PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean your trimmer regularly.
A regular care of your hair clipper and its accessories will extend
the life of your equipment.
AFTER EACH USE:
Ensure that the trimmer is switched off and disconnected from
the mains.
Brush the blade to remove the accumulated hair.
Do not submerge the trimmer in the water.
For cleaning the equipment, wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it
immediately.

To remove the trimmer blade, place your thumb against the
blades and then push it away from the main body:
Washing of comb guide:
Remove the comb.
Rinse it under clean running water.
Allow it to dry completely.
Warning: Do not use abrasive cleansers on the equipment or its
blade.
Caution on lubrication:
Apply only light oil similar to the one supplied in this kit. This
oil will neither evaporate nor slow down the blade.
Do not apply hair oil, grease, and oil mixed with kerosene or
solvent, so as to prevent evaporation or slowing down of blade.
Brush cleaning:
Brush allows to remove the accumulated hair on the blade or
accessories.
Brush off carefully and blow if necessary in order to remove the
remaining hair on the blade.
Do not use wire or abrasive brush so as not to damage the hair
trimmer.

DESCRIPTION
USE
How to charge the equipment:
Before using the equipment for the first time, it must be fully charged continuously for at least 16 hours.
Set the On/off button at “OFF” position.
Connect the mains voltage adapter cable to the hair trimmer.
Plug the adaptor into a wall socket.
The indicator light turns on.
Cordless use only : fully charged, the trimmer can be used approximately 35 minutes.
Precautions to be taken while charging
Do not use any charging adaptor other than the one supplied with the hair trimmer.
The room temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C, or you may shorten the life of the battery.
Battery must be fully discharged every six months, and then fully charged for 8 hours so as to extend the
battery life.
If the equipment is not used for a long period (2-3 weeks), unplug it and recharge it when you want to
use it again.
Beyond 3 months, please charge it for at least 16 hours.
Note: The hair trimmer may become warm during charging operation. That has not effect on the
performance of trimmer.

It is recommended to wait until the battery is fully discharged before recharging it. This ensures longer
battery life.
Important: Always attach the comb BEFORE switching on the hair trimmer and ensure that the hair trimmer
is switched off when changing the comb attachment.
Comb attachment
Hold the comb between your fingers with the teeth pointing upwards.
Place the comb above the blade, and slide it into the rear slot provided for this purpose, until the front of
the comb is secured against the blade and you hear an audible “click” sound.
Use the setting wheel according to the desired cutting length to adjust the comb position by rotating the
wheel.
Push the switch to "ON" to turn on the hair trimmer.
Removing the comb
Hold the hair trimmer in such a way that it is not directed towards you and push the comb firmly upwards.
Trimming without comb
Trimming your hair without an attachment allows to reach approx. 0.5 mm length.
Move the trimmer in a parallel position to the skin, against the direction of hair growth.
Before starting the hair cut
Check the hair clipper to make sure that it is free from hair and dirt.
Seat the person so that the head is approximately at your eye level.
Before cutting hair, always comb the hair so it is tangle free and dry.
Instructions for hair cutting
1. Comb the hair and start at the nape of the neck. Hold the trimmer with the comb teeth pointing upwards
and slowly lift the clipper and work in upward strokes towards the center of the head.
2. To finish the hair cut, use the trimmer without comb to give finishing touches by cutting very short around
the base of the neck, nape, sideburns and ear sides (trimmer should be positioned vertically, do not press
firmly).

The next procedure must be observed for removing the battery.
The hair clipper battery must be removed before discarding the equipment.
Ensure that your hair clipper is disconnected so as to reduce any risk of electrical shock. Discharge the battery
fully.
Remove the protection cover situated in a location where you connect the mains voltage adapter and it is
removed so as to access the battery compartment. Carry a screwdriver to remove the screw.
Remove the batteries from the equipment. Cut the cables and tab connecting the batteries in the printed
circuit and remove them.
ATTENTION: THESE NI-MH CELLS MUST BE RECYCLED OR ELIMINATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
EQUIPMENT SCRAPPING.
Do not burn, dismantle, crush or break out the batteries because they can release toxic substances.
Do not expose them to extreme temperatures.
Drop them in the battery recycling bins designed for this purpose or return them to your retailer.
