REMOTE PCUWS10 DIGIT MASTER
The charger PCUWS10 Master Digit combines a microprocessor controlled fully automatic charger, a
web interface for the analysis of the processes of charging and discharging with 24 hours of storage as
well as a web interface for input / output control for the control of devices connected to the batteries
buffer.
Reload - PCUWS10 offers excellent performance for batteries from 10 to 110 Ah .
You can solve many problems related to batteries and includes an automatic phase Desulphation
patented able to recondition the batteries stratified and deeply discharged .
Thanks to the method buffer / patented impulse is ideal for prolonged maintenance without affecting
the wear of the battery during long downtime.
Comprehensive care of the batteries - unique patented system for remanufacturing,

CONGRATULATIONS

Avoid sparks in the vicinity of
batteries.
At the end of its useful life, the
batteries tend to form internal
sparks.
• With the passage of time, all
batteries may present defects.
In general, the defects during
charging are compensated by
the advanced control
PCUWS10, but they do occur
unexpected defects.
• Make sure that the cables do

with hot surfaces or sharp
edges.
• Battery acid is corrosive.

Links and programming
To optimize battery charging , the threshold voltage and the charging current are
adjustable . The following shows how to set the parameters .
1. Attach the cables to the appropriate section the user PCUWS10 observing polarity.
2 . Connect the cables to the appropriate section PCUWS10 batteries observing polarity.
BATT ( 3 ) and the display ( 5 ) of the PCUWS10 indicating that the battery is properly
connected .
3 . PCUWS10 Connect to the power supply , turn the main switch (1) ON.
The POWER lamp (2) indicates that the power cord is connected to the electric user.
4 . Connect the LAN cable from the router to the internet provider PCUWS10 .
The LAN LED (4) indicates that there is a connection to the LAN.
5 . Press the UP or DOWN buttons (6) to set the display to the maximum voltage threshold
to recharge the batteries supplied by the manufacturer ( normally 27.80 V).
6 . Press the ENTER button (6 ) to continue programming.
7 . Press the UP or DOWN buttons (6) to set the display to the minimum voltage threshold to
start charging the batteries supplied by the manufacturer ( normally 23.20 V).
8 . Press the ENTER button (6 ) to continue programming.
9 . Press the UP or DOWN buttons ( 6) to set the display the charging current of the
batteries supplied by the manufacturer (usually one tenth of the Ampere battery ) .
If the value exceeds 10 amperes for which the PCUWS10 was designed or is below 50mA
one can not advance in the programming.
10 . Press the ENTER button (6 ) to start the PCUWS10 that the display will indicate the
detected voltage from the battery , the power that you are taking , the percentage yield of the
batteries (since reliable after a full cycle of discharge and recharge the batteries) and the
temperature .
If the battery voltage is less than the set voltage as a minimum threshold or for lack of
electricity network the batteries fall below the minimum threshold voltage set, the PCUWS10
begin a charging cycle in PulseMode with amperage set until the maximum voltage threshold
set .
In this mode, the display will show the voltage and current supplied to the battery as well as
a counter Watt / h supplied to the battery and Watt / h previously taken during use batteries.
If the battery voltage during the presence of the mains voltage drops below the set as the
minimum threshold , the PCUWS10 will begin a cycle of charging PulseMode desolfatante
with 1/10 the amperage set until the maximum voltage threshold set.
In this mode, the display shows the data of voltage, current, percentage yield batteries and
battery temperature.
If lack of mains or battery failure , the voltage falls below these 20Volt , PCUWS10 the user
disconnects the batteries as long as these do not exceed the threshold of 20Volt.

Web Server
For the first connection to connect a PC connected to the same LAN as the PCUWS10
setting the network card in the following way:
IP Address: 192.168.1.250 (a free IP from 1 to 253)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Once you set the network card of the PC, open your browser and type in the address bar:
http://192.168.1.254
press Enter to launch the browser to display the following page
On this page you can view the real-time data of voltage, the amps of charging or discharging
, the Watt / h and the accumulated Watt / h delivered the last of mains failure , the yield and
the battery temperature , also two windows show the presence of mains and free batteries.
The first graph below marked on the right with V ( volts) , shows the evolution of the charge
(in green above 24V) and low ( in red below 24V) in the 24 hours of the day starting from
00:00 to 23: 59 in steps of 5 minutes.
The second graph is marked to the right with A ( Amps ) shows the trend of the charging
current (in green from 0 to 10A on the right C per charge) and discharge current (in red from
0 to 50A on the right to download S ) over 24 hours of the day starting from 00:00 to 23:59 in
steps of 5 minutes.
Through external services tracking with fixed IP or dynamic IP you can see the web
management interface from any Internet connection in the world and from any device (PC,
laptop , tablet , smartphone, etc.) that has a browser interface and Internet.

