Insert the shorter strap into the slot at rear of
mount. (right to left will be easier for right
handed people)
Position tension lock (plastic piece) Off to the
side, and tighten. It will help to press on the
strap against the handle with the left index
finger as shown to keep from rotating, while
pulling the strap tight with the right hand.
For normal doorways a 5 inch fold over is
appropriate. Pinch as shown to keep secure.
Place the massage device on the saddle of the
mount as shown. It may help to create a loose
loop first, then slide the device in the loop.
Place a rolled up sock or other soft object about
5 inches from the end of the longer 36” strap.
Then fold the strap over the sock.
Insert sock (or other object) into the doorway
and close the door so that the sock is on the
opposite side. You will need to be on the side
of the door that swings to you, not away from
you. Make sure the sock clears the doorjamb
on the opposite side.

Pull straps tight so that any slack on opposite
side of door is gone. Make sure that the buckle
piece is about 3 inches away from the door
AFTER pulled tight. This will put it in the correct
position for next step.
Sometimes a doorjamb is wider than normal (2 inches).
The one shown is 3 inches wide. In this case, the mount
will sit on top of the doorjamb, NOT straddling it. The
device will sit on a cant, NOT perpendicular to the door.
Just make sure that the center of the mount is in-line
with the door crack.
Place mount/device combo as shown, with the
mount straddling the doorjamb. The longer
doorway strap should go up the side slots, and
tightened around the handle of the massage
device. Push in on the device, while pulling the
strap tight. The center of the mount should be
directly over the center of the door crack.

For Squat Rack Use
Complete steps 1-3. Next, wrap the longer 36”
strap around the squat rack and tighten until
about a 1 foot loop is made.
Put the unit inside the loop, straps through the
side slots as shown. With the massage head at
sternum height, press the device into the
squatrack firmly while pulling the strap tight as
shown. Notice that the hand pushing in is
keeping the strap from rotating out of place.
The plastic adjuster should end up in between
the massage gun and the squatrack as shown,
NOT touching either.
