Makethe workshopskidproofbyusing padlocks,masterswitchesorbyremoving starterkeys.

Ifusing an extension cordmakesureitisingood condition first. When using an extension cord,
be suretouseone heavyenough tocarry the currentyourproductwill draw.Anundersized cord
willcauseadrop inline voltage thatwillresult inaloss of powerand overheating.TABLE1,
Page 7showsthe correctAWGsizetousedepending on cordlengthand nameplateampere
rating. Ifindoubt,usethe next heaviergage.The smallerthe gage number, the heavierthe cord.

caught inmoving parts. Non-slipfootwearisrecommended.Wearprotectivehaircovering to
containlong hair.
Safetyglassesshouldalwaysbe wornwhen working around powertools. Inaddition, a
face, dustmaskorrespiratorshouldbe wornifacuttingoperation isdusty. Everyday
eyeglassesonlyhaveimpactresistantlensesand maynot prevent eyeinjury-theyare
NOT safetyglasses.
Clampsoraviseshouldbe used toholdwork wheneverpractical.Keeping yourhandsfree to
operateapowertoolissafer.
Keep properfooting and balanceatalltimesbynot overreaching.
Keep toolsclean forthe bestand safestperformance.Alwaysfollowmaintenanceinstructionsfor
lubricating, and when changing accessories.
Powertoolsshouldalwaysbe disconnected beforeservicing orwhen changing accessories,
suchasblades, bits, cutters, and the like.
Makesurethe ON/OFFswitchisinthe OFF position beforeplugginginapowertool.
Consultthe owner smanualforrecommended accessories.Using improperaccessoriesmay
increasethe riskof personalorby-standerinjury.
Seriousinjury couldoccurif apowertool istipped,orifacutting tool isunintentionallycontacted.
Beforeusing apowertool,check fordamaged parts. Aguardoranyotherpartthatisdamaged
shouldbe carefullychecked todetermine itwouldoperateproperlyand performitsintended

function. Alwayscheck moving partsforproperalignment orbinding. Checkforbroken partsand
mountingsand allotherconditionsthatmayaffectthe operation of the powertool.Aguard,or
anydamaged part, shouldbe properlyrepaired orreplaced.
Alwaysfeed work intoablade orcutteragainst the direction of rotation. Ablade orcuttershould
alwaysbe installed suchthat rotationisinthe direction of the arrowimprintedon the side of the
blade orcutter.
TURN POWEROFF-Donot leaveatooluntilitcomestoacompletestop.Alwaysturnapower
toolOFF when leavingthe work area, or,when acutisfinished.
Hazard Symbols:
Nevertouchelectrical wiresorcomponentswhilethe engine isrunning.Theycan be
sourcesof electrical shock whichcouldcausesevereinjury orburns.
Keep hands, feet,hair, and clothing awayfromallmoving partstopreventinjury. Never
operatethe engine withcovers, shrouds, orguardsremoved.
Nevertamperwiththe governorcomponentsorsettingstoincreasethe maximumspeed.
Severepersonalinjuryand damage tothe engine orequipment can resultif operated at
speedsabovemaximum.
Sawing and drilling generatesdust. Excessiveairborne particlesmaycause
irritation toeyes, skinand respiratorytract.Toavoidbreathing impairment,alwaysemploydust
controlsand protection suitabletothe materialbeing sawed ordrilled. Diamond Bladesimproperly
used aredangerous.

1.3ELECTRICALSAFETY
Inordertopreventpotentialelectricalshock and injury,thefollowing electricalsafety
precautionsandsymbolsshouldbefollowedatall times!
Incaseof amalfunction orbreakdown, grounding providesapathof least resistancefor
electriccurrenttoreducethe riskof electricshock.Thistool isequipped withan electriccord
having an equipment-grounding conductorand agrounding plug.The plug must be plugged
intoamatching outletthatisproperlyinstalled and grounded inaccordancewithalllocal
codesand ordinances.
Do not modifythe plug provided if itwillnotfitthe outlet;havethe properoutletinstalled
byaqualified electrician
Improperconnectionsof the equipment-grounding conductorcan resultinariskof electric
shock.
The equipment-grounding conductoristhe insulated conductorthat hasan outersurface
thatisgreen, withyellowstripes. If repairorreplacement ofthe electriccordorplug is
necessary, do not connectthe equipment-grounding conductortoaliveterminal
Check withaqualifiedelectrician orservicepersonnelif the grounding instructionsarenot

Repairorreplaceadamaged orworncordimmediately
Useonlyextensionscordsthat areintended foroutdooruse. Theseextension cordsare
identifiedbyamarking “Acceptableforusewithoutdoorappliances; storeindoorswhilenot
inuse.”Useonlyextension cordshaving anelectrical rating notless than the rating of the
product. Do notusedamaged extension cords. Examineextension cordsbeforeusing and
replaceifdamaged.Do not abuseextension cordsand do not yankon anycordto
disconnect. Keep cordsawayfromheatand sharpedges.Alwaysdisconnectthe extension
cordfromthe receptaclebeforedisconnection the productformthe extension cord.
Toreducethe riskof electrocution, keep allconnectionsdry and off the ground. Do nottouch
the plug withwet hands.
Useofundersizeextension cordsresult inlowvoltage tothe motorthat can result inmotor
burnout and prematurefailure. MASTERPACwarnsthat equipmentreturned tousshowing
signsofbeing run inalowvoltage condition,through theuseofundersized extension cords
willbe repaired orreplaced totallyatthe customersexpense. Therewillbe no warranty
claim.

