Cleaning

● Top-cooking surface cleaning by a
neutral detergent
●Ifenamel-coatedsurfacesare
cleaned by a plastic or metal
scrubber, the enamel coating
may be damaged.
To avoid this damage, please
clean it with a sponge or a soft
cloth.
● Burner cap cleaning by a brush
●Cleanburnercapandtubeusingabrush,especiallyif
thereisnoamewhentheburnerisignited.
● Automatic cleaning oven by air
combustion
●Theinsideoftheovenisdesignedwithanautomatic
cleaning surface to eliminate any oil residue from the
oven.
Removeallitemsfromthe
interior of the oven and
proceed to light the oven
(empty) for about 20 min.
Air combustion will automatically
remove any oil residues.
● When cleaning, please pull out outlet, turn off gas turn off regulator and
then clean after it gets cold.
● Please turn off gas and regulator before cleaning.
● Grate and covering by a neutral
detergent
●Aftercleaningbyaneutraldetergent,pleaseremove
any moisture left a dried cloth, then assemble it
correctly.

1. Put the cover ring on burner body.
Makesurethelocatingnotchontheinnersideofthecoverringisproperlyalignedwiththecorresponding
bump on the burner body.
2. Put the burner cap onto burner body.
3. Put the grate onto top plate.
Note:Ifburnercapisnotassembledproperly,yellowameorotherabnormalsituationmayhappen.

For example, set the time “12:00”
1. Connecting Power correctly
On display and“12h00m”arewithashatevery1second
2. Turn right timer control knob
As turn right timer control knob at “12h 00m” timer is operated after about 3 second
How to change present time.
If you want change time
First, push mode knob one time
Second, as turn timer control knob left or right, change present time.
If power off or cut down electric power, time is reset

How to set cooking time
FOR GOR-20M2
Example: If you want to cook for 30 minutes
1. As turn time control knob left or right, setting the cooking time
2. is ashed, during setting the cooking time.
3. As setting time is over, timer make a sound. And then timer display
present time.
If you want know present time, slightly push mode knob.
Then, timer display present time for 3 seconds.
Digital timer is….
During 0~10 minute, time is decreased at every 30 minute.
During 10~60 minute, time is decreased at every 1 minute.
Morethan60minute,timeisdecreasedatevery10minute.
You can set time “0s~”11:50m”.
Warning: Evenifendofsettingtime,ovenburnerisnotextinguished,soyouturnofftheovenburnerby
yourself as turn oven knob to left.

Set oven burner knob to 200°C/392°F for pre-heating
(Please open the oven door)
●Turntheovenburnerswitchandsetifat200°C/392°F.
●Pushovenburnerswitchanditwillsparkandignitewith“ticktick”sound.
●Afterignition,pleasekeeppushingtheknobfor10secondsuntilameisstable.
● Please set timer to 10~15 minutes.
● Beep is the sign of done pre-heating. Please load in the middle of
oven.
● Please set timer to 20 minutes.
● When the buzzer is alarming, cooking is done.
●Turnovenburnerswitchforextinguish.
●Whenextinguishing,ovenburnerswitchmaybeclickedat
150°C/302°F.
●Thisisnotextinguished.Sopleasepushtheswitchslightly
andturnittoextinguishposition.

Shallwecookchicken(for90minutesat250°C/482°F)forexample?
Use BBQ bar to x the chicken.
1. Assemble the forks into
BBQ bar.
2. Stick a fork into the
chicken.
3. Twist the thread around
the chicken.
4. Fix the chicken by forks.
5. Spread Al wrap in oven pan.
Pur Vegetable or pour water
in oven pan.(Clean up the
oven pan after cooking.)
6. Assemble the BBQ
grip and turn it right.
7. Put the chicken on
the BBQ tray.
8. Put the BBQ tray into oven.
(Fit BBQ bar hole)
Turn left BBQ grip to remove it.
How to take it out after cooking
1. Turn off BBQ switch. 2. Assemble the BBQ grip. 3. Take out the BBQ tray half.
(Caution: Put on the oven glove.)
4. Hold the BBQ grip and
take out the BBQ bar.
