Unpacking and Getting Ready
Thismicrowaveisdesignedforhomeuse.Itshould
notbeusedforcommercialcatering.
1. Afterunpackingyourmicrowave,checkthatit
hasnotbeendamagedwhilstinthebox.Make
suretherearenodents,andthedoorcloses
properly.Adamagedmicrowavecouldallow
microwaveenergytoescape.Makesurethat
youhavetakenoutallofthepackagingfromthe
insideofthemicrowave.Pleasedisposeofthe
plasticwrappings/bagssafelyandkeepoutof
thereachofbabiesandyoungchildren.
2. Chooseaat,stableworksurfaceforyour
microwaveawayfromheatsourcessuchas
radiatorsorresandawayfromcoldareas.
Thesurfaceshouldbeatleast85cmabovethe
oor.Placethebackofthemicrowaveagainst
awallandallowa20cmspaceonbothsides
oftheunitand30cmabovesothatwarmair
canescapefromtheventsduringcooking.This
microwaveisnotdesignedtobebuiltin.Donot
blockanyintakeoroutletopeningsasthiscan
damagetheunit.(SeeFig.1)
3. Plugyourmicrowaveintoastandardhousehold
electricalsocket(230-240volt,13amprated).
Avoidusingasocketthatalsohasanadaptor
andotherequipmentpluggedin.Donotusea
multiadaptor.
4. Puttheturntableringinsidethemicrowaveand
placetheglassturntableontopofthering.(See
Fig.2)Theturntableisshapedtositsecurelyon
thespindle.Youmustalwaysusetheturntable
andringwheneveryouusethemicrowave.
5. Toprotectyourworksurface,werecommend
thatyouxsomenon-slipcushionpads(not
included)totheundersideofthemicrowave.
