Settings
A hybrid of germanium and silicon, combining the correct dynamics and well-dened
granular eect typical of germanium with the grittiness and high sustain levels of silicon.
An endless variety of resonances can be achieved by synchronizing choices of timbre
with use of the lter and fuzz controls: from the resonances typical of valve distortions
to the various fuzz timbres.
Choise of Timbre:
The switch can be used to choose between 3 dierent timbres:
- In position 2, an intermediate timbre is achieved.
- In position 1, the sound created will be less blurred, more balanced, sharper and less
rich in low frequencies. By choosing a low gain level (no higher than half the maximum),
an overall eect typical of valve distortions can be achieved.
- In position 3, the sound created will be more blurred, hoarser, more bombastic, and
richer in low frequencies. By choosing a high gain level (more than half the maximum),
an overall eect typical of fuzz can be achieved.

Notes:
Can be powered by a battery or an optional AC/DC adaptor.
The input jack also works as the power switch.
Power is turned on whenever a plug is inserted into the input jack, and is turned o
when the plug is disconnected.
Keep the plug out from the jack when not in use.

Changing the battery
To replace the battery following the step below:
1. loosen the screws at the base of the pedal, then remove the base of the pedal unit;
2. remove the old battery from the battery housing, and remove the snap cord
connected to it;
3. connect the snap cord to the new battery, and place the battery into the housing;
4. close the pedal, insert the screws into the holes and fasten them securely.
