Some Apps might stall the box because of compatibility Issues. In such cases restart the Magic Box. The
company does not take any responsibility for any content (Software/ Apps/ games) downloaded by the user.
Magic Box may not be compatible with certain High end TV models (Ultra HD and above). Replacement
warranty policy available, within 48 hrs of sale.
SETTING UP OF MAGIC BOX
Connect the Magic Box to your TV via HDMI cable.
Select same HDMI port, using Source / Input button in your TV Remote control unit.
Insert two AAA size batteries, in the Remote-Control Unit.
Connect the Power Adapter to Magic Box and plug into secure power source.
Turn on the supply and wait for Magic Box to display its Home screen.

If your TV screen does not display Magic Box Home screen or is flickering then, Go to Droid Settings,
using Magic Box Remote control unit  Go to Display  Select Screen Resolution  Then
choose lower resolution from drop list, until the display becomes visible / stable.

Protection against Power surge: Unplug the equipment when not in use. Use Surge protecting Power
strips.
Protection against Water: Keep device in dry locations and avoid water contact.
Protection against Virus: Use secured Wi-Fi. Use Google Play store only, to download Applications. Use
two Applications provided on device, periodically- LINE Anti-virus and Auto RAM cleaner.

Connect to Wi-Fi (U5)
 Go to Home Screen  Click on Menu button
 Click on Wi-Fi  Turn on Wi-Fi button
 It will show the available Wi-Fi
networks in range
 Click on the Wi-Fi in your
Office / Home and Enter
password
 Once the connection is
established, Magic Box
will be connected to Wi-Fi

Sign in with Google account
To Access Google Applications such as Play store, YouTube, Google drive etc. user has to
login to his Gmail ID.
To sign-in a google account, user can go to the Google Play store and Sign-in.
Fill your Gmail account user ID
After this type your Password for your Gmail ID
Press Accept and Your Gmail Account is Configured and Signed-in
Installing applications from Play Store

Please Note that some Applications are not available on Play store as they are not
compatible /optimized for TV format
 Wait for the Application to download. . .
 Click on Open, to start the Application
 Click on Install
First Step is to go to Play store by clicking on the icon
Installing an application from Play Store
In the Play store, type the name of the Application, you want to install

The Magic Box comes with a variety of Applications installed on the device.
Once in the Menu screen, user can see the newly
installed Application icon. Just select the
Application icon with your Remote and press OK.

Once inside the folder, user can again click on the desired Application and start using it.
Once the New application is installed,
Go to Home screen and click on Menu button.

In the Menu screen, user can see many folders
of different Domains. User can select any of
the Folder by selecting the folder icon with
Remote and press OK. Refer adjacent
snapshot.

Installing Batteries
Insert two AAA size Batteries as per + and – terminals.
Important Note:
If for any reason the Magic Box is not responding then press the Home button of remote to come to
home page.
In Remote cursor off mode, to access Applications on next / previous page, scroll using navigation
buttons to the extreme end of Application screen.
For closing multiple active Applications, long press the home button and close the Applications while in
Remote cursor Off mode.
The TV control Keys are not used for magic Box
1. Power Button: Pressing once the Magic Box turns ON / Sleep mode. Long pressing for 3 seconds gives
option of Power Off / Restart.
2. Shortcut Button: Enables direct access to APP menu (Green) or Setting menu (Red).
3. Home Button: Return to Home Screen
4. OK button: Functions as Enter button. Where ever the remote cursor is pointing, the corresponding
command is executed.
5. Menu button: Non-Functional.
6. Volume button: Increases / Decrease Volume.
7. Back Button: To get back to previous screen.
8. Navigation Button: Navigate through App Menu, Keyboard. Active both in Mouse ON/OFF mode.
9. Remote cursor ON/OFF:
In ON mode, the remote cursor is visible on the screen which enables selected function / key.
In Off mode, the remote cursor is disabled. Necessary to scroll through Apps and documents.
10. Numeric pad: used to Directly key in the numbers. (like password).

Warranty terms
1. Free Replacement / Refund, if TV compatibility issue reported, within 48 hrs of sale.
o Replacement will be done only if the packaging is in-tact. Option to replace Magic Box which is
compatible with TV set, by paying according to the MRP of new product, if available in stock.
o Refund will be provided if stock not available.
2. Free Repair, within 12 months from date of installation.
Warranty covers defects arising under normal circumstances and does not include malfunctions / failures
arising from Physical damage, Exposure to water, Power brown out, Power fluctuations, Virus induced
from unauthenticated content download or Acts of nature.
o Any modifications or tampering in Magic Box will void the warranty. Magic Box team, will analyze
and declare final cause of defect. This declaration will define warranty applicability.

Non-functional Magic Box unit, to be sent to Repair center, at listed address.
o In warranty units, will be repaired and sent back via courier.
o Out of warranty units will not be repaired.