Telecontrol Management (* optional )
The lower part is the Telecontrol Management (* optional ) that allows users to activate via
the web 4 outputs with NO / NC relay bistable available on the Cannon connector D-Sub 15 -
pin female connector on the back of PCUWS10 ( configuration pinout picture below left) .
The keys to activate the outputs are the first 4 starting from the left marked with the
inscription OUT and numbered from 1 to 4 .
Going to click the left mouse button with the pointer over the button corresponding to ' output
enable , the relay is activated by signaling to the web interface with just clicked the button
that lights up ; the relay will remain activated until you click the left button of the mouse with
the pointer over the button activated.
The other 4 buttons labeled IN and numbered from 1 to 4, representing the opto-isolated
inputs available on the Cannon connector D-Sub 9 -pin female connector on the back of
PCUWS10 ( pinout configuration of the image in the lower right corner ) .
By providing a TTL level signal (0-5 V) inputs , it will light the corresponding button on the
web interface on the first refresh of the page , indicating the status of the ( off - 0V/5V - ON).
Both the outputs and inputs are useful for managing utilities and machinery on the site ,
remotely manageable via a web interface on any device (PC, laptop , tablet , smartphone,
etc.) that has a browser and Internet interfaces .
LIMITED WARRANTY
MASTER DIGIT issues this limited warranty to the purchaser
the original product. This limited warranty is not transferable. the
warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for two years from the date of
purchase. The customer must return the product with proof of purchase to the
point of purchase. If the battery charger has been opened, tampered with or
repaired by anyone other than MASTER DIGIT or their representatives
authorized, the warranty will be invalidated. The charger is equipped with
seal. Removing or tampering with the seal will void the warranty.
MASTER DIGIT makes no warranty other than this warranty
limited and can not be held responsible for any other costs those
mentioned above or consequential damages. In addition, MASTER DIGIT
is not bound to any other warranties in addition to this warranty.

Programming IP and Internal Clock
To enter the programming mode the internal clock synchronization useful to the historian of
the web page and set the IP address of the Web Server follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the user from PCUWS10 ( even just the positive terminal )
2 . Set the main switch (1 ) to OFF .
3 . Disconnect the positive terminal of the battery to bring the PCUWS10 mode off.
4 . Connect the positive terminal of the battery while holding down the UP and ENTER (6)
and release them immediately after the appearance of the display (5) the words " DD / MM
/ YY HH : MM" .
5 . Through the UP and DOWN buttons (6) to enter the Day, Month , Year , and finally the
Hour Minutes proceeding to advance with the ENTER button ( 6)
6 . Minutes After inserting , pressing the ENTER button (6) will appear on the display (5) all
information entered for a time of 5 seconds and then switch to programming the Web
Server .
7 . Upon the appearance on the display (5) the words " Enter IP " , using the UP and DOWN
buttons (6) Enter the IP address to assign to the Web Server advancing through the
ENTER button ( 6).
8 . After entering the last digit of the IP , pressing the ENTER button ( 6 ) to enter the
programming mode seen previously in step 5.
All data entered during programming are stored in the same PCUWS10 without power for
long periods (50 years) , so the programming will be resumed automatically each time the
PCUWS10 and activates after 2 minutes of no manual intervention on the buttons.
Periodically ( once a year ) or when the historian does not match the current time , it is useful
to set the internal clock of PCUWS10 again and check the status of the batteries.

Optionally comes with the PCUWS10 relay interface for input and output optocouplers for
input at the sole request of the customer at a cost slightly higher.

Completamente automatico – una volta impostate le soglie di tensione e la corrente di
carica massima, il PCUWS10 si prenderà cura delle batterie tampone in modo automatico e
indipendente anche per lunghissimi periodi, con possibilità di controllo e visione su internet.
Test di batteria – il programma esclusivo del PCUWS10 permette di valutare attraverso una
scrupolosa misurazione nei momenti di utilizzo tampone e successiva ricarica, l’efficienza della
batteria tampone collegata indicandone lo stato in forma di resa percentuale.
Protezione e distacco – nelle sue esclusive funzionalità il PCUWS10 prevede un circuito di
distacco delle batterie tampone all’utilizzatore selezionabile dal menù, per prevenirne la totale scarica
e quindi il danneggiamento delle batterie ad esso collegate.
Prolunga la durata delle batterie - le funzionalità esclusive del PCUWS10 sono progettate
specificatamente per massimizzare le prestazioni e la durata delle batterie.
Interfaccia WEB – il PCUWS10 permette l’analisi dello stato delle batterie e la visione grafica
di tensione e corrente erogata e assorbita dalle batterie con log grafico di 24h, visione dei dati
principali istantanei della tensione, corrente, potenza erogata, potenza assorbita e percentuale di resa
della batteria tampone collegata oltre alla visione della presenza rete elettrica o del distacco di batteria
tampone per soglia minima attraverso un interfaccia internet visibile ovunque attraverso un PC o uno
SmartPhone.
Prevede inoltre dei pulsanti e spie per gestire da internet gli apparati collegati alla batterie tampone,
fornendo con un solo prodotto una completa gestione di criticità e servizi.
