The DH9300 Hard Disc Music Server is the
first real solution that allows everyone in your
home the ability to individually listen to their
favorite choice of music, all at the same time!
It can deliver your entire music collection to
multiple rooms, up to four zones, at the touch
of a button.
Recording Made Easy
There’s no need to connect your DH9300 to
a PC to record your favorite CDs. The
DH9300 includes a professional grade CD
player that enables recording in either an
extremely high quality uncompressed audio
signal (up to 115 hours) and high capacity
compressed audio signal (over 1200 hours),
or any option in between.
Direct Access to the
“World’s Largest Database”
Through the DH9300 (without having to use
a PC), you have direct access to the Internet
which is the world’s largest music database.
Once there, you can download music
content, information about artists, album titles
and tracks of songs. Direct access makes
updating your personal music database
easier, faster and more convenient.
Intuitive Operation
Intuitive operation is made simple through
the Marantz menu system. From your “easy”
chair you can quickly navigate and select the
desired music in seconds with the
ergonomically designed remote control. The
easy to read on-screen-menu can also be fed,
via video signal, to any zone for complete
local functionality. Many other personalized
features are available as well such as
individual play-lists and genre selection.
Full Compatibility
You can connect the DH9300 to your existing
home entertainment system without any
additional equipment because it is as simple
to install as a basic CD player. The DH9300
is also compatible with the latest generation
touch screen learning remote controls, such
as the Marantz RC9200 and RC5200. In the
future, Marantz will provide a windows
application that enables these remote controls
to be programmed with the album listing
from your Marantz DH9300. This software
can run on a PC or laptop connected to
the DH9300 via Ethernet or RS232C
communication port which is conveniently
located on the back panel along with a host
