follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may result in serious
personal injury. It is the user’s responsibility to read and follow all instructions.
The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual

understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which
cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
- Recommended for two capable adults for assembly.
- Keep these instructions with the product at all times and review before each
use.
- Keep work area clean, free of clutter, and well lit. Cluttered and dark work
areas can cause accidents.
- Keep children and bystanders away while assembling the Kayak Rack.
Distractions can cause you to lose control, so visitors should remain at a safe
distance from the work area.
- Use safety apparel and equipment when assembling the Kayak Rack.
- Inspect the product before each use to ensure it is assembled properly and all
parts are in safe working order and free of defects.
- Never modify this product in any way.
-DO NOT exceed the 100 lb weight capacity on each holder set.

Install and fully insert Leveling Foot (1) to Left Leg
Frame (A) and Right Leg Frame (B). FIG.1
Align and assemble the Left Leg Frame, Right Leg
Frame, and Cross Support for Leg Frame (C).

Align and assemble the Bottom Upright (D) and
Cross Support for Bottom Upright (E). Carefully
put it on the Leg Frame Assembly. FIG.3
Align and assemble the Top Upright (F) and Cross
Support for Top Upright (G). Carefully put it on the
Bottom Upright Assembly. FIG.4

Assembly Instructions
Align Leg Frame, Bottom Upright, and Bottom
Upright Support (H) mounting holes.Align the
mounting holes of Bottom Upright(D) and Top
Upright (F) . Install and tighten (do not firmly
tighten yet) M8X60 Hex Screw (2), Ø8mm
Washer (3) and M8 Nylon Lock Nut (4). FIG.5
Repeat this step to assemble the other side.
To complete the assembly, you will need M8X60
Hex Screw x 8pcs, Ø8mm Washer x 8pcs and
M8 Nylon Lock Nut x8pcs. Hardware for this
assembly is packed together.
* Remove the Hex Screws, Washers, and Nylon
Lock Nuts where are pointed first, when J-
Holders are mounted here.

Install and tighten (do not firmly tighten yet)
M8X16 Hex Screw (5), Ø8 mm Washer (3), to the
Leg Frame, Cross Supports ,Top Upright, and
Bottom Upright assembly. FIG.6
* To complete the assembly, you will need M8X16
Hex Screw x 12pcs, Ø8mm Washer x 12pcs,
Hardware for this assembly is packed together.

Align the J-Holder (I), Top Upright, and Bottom
Upright mounting holes. Install and tighten (do not
firmly tighten yet) M8X75 Round Phillips Screw (6),
Ø8mm Washer (3), and M8 Nylon Lock Nut (4).

There are several mounting holes on Top & Bottom
Uprights. Options for assembling the J-Holders to
different positions to suit your best need.
•There are two J-Holders with logo, and two without.
Mount two J-Holder with logo to the middle of
Bottom Upright; the two without logo to the top
Upright.
Align the L-Holder (J) and Leg Frame mounting holes.
Install and tighten (do not firmly tighten yet)
M8X75 Round Phillips Screw (6), Ø8mm Washer (3),
and M8 Nylon Lock Nut (4).
•There are several mounting holes on Leg Frames,
options for assembling the L-Holder to different
positions to fit different sizes of kayak or canoe here.

* To complete the J-Holder & L-Holder assembly,
you will need M8X75 Round Phillips Screw x
12pcs, Ø8mm Washer x 12pcs and M8 Nylon
Lock Nut x 12pcs. Hardware for this assembly is
packed together.

Un-tie the Safety Strap(L). FIG.9
(a. Male Buckle ; b. Female Buckle ; c. Loop.)
Find the loop sew on the strap,and slip it
through U-Clip (K).
Align the U-Clip and J-Holder mounting holes.
Install and firmly tighten M5X60 Round Phillips
Screw (7), Ø5mm Washer (8), and M5 Nylon
Lock Nut (9). FIG.10
Repeat above to assemble the U-Clip to the
rest of the J-Holders.
*To complete the U-Clip assembly, you will need
M5X60 Round Phillips Screw x 6pcs, Ø5mm
Washer x 6pcs, and M5 Nylon Lock Nut x
6pcs.
4 sets for U-Clip / J-Holder assembly; 2 sets for
U-Clip / Bottom Upright assembly (Step 7).
Hardware for Step 6 & 7 are packed together.

