FUNCTION: POWER FAILURE / UNIT SHUTDOWN
1: If the unit detects that a power failure has accrued during active
heating the Power Failure Alarm is activated to alert the fact that
heating was interrupted.
2: If the unit has been without power for longer than 12 hours,
whether due to normal shutdown or due to external power failure,
you will be asked if you want to perform a factory reset (YES/NO).
If no selection is made within 30 seconds a factory reset is perfor-
med automatically.
In a factory reset the following will happen:
• Any ongoing program will stop.
• Pump will be set to OFF.
• System is full will be set to NO.
• Program temp settings are set to default factory settings.
• Constant temp settings are set to default factory settings.
Reset of all Alarm.
FUNCTION: OVERHEAT PROTECTION
The unit is equipped with a mechanical safety thermostat. In case
of operational failure where the temperature exceeds 80°C the
thermostat will break the circuit for the contactors and the Over-
heat Alarm is activated.
• This safety function will immediately stop the heating process.
• The alarm can be acknowledged via the display, but to re-enable
heating, the unit need to cool down and the Mechanical over-
heating protection need to be manually reset (see picture on
page 2)
• In the event of overheating the pump will say functional to main-
tain water circulation in the system.
FUNCTION: LOW WATER LEVEL DETECTION
The unit is equipped with an automatic water level guard ensuring
that no heating can start if no water is detected in the system. If
the level guard detects a loss of water during active heating the
Water Level Alarm is activated.
• This safety function will immediately stop the heating process.
• If the unit is without water for more than 30 seconds the pump
will be stopped.
If water is again detected the alarm will be automatically reset,
and all functions will return to normal.
FUNCTION: TEMPERATURE DEVIATION
If the system temperature and setpoint deviates +/-10°C for
more than 1 hour the deviation alarm is activated.
• The functionality of this alarm is to highlight that setpoint tem-
perature is not reached in the current circumstances.
FUNCTION: LAMP
Any heating functions is running GREEN.
Any alarm is active: RED
FUNCTION HEATING: PROGRAM (TEMP)
The heating function regulates a 3 kW and a 6kW element that
starts and stops based on how the water temperature relates to
the setpoint temperature.
The elements start and stop depending on hysteresis setting for
each element.
3kW - Hysteresis +/- 5C
6kW - Hysteresis +/- 5C
If need for heating 3kW is starting.
If deviation between system temp and setpoint deviates more than
10C 6kW element starts.

Lamp: Green
Pump: ON (Freeze guard function with 8°C)
When the program is finished, Program START/STOP is set to STOP
When the program is finished, Display shows:
Times left: 0
Current step: -1
Time left in step: 0
Setpoint: 0
FUNCTION HEATING: CONSTANT (TEMP)
Constant temp start and stop manually via display.
The heating function regulates a 3 kW and a 6kW element that
starts and stops based on how the water temperature relates to
the setpoint temperature.

FUNCTION: WATER LEVEL DETECTION FUNCTION
Water level value must be UNDER 10KOhm for heating function
to work. Value OVER 10KOhm indicates that there is NO water in
the system. Water level low alarm is activated when user choose
“system is full: YES”
If Water level value is OVER 10KOhm there is NO water in the sys-
tem and following happens.
1: Element 3kW and 6KW stops (This function is connected to
Water level alarm)
2: Pump stops after 30sec (This function is connected to Water
level alarm)
3: Water level Alarm, activate RED LAMP
