III. Introduction to the software

2、Guidance on operations of D03 Multi-port Download Software
Run MultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe; if any error prompt appears when you run it for
the first time, you can just click OK.
Click File -> Open Download Agent File:

Select BPLGUInfoCustomSrcP_MT6218B_FN_D01_H_2_2_MLT1_0_C1301”file to open it
as follows:
Click File -> Open Scatler File to select scatw2.txt
Click Option -> Baseband Chip to select Auto Detect, and for External clock, just select
26MHz
Click the ROM as shown in the figure below, then select the software to be upgraded in the
dialog box popped up, such as
w2_PCB01_gprs_MT6218B_FN.D01_H_2_2_MLT1_0_C1301, as follows:

Interface option settings are as shown in the figure above
Click AllDownload
Connect the mainboard with the download cable, and the program will automatically start
downloading
When the progress bar is displayed 100%, it indicates that the downloading is completed;
the progress bar will restore to 0%, and at this time, remove the mainboard
Check: Press *#66*# to enter factory settings to view the version number, enter 1.Version
-> 2.MCU SW, if it displays w2_PCB01_gprs_MT6218B_FN.D01_H_2_2_MLT1_0_C1301, it
indicates the software is successfully upgraded.
3、Guides on operation of D03 single-port download software
①. Upgrade Configuration Tool
1 computer (WIN2000 or WIN XP system), 1 D01 test cable, 1 power supply with constant voltage or
input battery, single port upgrade tool, Flash Tool.
②. Download Operational Procedure

Double click Flash_tool.exe, click Download Agent, then select “MTK_ALLInOne_DA” to
open it as shown below:
Click Scatler File, select scatw2.txt, click “open”:

Click the ROM as shown in the figure below, then select the software to be upgraded in the dialog
box popped up, such as w2_PCB01_gprs_MT6218B_FN.D01_H_2_2_MLT1_0_C1301, as follows:
Interface option settings are as shown in the figure above
Click Download, connect the mobile with the test cable, and the program will automatically
start downloading. Progress bar first displays red as follows:
Then progress bar display blue again as follows:

At this time, download completes! Disconnect test cable.
Check:
Press *#66*# to enter factory settings to view the version number, enter

it indicates the software is successfully upgraded.
