4. SelectStart>ControlPanel>NetworkConnections>WirelessNetworkConnection
5. Click“Viewavailablewirelessnetworks”toshowalistofavailableWi‐Finetworks.
6. Selectthewirelessnetworkconnectionwiththe“MX‐HUB‐XXXX”Wi‐Fi’sSSIDandclick
“Connect”.Ifthesecuritymechanismisapplied,youneedtoenterthecorrectnetworkkey.
TheSSIDandnetworkkeylabelisavailableatthebatteryremovaldivot.
Note:XXXXisthelast4digitsofMACaddress(Capitalornumber).MaxLength32bits.
HowtochangetheSSID&Password
1. Logintohttp://192.168.1.1orhttp://mifi.homeandenterthemanagementpage.
2. SelectSettings>Wireless>WLANSettings,thenyouwillsee“Wi‐FiName(SSID)”and
“Password”,Makesureyoudeletetheoldnameandpasswordandenterthenewnameand
passwordasyourequire.
3. Select“Apply”button,waitforthescreentodisplayprompting“Success”,andthenlogout.
4. WaitforthecomputerorlaptopscreentodisplaytheWi‐Fiicon.Thismeansthewireless
networkconnectionhasbeensuccessful.
ConnectingtotheInternet
IftheWi‐Fifunctionisturnedon,yourdeviceshouldconnecttotheinternetautomatically.

1. Makesuretheend‐userdeviceisconnectedtotheMX‐HUB

2. Openthebrowser,andenterhttp://192.168.1.1orhttp://mifi.homeintheaddressbox.
3. Enterusernameandpassword,andclick“Login”.Theadministratorhastherighttocheck
andmodifyconfigurationpermission.

1. Usecompatiblepoweradapter(5V,1000mA)
2. Poweradapterisaselectiveaccessory.

PleaseusethepropercabletoconnecttheMiFitothecomputerorlaptop.
Note:IftheMX‐HUBhasn’tbeenusedforalongtime,pleasechargethebatterybeforeusing.
RestoreFactorySettings
IfyouareuncertainofwhichWi‐Fisettingsyouhaveconfiguredorchanged,youcanrestorethe
factorydefaultsthatcomewiththeMiFitoreconfigurethedeviceWi‐Fisettingbytwooptions:
1. LogintoDeviceManagementWebsitetorestoretofactorydefaultsettings.
2. Pressandhold“Reset”buttonfor5seconds,andMX‐HUBwillbeactivatedagainand
restoredtofactorysettings.
Note:Resetbuttonwilldeleteallthedevice’suser‐definedWi‐FisettingsandrestoreAdmin
settingandWi‐FiSettingtofactorydefault.
TroubleShooting:
IfyouarehavingtroublewithMX‐HUB,hereareafewthingsyoucandotogetittofunction
properly.
1. Logintothedevicemanagementwebsiteandclickthehelpicononthetoprightcornerfor
answerstofrequentlyaskedquestions.
2. IftheMX‐HUBisnotresponsive,rebootitbypressthe“Power”buttonforabout8seconds

SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC
with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested
frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power
level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the
