3.
Do
the
Cameras
pan
or
move?
No.
The
Cameras
are
fixed
position
(once
mounted).
4.
Why
isn't
wireless
working?
Connecting
the
Ethernet
cable
will
disable
the
Wireless
interface.
The
Wireless
and
Ethernet
interfaces
cannot
be
used
simultaneously.
The
Ethernet
interface
should
be
used
to
configure
the
Camera.
After
the
wireless
settings
are
correct,
the
Wireless
interface
can
be
used
by
unplugging
the
Ethernet
cable.
1.
What
is
the
difference
between
Basic
and
Advanced
Camera
Service?
Basic
Camera
Service
is
free
of
charge
with
the
purchase
of
a
Camera.
It
allows
you
to
take
snapshots
or
record
up
to
30
seconds
of
video
from
each
Camera
in
the
event
of
an
alarm.
Snapshots
and
video
clips
can
be
viewed
in
www.lifeshield.com.
Advanced
Camera
Service
adds
the
ability
to
view
live
video,
capture
larger
videos
and
snapshots,
and
set
up
custom
triggers
for
taking
snapshots
and
videos.
Custom
triggers
are
used
to
capture
events
in
your
home
triggered
by
sensors
or
Arming/Disarming.
5.
Why
won't
my
Camera
recognize
my
router
SSID?
•
The
SSID
is
case-sensitive.
•
If
there
is
a
space
in
your
SSID,
change
the
SSID
so
there
is
no
space
and
try
again.
•
Your
SSID
may
not
be
broadcast.
Reference
the
instructions
that
came
with
your
router
for
more
information.
2.
How
many
snapshots
and
videos
can
I
store?
Several
factors
determine
the
size
of
each
snapshot
and
video
clip
such
as
the
size
of
the
image
(medium
or
large)
and
the
length
of
the
video
you
capture.
For
example,
Cameras
set
to
'large'
and
'30
seconds'
will
store
approximately
2000
snapshots
and
200
videos.
Cameras
set
to
'medium'
and
'10
seconds'
will
store
approximately
5000
snapshots
and
1
000
videos.
