

Sources
•Bluetooth: You can play music from any paired Bluetooth device.
•WiFi streaming: Once the Google Cast signal is detected, you can
stream music. The signal can still be detected if the speaker is in
standby mode.
•AUX-in: To start playing from AUX simply plug in the cable to the
connector. The green light indicates that the AUX input is selected.
Wifi or Bluetooth playback can be restarted from the source
device. To disable AUX and go back to Bluetooth pairing mode
press the Bluetooth button for over 2 seconds. You can change
from AUX to WiFi-mode by using the command “OK, Google”.

Press “+” to turn up the volume, hold to keep going up.
Press “-“ to turn down the volume, hold to keep going down.

Short press the logo on your speaker for special content from Kygo.
Content may or not be available during different periods of time.

Water Resistance
The Kygo B9/800 speaker is oatable, waterproof and can resist being
immersed in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes (3 feet).
Kygo B9/800 is waterproof and tested under controlled laboratory condi-
tions with a rating of IPX7 under IEC standard 60529. Waterproofness is
not a permanent condition and water resistance might decrease with time
as a result of normal usage.
Do not charge a wet speaker.
Damage from liquid other than water is not covered by the warranty.
Reset Original settings
When the speaker is turned on, hold the volume buttons + and –
simultaneously for 15 seconds and the the speaker will restart with factory
default settings.

you’re within range.
2. Make sure the speaker and your device are connected
to the same network.

Before cleaning the speaker, make sure it is fully unplugged.
• Wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any cleaning uids containing alcohol,
ammonia or abrasives.
• Do not spray aerosol at or near the unit.
