1. Precaution
Please read the precaution as follows to prevent any damages to the LCD Monitor.
Make sure all power connector is removed. Be sure that the LCD Monitor is in power off status.
Prepare soft cloth and
sponge as working
platform
to place LCD monitor
horizontally.
Hold LCD y
the side
carefully and DON’T touch
or
press panel directly.
2. Appropriate tools
Select the Appropriate tools for disassem ly and re-assem ly.
Phillips screwdriver

C/D disassembly tool
Gloves or soft cloth

3. Disassembly SOP
4. Put on the monitor with the
screen face down on a soft flat
surface.

Push the button to release the
stand
Remove the
screw * 4pcs
ool : Screwdriver #2
Use the C/D disassembly tool into
gap of the unit cover and force up
to release the unit cover
Remove the foil and remove all
foil
Unplug light bar line
ool : Screwdriver #2

Unplug light bar line
(If you install it back, pay attention
to the red line inward)
Remove keypad
Unplug LVDS line
Remove the acetate tape
Remove the power bottom mylar
Use a screwdriver to exit the one
M4 screw and eight M3 screw
ool : Screwdriver #2

ake out PCB
Remov screws to take out the
Front bezel.
