Dear Music Lover,
Thank you for choosing LSA to bring music and movies to life again in your
home. The LSA1 On Wall is easily hung on a wall as a surround speaker or
as front speakers next to a flat-screen monitor. The ’front, bipole and dipole’
selections on the front of the speaker will allow it to blend seamlessly into
your LSA music or theater system, and to convey musical instruments,
movie sound effects and the human voice with the most natural tonality.
As you enjoy the sound of this fine product, please take care of your ears.
Use good judgment when selecting the volume level for your music or
movie. Our products have a smooth, clear sound, lacking harshness
caused by distortion. But this gentle approach does not mean that high
volume levels are safe. Please avoid loud volumes for sustained periods so
as to prevent damage to your hearing.
We at LSA want you to enjoy your recorded music for many years to come.
Warmest Regards,
Brian Warford
LSA President

Connections: Standard Wiring
1. Make sure amplifier is off.
2. Prepare one length of speaker (with + and - leads) wire per speaker.
3. Connect negative (-) speaker wire to the negative (black) speaker binding post.
4. Connect positive (+) speaker wire to the positive (red) speaker binding post.
5. Be sure there are no stray metal strands.
6. Connect positive and negative speaker wire leads to amplifier binding posts.
7. Turn on amplifier.
Configuration
A. Choose ‘front’ if the speakers are mounted flanking a wall-mounted flat screen
TV, or if you prefer a directional sound for your surround speakers. Only the
front-firing tweeter will play, and the two side tweeters will be disabled, as will
the ‘bipole/dipole’ switch.
B. Choose ‘sides’ if you prefer a more diffused sound—this is ideal for use as a
surround speaker. The side-firing tweeters will play and the front-firing tweeter
will be disabled.
C. IF you chose ‘sides’, you may select between ‘bipole’ and ‘dipole’.
D. Bipole offers some diffusion. The side tweeters will be in-phase.
E. Dipole offers maximum diffusion. The side tweeters will be out-of-phase.
Note:
We offer these three selections as a sort of ‘seasoning’ for your audio or theater
system. Our suggestions above are well-grounded, but you will do no harm by ex-
perimenting and seeing which settings you prefer.
