The canopy is made up of a back plate (A) with
the main electrics attached to it and a front cover
(B). Undo the screws to separate them.
El florón está compuesto por una tapa posterior
(A) donde se aloja la parte eléctrica y una tapa
frontal (B). Desenrosque los tornillos para
separarlas.
Use the drill template to mark up the ceiling
where the luminaire needs to be placed.
Usar la plantilla para marcar en el techo según la

Fix the cones to the ceiling in the position marked
from the drill template.

• Feed the electrical wires (B) coming from
the mains terminal block marked in orange
through the top side of the canopy (C).
• Connect the electrical wires (B) to the mains
inside the Jbox (D), following the diagrams
below.
• Fix back plate (C) to the junction box (D) with
the screws (E).
Feed the electrical wires (C) from the mains
through the electrical back plate (A),fix back
plate to the ceiling with the screws (D) and
prepare to wire up.
Pasar los cables eléctricos (C) a través de la tapa

Set up the body of the shade facing down on a
surface or on two trestles,below the hanging
points on the ceiling.
It must be securely resting for mounting.
Coloque el cuerpo del Bird boca abajo en una
superficie o en dos caballetes de trabajo, por

Este debe estar apoyado de forma segura para

Match up the surfaces A and B and screw in the
screws using the allen key between the slats
of wood in the tail between the rods of the tail
(Det. 2).

Match up the wings with the corresponding
position on the body, joining surfaces (D) and (E).
Posicione correctamente las alas con respecto al
cuerpo, juntando las superficies (D) y (E).
Now make sure that the tail is also resting on the
support by moving the trestles a bit further back.

Open the access hatch.
Use the allen key to remove the 4 screws that
holds the access hatch in place. (Det. 3)
Open the hatch (C) and remove it to allow access
to the inside of the body to fix on the wings.

Put the lamps electrical (M) cable trough the
centre hole in the hatch, and then close the
hatch. (C).
Pase el cable eléctrico (M) de las lámparas por
el orificio central de la escotilla, y luego cierre la
tapa de registro.
Each wing has two threaded rods (F) that must
be insterted in to the corresponding holes (G) in
the body of the bird.(Det 4).
Now put on and tighten the wingnuts provided
from the inside of the body. (Det 5).
Cada ala tiene dos varillas roscadas (F) que
deben ser insertadas en los agujeros correspon-

Place the piece under the ceiling cones that are
fixed to your ceiling.
Take the steel cables (H) attached to each wing
and pass them through the ceiling cones (I) as
shown in Detail 6, then screw in the suspensors
into the cones tightly.
Coloque la pieza debajo de los conos de techo

Coja los cables de acero (H) unidos a cada
ala y páselos por los conos del techo (I) como

11 ADJUST HEIGHT REGULAR ALTURA
The cable (H) can be adjusted by pushing the
nipple up in the suspensor. This frees the cable
so you can ajust it to the desired height. When
you release the nipple it will block the steel cable
again.
Set a suitable height for mounting the glass ball.
El cable (H) se puede ajustar empujando la
boquilla hacia arriba en el suspensor. Esto libera
el cable para poder ajustarlo a la altura deseada.
Cuando suelte la boquilla, volverá a bloquear el
cable de acero.
Ajuste una altura adecuada para montar la bola
de cristal.

ADJUST INLCINATION REGULAR INCLINACIÓN

Only for vertical models.
To adjust the inclination you must adjust the
position of the cables on the wings.To do this lift
the bird so that the cables are not tense,then
you can move them in the groove found on the
top side of the wings. Lower the lamp again until
the cables become tense and see if the tilt is
as desired, if not repeat the procedure until you
have it in the position you wish.
Solo para modelos verticales.
Para ajustar la inclinación debe ajustar la
posición de los cables en las alas. Para ello
levante el pájaro para que los cables no estén
tensos, entonces podrá ajustarlos en la ranura
que se encuentra en la parte superior de las alas.
Baje la lámpara de nuevo hasta que los cables se
tensen y observe si la inclinación es la deseada.
Si no es así, repita el procedimiento hasta que lo
tenga en la posición que desea.

Screw the light bulb in the lampholder (K) at the
end of the electric cable (J) (Det. 8).
Once the bulb is installed, fix the glass globe
to the globe holder. This is held in place by two
metal clips (L).Make sure you attach the glass
globe properly. Now fix the whole set by screwing
the tube (M) into the threaded tube of piece (L).
Atornille la bombilla en el portalámparas (K)
situado en el extremo del cable eléctrico (J) (Det.
8).
Una vez instalada la bombilla, fije el globo de
cristal en el soporte del globo.Éste se sujeta
con dos clips metálicos (L).Asegúrese de fijar
bien la bola de cristal. Ahora fije todo el conjunto
enroscando el tubo (M) en el tubo roscado de la
pieza (L).

You will find two cables coming from the luminai-
re main body that correspond to:
• Main body LED spine.
• Glass ball with bulb.
In all different possible configurations, the
connection of these cable is performed as the
diagrams on the left show.
Los dos cables que proceden del cuerpo de l la
luminaria se corresponden a:
• Espina central LED del cuerpo.
• Bola de cristal con bombilla.
En todos las distintas opciones de conexión,la
conexión de estos cables se realiza como en el
diagrama.
Before connecting the cables coming from the
lamp remember to pass them trough the canopy
cover (B).
Antes de conectar los cables que vienen de la
lámpara, recuerde pasarlos por el lateral de la
tapa del florón (B).