2.1Application
Thistablesawcan cutbrick,concreteblock,stone,aswell asavarietyoftiletypes
includingPorcelain,Terra-cotta,Marble,QuarryandSlateorCeramic.Itisnot
designedtocutplastic, woodoranyferrous(metals)material.
2.2Operating Principle
The followinginstructionswerecompiled toprovide youinformation on howtoobtainlong
and troublefree useofthemachine.Periodicmaintenanceofthe machine isessential.
Read the manualcarefullyand thoroughlyfamiliarizeyourselfwiththe machine and all its
functions. Failuretodosomayinjureyourselforabystander.
2.3DeliveryCheck
Useproperliftingtechniqueswhenlifting thetablesaw.
Ifnotdoneyet, removethesawandaccessoryboxfromthecarton.

2.4Assembly
Removethemachinefromthe packaging.
Toset upthemachineforworkproceedasfollows:
1.Insert theleg intothefixingtubewhichsolderedonthe waterpan (SeePICTURE7).
3. Repeattheoperation fortherestthree legs.
Shouldit be necessaryto disassemble the machine, carry out the above operationsin
reverse order.

2.5BeforeStarting
THISMASONRYSAWISDESIGNEDTOWORKWITHWATER
Beforeanycutting operation, makesurethatthe waterreachesthe pump.
Regulatethe watervolumebyturning the leverofWaterControl Valvetothe left and right. When
turning thelevertowardthe vinylhoseattachment opening side,the wateroutletwillbe fullyopened
(maximumwatervolume)and when turning it 90 tothe left orright,itwillbe fullyclosed (see
PICTURE9).
THISMASONRYSAWISDESIGNEDTO HAVE MAX. CUTTING DEPTH160MM
Beforeanycuttingoperation, makesurethat twoscrewsarelockedtightlyinthe Locking Sleeve(see
PICTURE10). Looselocking sleevewillintroduceinjury!

1. Beforepowering orstarting,check fordamage that couldpreventthisequipment
fromproperoperation orperforming it sintended function. Check forbinding and
alignmentofmovingparts. Check fordamaged, broken, ormissing parts.
2. Verifythe On/Off switchisinthe OFFposition.
3. Beforeconnecting the sawtoapowersupply, be surethe voltage,frequency and
phaseof the job sitepowersourcemeetthe requirementsof TABLE3
4. UseaRCD (ResidualCurrentProtection)plug orequivalentGFCI(Ground Fault
CircuitInterrupter) devicebetween mainpowersourceand the MASTER80 /100 /120.
5. Do notcoverthe motorventsasthiscouldlead tomotoroverheating.

2.7To Start
Connect thesawtoapowersupply, and put the ON/OFF switchtothe ON’position.
NOTE: 1.Inordertoavoidbreakertripping, a20-ampcircuitbreakershouldbeused.
2.Ifusingan extension powercord,makesurethe lengthand wiregauge
correspondtotherequirementslisted inTABLE1onpage7.Anextensionpower
cordthatistoosmall inwiregauge(diameter),ortoolonginlength,will causethe
motortooverheatandcouldcauseprematurefailure.
2.8To Stop
PuttheON/OFF switchtothe OFF’position,anddisconnectthe sawfromthe power
supply.
2.9Operation
1Cutting at90°:
DO NOTFORCETHETOOL. It will do thejobbetterandsaferattheratefor
whichit wasdesigned.
Thissawcarriesout differenttypesofcuts.
Before90degreescutting,screwtheboltbyhand andkeepthelowerLocking Sleeveonto
thetopposition (seePICTURE11).
Keepthecuttinghead at90degreesposition, besuretheblot stoppertouchthemotor
bracket (seePICTURE12).Put thestoneonthecuttingtableandmakesurethat it is
properlypositionedagainsttheAluminumFence(see PICTURE13).

Inordertomakeanydiagonalcuts,positionthestoneagainsttheripguideasshownin
PICTURE14.

DO NOTFORCETHETOOL. It will dothejobbetterandsaferattherate
forwhichit wasdesigned.
Before45degreescutting,screwthe boltbyhand andkeep the upperLocking Sleevetothe
bottomposition (seePICTURE15).
Keepthecuttinghead at90degreesposition; besuretheblot stoppertouchthemotor
bracket (seePICTURE16).Put thestoneonthecuttingtableandmakesurethat it is
properlypositionedagainsttheAluminumFence(see PICTURE17).

Togetlonguseandfreeof trouble, it isessentialtoperform periodicmaintenanceon the
machine.
3.1PeriodicMaintenanceSchedule
TocleanthewatertankremovetheDrainPlugandleakdirtywaterfromtank(see
PICTURE18). Removedirt and slurryfromthebottomofthetank.
Rinsetheimmersionpumpwithfreshwatertopreventwaterpumpfromcloggingwith
residualdirt.

LoosenStarlikeNutandthenlifttheBlade Guard(see PICTURE20&PICTURE21).
RemovetheLockNutwithMultipleWrench(provided)(seePICTURE22).

Afterfull openof thebladeguardassembly, cleanthebladeflangescarefullyandcheck
themforwear. Youcan nowinstall the newblade.Proceedtore-assemblethebladeguard
assemblyandcheck forcorrectdirectionofrotationasclearlyindicated onthetool.
3.3Transport
1. Usecarewhentransporting.
2. Nevertransportthetablesawwithwaterinthewaterpan.
Thistablesawiseasy tocarrybyusingtheTransportWheels(SeePICTURE1).
Beforecarryingthemachinemakesurethat:
Useallen key(provided)tolock thecuttingtableinplacewiththeCuttingTableClampon
theguiderail (See PICTURE2&PICTURE3);

3.4Troubleshooting
HAVE YOUR TOOL REPAIREDBYAQUALIFIEDPERSON
Thiselectrictoolcomplieswiththerelevant safetyrules. Repairsshouldonlybe carried
outbyqualifiedpersonsusingoriginalspareparts,otherwisethismayresult in
considerabledangertotheuser.