Step 7:
Slip the loop on the safety strap through U-Clip.
Align the U-Clip and Bottom Upright mounting
holes. Install and firmly tighten M5X60 Round
Phillips Screw (7), Ø5mm Washer (8), and M5
Nylon Lock Nut (9). FIG.11
Repeat above to assemble U-Clip to the other
Bottom Upright.
Before installing safety straps to the J-Holders
and L-Holders ( Step 8 ), check the complete
Kayak Rack Assembly, firmly tighten all
screws attached.

Step 9:
Follow the image steps above to install the
Safety Straps to all 4 J-Holders & 2 L-Holders.
1. Remove the male buckle from the strap.
2. Slip the strap (male buckle removed) through
the hole at bottom. FIG.12
3. Slip the strap through the hole at top. FIG.13
4. Loop the strap and slip it through the hole at
bottom FIG.14 * go under the Strap that
done in FIG.12
5. Take the male buckle on hand with “Insert end”
facing the sky. Slip the strap through the hole in
middle. FIG.15
6. Slip the strap through the hole at the end.

Align the J-Hooks (10), J-Holder, & Cross
Supports mounting holes. Install and firmly
tighten M8 Hex Nut (11). Ø8mm Washer (3),
and M8 Nylon Lock Nut (4). FIG.17
* To complete the J-Hook assembly, you will
need J Hook x 8pcs, M8 Hex Nut X 8pcs,
Ø8mm Washer x 16pcs, and M8 Nylon Nut x
8pcs.
•M8 Hex Nut, Ø8mm Washer and M8 Nylon
Lock Nut. Hardware for this assembly is
packed together with the hook. The length of
the hook on rack can be adjusted by adjusting
the position of hex nut on hook.

Now, the Kayak Rack is almost completed.
If wall mounting is preferred, mount it to the wall
with enclosed M8X90 S/S Lag Screws (12) X
2pcs, Ø8mm Washer (3) X 2pcs, & Plastic
Bushing (13) X 2pcs. FIG.18
Put the Lag Screws through the holes on top
Cross Support, put the washer & plastic bushing
on it. Firmly tighten the Lag Screws to the wall.

Step 12:
If free standing is preferred, follow the below
directions.
Assemble the enclosed Leg Extension (M) to
the Kayak Rack.
-Install the Leveling Foot (1) to the Leg
Extension. FIG.19
-Remove the Leveling Foot from the Leg Frame
(assembled at Step 1.) where it connects to
Bottom Upright. FIG.20
-Insert the Leg Extension to the Leg Frame.
Install the removed Leveling Foot back to
position. FIG.21
-Tighten Leg Extension to Leg Frame with M8
X16 Hex Screw (5), Ø8mm Washer (3) .

* you will need M8 X16 Hex Screw X 2pcs,
Ø8mm Washer x 2pcs
You now have a sturdy storage system for your
Kayak(s).

User Instructions
To Load Kayak:
- Center the kayak onto the support webbing.
- Make sure the kayak is set on arms so that it is stable.
- Confirm the safety straps can be connected over the top of the kayak. Adjust the strap if
more length is needed. Buckle the straps and pull the strap for snug fitting
To Unload Kayak:
- Unfasten the safety straps.
- Carefully lift the kayak and move the kayak away from the rack.

TO PREVENT INJURY FROM KAYAK RACK FAILURE:
DO NOT use damaged equipment. If Kayak Rack is
damaged or if abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have
the problem corrected before further use.
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of
the Kayak Rack.
Check for:
• Loose hardware.
• Misalignment or binding of parts.
• Cracked or broken parts and any other condition
that may affect its safe operation.
2. AFTER EACH USE, wipe external surfaces of the
Kayak Rack with a clean cloth.

This product has been manufactured under the highest
standards of quality and workmanship. We warrant to the
original consumer purchaser that all aspects of this product will
be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year
from the date of purchase. A replacement for any defective
part will be supplied free of charge for installation by the
consumer. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than
genuine parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty
shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown in the
purchaser receipt.
This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only
and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the
product, product damage due to shipment or failure which
results from alteration, product abuse, or product misuse,
whether performed by a contractor, service company, or
consumer. We will not be responsible for labor charges and/or
damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement nor for
incidental or consequential damage.
Any modification or unintended use of this product shall
immediately void all our warranties. We disclaim all liability for
injuries to persons or property resulting from any modification
to, or unintended use of this product.
