WARNING
Do not allow chlidren to climb on unit
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over,To prevent
this furniture from tipping over it must be permanently fixed to the wall.
Fixing devices for the wall are not included since different wall materials
require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the
walls in your home. For advice on suitable fixing systems,contact your local
specialized dealer
This unit contains small parts which can be swallowed by children and pets.
Keep children and pets away during assembly. To avoid danger of suffocation
always keep plastic bags away from children and pets.

Separate and count all parts and hardware.
Have the following tools: Flat head Screwdriver, #2 Philips Head
Screwdriver.
If using a power tools, please be ware to slow down and stop
when screw is tight. Failure to do so may result in stripping the
screw.
Requires two people for assembly.

Make proper orientation of
CAM LOCK when inserting CAM BOLT
BEFORE YOU START
CAM LOCK FASTENING SYSTEM
The product is KD construction. Do not fully tighten the bolts before all are completely
lined up and inserted into holes. Loosen the bolts and make sure all bolts are lined
up and inserted into the holes.

1.Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assembly
the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2.Securely screw Cam Bolt (A) into the designed hole on the top (7), bottom (1), left
partition (8) and right partition (9).

3.Screw Magnet (2) on the top (7).

4.Attach upper back (11) to the fixed shelf (6) by 2 Cam Locks (B).
5.Attach left partition (8) to the assembled fixed shelf (6) by 2 Cam Locks (B).

7.Assemble the assembled frame to the bottom (1), and use 4 Cam Locks (B) to fix.

8.Connect verticals (14) & (15) with rail (10) by Wood Dowels (C).
9.Fix verticals (14) & (15) to the bottom (1) with 4 Cam Locks (B).

10.Use Angle Bracket (D) to fix the fixed shelf (6) with verticals
(14) & (15), and lock them by Bolts (E) with the provided Hex
Wrench (L).

11.Fix the Metal Bracket (M) on the doors (4) & (5) by 4 Screws (G).
12.Fix the Hinge (I) on the doors (4) & (5) by 8 Screws (G), then assemble the Knob (F) to
the doors by Knob Bolts (J).

13.Assemble left side (2), right side (3), back support (13) to the bottom (1) by Cam Locks (B).

14.Attach the top (7) to assembled mantel with Cam Locks (B).

15.Assemble the doors (4) & (5) to the assembled mantel by Screws (G).

16.Insert the self supports (K) into the desired holes in the sides of the side compartments.
Make sure you place the 4 Shelf Supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted. Tilt
and rest the Adjustable Shelves (12) onto the Shelf Supports (K).

17. Unpack the fireplace insert from firebox box, lift the fireplace insert carefully in the front
of the assembled mantel and center it in the opening. DO NOT drag the insert across the
Base as it may scratch the unit.

This unit has been designed to support the maximum loads shown. Exceeding
these load limits could cause sagging, instability, collapse, and serious injury.

Maintenance
To clean and care for your furniture:
Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
Use of furniture polishes is not necessary. Should you choose to use polishes,
test first in an inconspicuous area.
Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish.
Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots
Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the
spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause
chemical changes that may create spotting within the furniture finish.
Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.

Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme
temperature and humidity changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and
splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away from direct sunlight as
sun may damage the finish.
Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase.
Following these important and helpful tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.
