1 INTRODUCTION
ThemountingkitTIROIR‐ONE allowstoinstallaEXEONEunitina19"rackcabinetfrom500to900
mmdeep.Withonly3Uofheight(withEXEONE,installed)itprovidesasolidbaseoffixationfor
the equipment as well as making it extractable to facilitate the wiring of the system and its
subsequentmaintenance.

The mounting kit TIROIR‐ONE
has two high strength steel guides that allow the unit to be
completelyremovedfromtherackwithouttheneedtodisassembletheEXEONEunit.Ithaslock
handlesthatallowtheEXEONEunittobeintegratedwiththerestoftheequipmentintherack
cabinet. 


rearpiece(B)isvisible.Attachthebackpiece
tothesidepieces(LandR)using2M3bolts
(B3)


Screwtherearsupports(Rs)using4M6
bolts(B6)intotherearpostsoftherack.The
generalinstallationheightoftheTIROIR‐ONE
supportisdeterminedbythelowerboltof
therearsupportsthatcoincidesinheight
withthepositionofthelowerboltonthe
frontofthesupport.

1.Makesurethatthefrontoftheequipment
iscorrectlyoriented(seeusermanual
EXEONE)
2.Removethe2boltsfromthelowerfront
cornersofEXEONE

PlacetheEXEONEunitontheTIROIR‐ONE
supportbyputtingthebacksideofthe
equipmentsothattheverticaltabsofthe
backpiece(B)coincidewiththeslotsonthe
EXEONEbase.

PuttheEXE‐ONEequipmentontheTIROIR‐
ONEsupportandfixthemusingthesupplied
bolts


Pushtheassembledequipmentuntilboth
latchesclick.