There should be three wires coming from the
ceiling. Connect the Neutral (N),Ground (GND)
and Line (F) to the corresponding connectors on
the mains terminal block marked in orange.
Tiene una manguera de tres polos viniendo del
techo.Conecte el neutro (N), tierra (GND) y la
línea (F) en la posición correspondiente a cada
uno en la regleta de conexión naranja.

When you are ready to connect the electrical cables to the canopy there are several ways of doing this. Please choose one
of the following options:
• Option 1 - Switch on/off 1 circuit:Both the light bulb and the LEDS are connected to one switch.
• Option 2 - Switch on/off 2 circuits:So that you can turn on the bird and the ball independently.
• Option 3 - 2 Independent dimming circuits:So you can dim the ball and that Bird independently.
• Option 4 - Bluetooth dimming.
Cuando quiera conectar los cables eléctricos al florón hay tres maneras de hacerlo, así que por favor elija una de las
siguientes opciones:
• Opción 1 - Encendido On/Off con 1 circuito:Tanto la bombilla como los LEDs estén conectados a un solo interruptor.
• Opción 2 - Encendido On/Off con 2 circuitos: Los dos circuitos eléctricos se conecten a dos interruptores de forma
independiente.
• Opción 3 - Regulable con 1 ciruito: Posibilidad de regular la esfera independientemente del cuerpo del Bird.
• Opción 4 - Reluable con bluetooth.

You should have 2 cable outlets coming from the ceiling.
Circuit 1, main bird body connection - 5 cables:Connect the Neutral (N), Ground (GND) and Line (F) to the corresponding
connectors on the mains terminal block marked in orange.Take the two dimming control wires +/- and connect them to
the dimming terminal block marked in purple.
NOTE:It is important to connect these according to the polarity marked on the dimming terminal block.
Circuit 2, the glass ball - 3 cables:Connect the Neutral (N), Ground (GND) and Line (F) to the corresponding connectors on
the mains terminal block marked in blue.
Debería tener 2 tomas de cables viniendo del techo.
Ciruito 1, conexión del cuerpo del Bird - 5 cables: Conecte el neutro (N), tierra (GND) y la línea (F) en la posición correspon-
diente a cada uno en la regleta de conexión naranja. Tome los dos cables restantes de regulación +/- y conéctelos a la
regleta de conexión violeta.
NOTA: es importante conectarlos de acuerdo con la polaridad indicada en la regleta de regulación.

Once all your wiring is complete, raise the canopy
cover (B) and fasten it with screws.
Una vez conectados todos los cables, suba la
tapa frontal (B) y fíjela enroscando los tornillos.
Place the cable clips (P) and fix them to the
electrical cable using a screwdriver.
Colocar las pinzas (P) en el cable eléctrico y
fijarlas usando un destornillador.

First time use
5. Download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play
Store.
6. Switch on your Casambi enabled luminaires and open
the Casambi app. Make sure Bluetooth is connected.
7. The app will search for all powered Casambi enabled
luminaires within Bluetooth range of your mobile device.
These will then be displayed in a list with the options to
“Take into use” or “Add individually to...”:
• Tap “Take into use” to create a new network. Then all the
luminaires will be automatically added to it.
• Tap “Add individually to...” to identify each luminaire and
add it to a chosen network.
8. It is recommended that a new network is shared using
the “Administrator only” setting.
Primer uso
1. Descarga la app desde Apple App Store o Google Play.
2. Enciende las luminarias habilitadas con la tecnología
Casambi y abre la app.Asegúrate que el Bluetooth esté
conectado en tu dispositivo
3. La app buscará todas las luminarias que incorporan la
tecnología Casambi, están encendidas y se encuentran
en el alcance de su dispositivo móvil. Se mostrarán
las opciones “Añadir todas las lámparas a...” o “Añadir
individualmente a...”:
• Pulsa “Añadir todas las lámparas a...” para crear una
nueva red.Todas las luminarias se añadirán automáti-
camente.
• Pulse “Añadir individualmente a...” para identificar cada
luminaria y añadirla a una red seleccionada.
4. Se recomienda compartir una nueva red utilizando el
ajuste “Solo administrador”.
Regulación sin aplicación
1. Encienda la lámpara desde su interruptor.
2. Apague y vuelva a encender rápidamente (máx.1 seg.)
El nivel de luz comienzará a aumentar gradualmente
desde el nivel más bajo.
3. Cuando la luz llegue al nivel de regulación deseado,
apague y vuelva a encenderlo rápidamente (máx. 1 seg.). El
nivel seleccionado se guarda automáticamente.
4. Si el segundo movimiento no se realiza en 8 segundos.
La intensidad de la luz alcanza su nivel máximo.

Dimming without app
1.Turn lights on from the switch.
2. Quickly flick the switch off and back on (max. 1 sec.)
The light level starts to increase gradually from the lowest
level.
3. Flick the switch off and back on again at desired dim
level.The selected level is saved automatically.
4. If the second flick is not done within 8 sec. the light
intensity reaches its maximum level.

Basic gestures
• To turn off or on your luminaire just tap on the lamp
control.
• Slide left or right on the luminaire control icon to adjust
the light level of the luminaire.
Controles básicos
• Realiza una pulsación sobre el icono de las distintas
lámparas para apagar o encender tus luminarias.
• Desliza el dedo horizontalmente sobre el icono de
control de la lámpara para ajustar el nivel de luz.
