Dear Customer,
Congratulations on your purchase of a Lifelong ceiling fan! Your new fan will be a
beautiful addition to you home, and will keep you comfortable throughout the year.
We're certain that your Lifelong fan will provide you with many years of comfort,
energy savings and satisfaction. To ensure your personal safety and to maximize
the performance of your fan, please read this manual thoroughly.
1. SAFETY RULES:
i) Before you begin installing the fan, shut the power off at the circuit breaker or the
fuse box.
ii) Be cautions! Read all instructions and safety information before installing your
new fan. Review accompanying assembly diagrams.
iii) Make sure that all electrical connections comply with local codes, ordinances, or
National Electrical Codes. Hire a qualified electrician or consult a do-it-yourself
wiring handbook if you are unfamiliar with installing electrical wiring.
iv) Make sure the installation site you choose allows the fan blades to rotate without
any obstructions. Allow a minimum clearance of 7 feet from the floor to the lowest
edge of the blades and 18 inches from the tip of the blade to the wall.
v) Caution: To reduce the risk of personal injury use only the screws provided with
the outlet box.
vi) If you are mounting the fan to a joist, make sure it is able to support the moving
weight of the fan.
2. ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION:
i) Place the motor on the thermo buffer.
ii) Pass the connection wires through the slit hole at the bottom end of down rod
(3) and remove them from the top end of down rod.
iii) Insert the bottom end of down rod (3) (with slits) on
spindle (6) and insert bolt. (7) Place the spring washer (8)
and fully tighten nut. (9) Insert the split pin (10) in the small
hole on the bolt end and open the ends, so that it does not
fall off. The assembly of bolt (7), spring washer (8), nut (9),
split pin (10) is separately packed with the hanger assem-
bly (11).
iv) Connect the wires to the terminal block. Do not insert
anything into the fan blades while the fan is operating.
v)Insert the condenser cover (4) from top end of down rod
and place it in position. Ensure minimum 3 to 4mm gap
between the condenser cover (4) and motor body and
tighten the screw (4a) (in case of screw type) which is
provided on the condenser cover.
vi) Insert the canopy (5) from top end of the down rod (3).
viii) Fix the blade (1) with the screws (2) already provided
on the motor body.
ix) Remove the split pin (15), nut (14), spring washer (13) bolt (12), at the bottom
end of the hanger assembly (11).
x) Place hanger assembly (11) in ceilings hook in such a way that the rubber
reel (16) rests on the ceiling hook.
xi) Insert the top end of the down rod (3) between the steel clamps of hanger
assembly (11). Match the holes with holes in down rod. Insert bolt (12). Place
spring washer (13), and fully tighten nut (14). Insert the split pin (15) in the small
hole on bolt end and open the ends, so that it does not fall off.
xii) Lift the canopy (5) to cover hanger assembly and tighten the screw (5a) (in
case of screw type) provided on canopy. xiii) Connect the regulator in series
with the fan.

Terms and Conditions:
1.This warranty is void if:
a. The completely filled warranty card is not presented
at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the
instructions given under the user manual.
C. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal
voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood,
accident, negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation,
repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized
service organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial
number and production code has been removed
and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to
ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the
product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts
(accessories) after 7 days from the original date of
goods received.
h. Defects or faults in product which have been used
for commercial/industrial purposes or which have
been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject
to non-household/non-domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by
authorized service provider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its
authorized service provider will repair without charge
the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and
restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All
defective parts used for the warranty repair should be
surrendered to Lifelong and/or its authorised servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or
part(s) thereof from authorised service provider as will
as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne
by the consumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and
replacement of the defective product. Except as set
forth above, there are no other express or implied
warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms
implied by statute or common law (including any
warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the
fullest extent permitted by the lass.
6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising
out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of
the type or cause of such damage of the form of
characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or
tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid
for the product.
7. However in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong
authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special
incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages
whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for
the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or
contracts, business interruptions, loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or
not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.These limitations shall apply not with
standing the failure of the essential purpose of any
limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect
consumer's statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to
make modifications to this warranty and you should not
reply on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
