1. Prepare a level base of 4” poured concrete or 6” compacted crushed limestone. The 6’ fountain pool has an outside
base diameter of 77”.
2. In the center of the 6’ fountain pool there is a PVC insert. Find the pump and run the plug end of the power cord down
the PVC insert. Leave three feet of slack on the power cord from the pump to the PVC insert. Retrieve the power cord from
under the pool and place the power cord in the groove in the bottom of pool. Find the rubber stopper and slip it onto the
power cord with the smaller end facing away from the pump. Find the tube of silicone and apply around the outside edge of
the rubber stopper and around the power cord. Insert the rubber stopper snugly into the PVC pipe.
Find the 1” barb X 1” fipt Fitting and screw it onto the outlet side of the pump.

STEP #4 THROUGH STEP #7 HAVE BEEN COMPLETED FOR YOU. GO TO STEP #8
4. Find the piece of 3/4" clear tubing 70” long and cut one piece 1 1/4" long, two pieces 2 1/2" long, one piece 4 1/2" long,
one piece 9" long and two pieces 24" long,
5. Find the three 1/2" Male Adapter (mipt x soc) and the three 1/2" HDPE 90 Street ell (mipt x fipt). Screw the three
1/2" Male Adapter (mipt x soc) into the three 1/2" HDPE 90 Streetell (mipt x fipt). Connect the two pieces of 3/4" clear tuning
24” long onto the threaded end of two 1/2" HDPE 90 Streetells. Set aside for later.
6. Find a 3/4" plastic tee. Connect the piece of 3/4" clear tubing 1 1/4" long on the middle connection of the 3/4" plastic tee.
On the same middle connection slip on the piece of 1" clear tubing 2 5/8" long over top of the piece of 3/4" clear tubing and
secure with the hose clamp. Connect a piece of 3/4" clear tubing 2 1/2" long onto an end connection of the 3/4" plastic tee.
Connect one end of a 3/4" plastic ell onto the opposite end of the 3/4" clear tubing. Connect a piece of 3/4" clear tubing 2
1/2" long onto the opposite end of the 3/4" plastic ell. Connect one end of a 3/4" plastic ell onto the opposite end of the 3/4"
clear tubing. Connect a piece of 3/4" clear tubing 4 1/2" long onto the opposite end of the 3/4" plastic ell.
Connect the threaded end of a 1/2" HDPE 90 Street ell onto the opposite end of the 3/4" clear tubing.
7. Connect a piece of 3/4" clear tubing 9" long onto the opposite end connection of the first 3/4" plastic tee. Connect an end
connection of the second 3/4" plastic tee onto the opposite end of the 3/4" clear tubing.
8. Attach the 1” clear tubing that is attached to the middle connection of the 3/4" plastic tee onto the outlet side of the pump.
9. The center of the 6’ pool is marked with a 20 1/2" diameter circle. Place the square pedestals around the circle. The
position of the pedestals is approximant. The service openings on the three pedestals will face the center of the pool.
Place the 19” high pedestal in the front center. Place the 27” high pedestal in the rear right. Place the 12” high pedestal in
the rear left. Place the pump in the 12” high pedestal with the inlet of the pump facing the service opening. One 3/4" plastic
tee will extend out from the 12” high pedestal for the two other connections.
10. Place the 35” urn on the 12” high pedestal, place the 26” urn on the 27” high pedestal and place the 20” urn on the 19”
high pedestal. STOP! And look at the placement of the urns. Adjustments can still be made. If needed, carefully adjust the
position of the urns and pedestals until the desired look is achieved.
Find the three 1/2" PVC pipes and place a PVC pipe into the hole that is in the cavity of each urn and down into the
pedestal. Place the 1/2" PVC pipe 42 1/2" long into the 35” urn. In the bottom pedestal connect the 1/2" PVC pipe to the
socket end of the male adapter. Place the 1/2" PVC pipe 51" long into the 26” urn and the 1/2" PVC pipe 36 3/4" long into
the 20” urn. Find the two pieces of 3/4" clear tuning 24” long with the 1/2" HDPE 90 Street ell attached. In the bottom of the
remaining two pedestals connect the socket end of the male adapter to 1/2" PVC pipe. Connect the opposite end of the 3/4"
clear tubing to the end and middle connections of the 3/4" plastic tee located just outside of the 12” high pedestal. Trim the
length of the 3/4" clear tubing before connecting to the 3/4" plastic tee.
