Device is not working on DMX mode
-recheck your DMX output signal with another DMX device
-check if the operating LED lights up green
-be sure that you choose the DMX mode in main menu
Stand alone mode is not working
-be sure that you are in the stand alone menu during the playback
Switches are not working
-check if the the switches or the objects"are"blocked by dirt
-clean the space between the switches carefully with a Q-Tip and a vacuum
-check if the switch caps have all the same height - if not, adjust the height.
Operating LED is not working
-check if the DMX mode of the device is running well
-contact the Lichtlogistik LED Support service
OLED display is not working
-check if the safety glass above the display is broken
-check if the operating LED lights up green
-contact the Lichtlogistik LED Support service
LED unit or single pixel sections are not working
-check the connection cable on both sides
-please check your mode selection
-contact the Lichtlogistik LED Support service
In general:
Please do not use the mini USB port for charging other devices. This port is only to use for install & update the system software.
Do not upload unauthorized software or updates on the device - otherwise you will loose the warranty of the product.
