Please be very cautious during any interaction with the printer. This printer is an
electrical device with moving parts and hot-temperature areas.
1. Do not force or tear anything when during unpacking and setup. This may cause damage to printer
and/or its accessories.
2. Device is for indoor use only. Do not expose the printer to rain or snow. Always keep the printer in a
dry environment at a minimum distance of 30 cm from other objects.
3. Always place the printer on a stable place, where it cannot fall or tip over.
4. The printer supply is household power outlet 230 VAC, 50 Hz or 110 VAC / 60 Hz; never connect the
printer to an outlet that does not have a ground wire. Disconnecting the ground wire may result in
electric shock.
5. Place the power cord so you can’t stumble on it, or step on it or otherwise expose to any damage.
Make sure that the power cord is not mechanically or otherwise damaged. Stop using damaged cable
immediately and replace it.
6. When you disconnect the power cord from the socket, pull the plug rather than the cord to reduce
the risk of damage to plug or AC outlet.
7. Never disassemble the printer power supply; it does not contain any parts that could be repaired by
unskilled worker. All repairs must be provided by a qualified technician.
8. Do not touch the nozzle or heat bed when the printer is printing or is warming up. Note that the
temperature of the nozzle is 210¬260 °C; Heat bed temperature can reach over 100 °C. Temperatures
above 40 °C can cause harm to human body.
9. Prevent children from unsupervised access to the printer even when the printer is not printing.
10. Do not remove the insulating tape on the extruder nozzle.
11. Do not remove or disconnect the USB cable when printing from a computer.
12. Do not touch the device, the power cord, or any other connected cables with wet hands

On the back side of the main frame there are six
L- brackets.
Two brackets fixed on top are for mounting the
top mount plate to the main frame.
Remaining FOUR Brackets fixed on left and
right side are for mounting the side plates.
The L-brackets which are used to fix the side
plates are marked in blue on the picture below.
Fix the side plate with the POWER SUPPLY
to the left side of the mainframe.
Place the side plate in such a way that the L-
Brackets should Face outside.
Match the holes on the side plate with the L-
brackets.
Pass two M3 X 10mm screws from back side
of the side plate.
Tight those screws using M3 nuts.
Now fix the side plate with RAMPS board to
the right side of the main frame.
Make sure the L-brackets should face outside.

Y-AXIS ASSEMBLY:
Cut the zip ties on both the corners of the
bed plate
There are two slots on the mainframe
for fixing Y-axis.
Slide the y-axis assembly into the main
frame
Make sure the motor on the Y-axis should
be inside the frame.
Y axis assembly should be placed in such
a way that main frame slots should be
laid between the M10 NUTS on threaded
rods.
Slide the y axis until the back plate touching
the side plates.
Pass M3 screws into the L-brackets through
the side plate on both sides as shown
below.
Tight both the screws using M3 nuts.
Now tight the M10 nuts holding the Y-axis
threaded rods to the main frame.
After assembling the Y-axis, the printer
should look like below picture.

X-AXIS ASSEMBLY:
Pass the X-axis assembly into the threaded
rods on the main frame.
Now insert the smooth rods into the
bearings on both sides of the X-axis
assembly.
Smooth rods should be fixed in the acrylic
part on the Z-axis motor mount plates.
Slide the x-axis assembly on to threaded rod
in such way that the nuts on the M5
threaded rods will hold the x axis and
settled on them
Now fix the z limit switch on bottom of the
right side smooth rod, when your looking
from front side as below picture.
Place the limit switch in such a way that the
printed part should be leveled with heat bed

TOP MOUNT PLATE ASSEMBLY:
Top mount plate should be fixed to the
mainframe by passing 2 m3 screws through
the top mount plate into the L-brackets
marked in red in below picture.
Place the top mount plate on the frame as
shown below.
On the top mount plate there are slots for
threaded rods and smooth rods.
Make sure while placing the top mount plate
the smooth rods & threaded rods should go
inside the acrylic parts which are assembled
with the top mount plate.
Pass 2 m3 screws into the holes marked in red
on the below picture.
Make sure those screws are passing through
the L-brackets which are mounted to the main
frame.
Tight the screws using m3 nuts from inside.
