1. Remove the components from the pallet and place them on the ground
2. Check the following list of components and ensure you have them all
3. Unwrap one component at a time and try to finish with that component immediately
4. Use your spirit level carefully
5. Safety surfacing is established at the very end when attaching the label from the producer
Tips:
Slides with a starting height below 2 meters can be mounted on the ground and then lifted up.
Slides with a start height over 2 meters can be mounted in sections on the ground.

Here we will go through the assembly instructions by an example of the beautiful, curved and colorful
LEDON tunnel slide below.
Each tunnel is unique and must be assembled according to the LEDON Tunnel Maker installation
instructions. If a support post is necessary see separate assembly instructions for this.
Always remember to follow the LEDON assembly instructions.

A Tunnel Maker assembly instruction from LEDON is useful when setting up
the tunnel slide. In the following example we will show you how.

Starting
All tube assembly starts with the startpanel. Attach fiber and bolts as shown below.

Straight tubes: All straight tubes are marked with the letter ”A” at each end of the tube.
This letter refers to the Tunnel Maker mounting instruction supplied by LEDON.
The ”A” should always be in the ”top” of the tube.

Curved tubes: All curved tubes are numbered 1-24 next to each flange hole.
These numbers refer to the Tunnel Maker mounting instruction supplied by LEDON - see below

Apply the first tube so that ”A” is in the ”top” of the tube.
