WARRANTY:
Except
as
otherwise provided in this secllon,
the
equipment deicrlbed herein is sold under the followlng
guarantee:
Marti
agrees
to
repair
or
replace
within o
one
(1)
year
period
ond
without
ch
arge

any
equ
ipment
or
parts
which
ore
defective
as
to workmanship
or
material
ond
which
are
returned to Marti
at
its factory,
transportation
prepaid
and
properly insured, provided:
(a) Notice
of
the
claim
ed
defect is given Marti within
one
(1)
year
from
dote
appearing
on
invoice
and
go
o
ds
a
re
returned in accordance with
Mart
i instructions.
(b) Equipment, accessories, tubes
and
ba
tteries not manufactured
by
Marti
are
subject to only such
ad
-
iustments
o,;
Marti
may
obtain from the supplier thereof.
(c) Equipment
or
acc
essories shall not
be
deemed
to
be
defective if,
oft
er
examination
by
Marti
or
its appointed representative, the equipment evidences
damage
from moisture, imp
roper
han
-
dling, installation
or
operation.
(d)
In
the
eve
nt
tha
t Marti is requir
ed
lo demonstrate equipment capability either
as
to
specifications
or
defects in ports or workmanship
and
where
ii
is found
that
the equipment meets specifications,
Marti shall be
en
titled
to
collect all
reasonable
expenses from the Buyer including but not
li
mited
to,
tra
vel,
per
diem living e
xp
enses
and
hourly
wage
rotes
wh
ich have
been
established
by
Marti
and
which are in effect
at
the time.
Marti furth
er
guarantees
that
any
radio transmitter described herein
will
de
li
ver specified
radio
frequency
power output
at
the
an
ten
na
leod when connected
to
a ,uitable load, but su
ch
guarantee
shall not
be
con-
strued
as
a
guarantee
of
any
definite
coverage
or
range
of
sa
id
apparatus.
The
guarante
e of these
para

graphs
is void if equipment is
alt
ered
or
repa
ired
by
others than Marti
or
its authorized service

unless specifically authorized

warranties, expressed or implied,

Buy
er's

no event shall Marti have
any
liability for consequential damages,
or
for
loss,
damag

or
expense directly
or

directly arising from the
use of
the
products, or
any
inability
lo
use them either
separately
or
in combination with other equipment

ials, or from
any
other

us
e.
